- Desiree (8/5): Clean modern property in a great location - Very spacious and modern property. It was also clean. Great views of the marina and jetty especially from top floor. Nice balconies for sitting in the sun. Toilet on every floor. Great location - 10 min walk to several cafes and restaurants. 20 min walk to the marina and jetty. On street parking available - we did not use the garage. If you plan to use the garage, the remote is in the house itself, so you have to get this before parking. Ducted aircon/heating with separate remotes for each room. Had a nice washing machine and dryer and drying rack for laundry. Would not recommend for elderly or those with young children due to the stairs. The master bedroom is on the top floor and the other 2 bedrooms are on the bottom floor, with living area in between. The bottom floor smelt of mould, especially in the front room. Can be a bit noisy because of all the hard surfaces and open plan. More information on how to operate the heating, oven, etc would be useful.

- Joanna (7/5): Great location to explore Coffs, close to shops, good stay for a family of 6! - Location was excellent! The view is really nice from the Master bedroom. Master bedroom has no block out blinds, some minor maintenance required to get all facilities functioning as intended, some cleaning required.
