• Tramontano (8/5): - Posizionato al secondo piano dì uno stabile, in un vicoletto del quartiere Forcella è in posizione strategica per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Napoli e, con stazione metro e bus a pochi passi, raggiungere tutte le altre zone della città. Il b&b è carino, attrezzato con un cucinino essenziale, pulito. Un pò datato il bagno ma funzionale per il soggiorno. Il grande plus è sicuramente Domenico che è stato super disponibile per qualunque richiesta e necessità che abbiamo avuto. La struttura è un pò datata e poco insonorizzata. I rumori dalla strada si sentono chiaramente, anche di notte.

Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona, podobnie jak 2 łazienki (wiele ręczników, mydeł i szamponów). Ze względu na to jak duże i wysokie są pokoje - było dość chłodno (pobyt w marcu), natomiast klimatyzacją szybko wyrównaliśmy temperaturę.

• Silvia (9/5): Molto gradevole - Posizione nel cuore del centro storico, pieno di pizzerie, friggitorie, bar e negozietti di souvenir. A piedi 15 min dalla stazione, meno di 10 min da una fermata del bus aperto che gira tutta la città, vicino al Duomo, alla statua di Pulcinella, al Cristo Velato e tanto altro. Stanza confortevole e pulitissima, hosting serio e pronto a rispondere alle richieste/esigenze dandoci anche la possibilità di uscire un'ora più tardi per lasciare riposare mia figlia che non stava bene e poi di lasciare appoggiate le borse per poter fare gli ultimi giri. Molto gentile la Signora Adelaide che abbiamo incontrato andando via (che si è anche occupata di portare via la nostra spazzatura) Essendo in pieno centro è piuttosto chiassoso la sera/notte, pur trovandosi in un vicoletto interno (antico e sporco ma all'interno l'alloggio è ristrutturato e pulito). Avrei voluto disdire la prenotazione il giorno dopo averla fatta, l'idea era andare in un prossimo momento, ma non è stato possibile. Mi è stata offerta la possibilità di "congelare" il pagamento ma non di annullarlo, cosa apprezzata ma non mi ha risloto il problema quindi alla fine siamo andati. Trattandosi di una richiesta di disdetta a poche ore dalla prenotazione avrei apprezzato di più un rimborso.

Ottima accoglienza da parte dell'host Domenico che con grande gentilezza ci ha fornito indicazioni e suggerimenti. Tengo a precisare che Domenico ci ha fornito al check-out un deposito borse gratuito in un negozio vicino e in quanto carichi di passeggini e borse ha provveduto lui a smaltire i sacchi della spazzatura. Dettagli non da poco. Top l'ascensore che funziona con 5 centesimi Essendo in centro, nella tarda serata c'è un pò di rumore tra musica e urla.

• Chiara (8/5): Very central apartment - Great host, easy communication and check in. The location is a 10/10. Extremely central and yet quiet as it’s in a small street. We couldn’t hear much noise from the main street. There is room for improvement: shower not draining properly. Coffee machine could be changed and more toilet paper could have been provided from the start. These were not really issues for us as we could have asked the host, but we preferred going for breakfast in one of the thousands cafe in the center. There’s also shops 1 minute walk from the apartment where you can buy toiletries and other goods. Great experience overall and would be back for a short stay

• Valr46 (8/5): Nice - Great location, in the historic center, near to shops and restaurants, pizzeria Michele is about 300 m from this property, we had coffee and some cake for breakfast, the room was very big and clean. There is a balcony, but we never used it. The bed and the pillows could be more comfortable. There was noise all night from the above, next departments, and outside. The communication with the owner could be better, and the instructions could be more specific. The neighbor was a little bit dark .

• Angela (8/5): Pleasant stay - This apartment was spacious and had a balcony which was nice to look out onto the street. A nice lively neighbourhood but felt very secure in the building complex The shower door was broken and the bathroom sink and shower were slow to drain

On the other hand, they were really responsive when sent a message, so not bad at all. Just a heads up in case someone doesn't have a connection to send a message.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - The location is very well positioned, close to everything by foot. The room is nice and has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. The owner does not speak English very well, but was nice and tried to help us with recommendations, he even carried one of our bags up the stairs. The plates/cutlery were not properly washed from the previous users. However, there was no dish soap or sponge provided in the room. I would recommend that the hosts pay a bit more attention towards this aspect, it was not a pleasant surprise. The folding bed/sofa has an issue and my friend almost fell over when she tried to sit on it, that should be fixed as well.

The building was a little hard to find, and the hosts were a bit slow with my check in so I was waiting at the building for a while. The area is very central but does feel slightly unsafe for a solo traveller, however I came home before dark and it was fine.

• Patrick (7/5): Good - It's okay, see the pictures. Located in a normal apartment house with normal neighbours who live their normal Italian life: discussing, singing, using the moto also in the narrow street – but that's normal for Napoli.
• Richard (7/5): Good - Great location in the historic centre (a short walk to Garibaldi station, for example). Large room and nice bathroom. Quite noisy during our stay (shouting and laughter into the early hours from what seemed to be people staying next door). Shower cubicle doors need fixing.
• Iulian (10/5): Exceptional - The property is close to Duomo metro station which means you can easily visit the city. It is also very close to the famous Da Michele pizza place that I recommend to anyone visiting Napoli. The owner is a great guy and he offered me a lot of details regarding the city.
