• Marta (10/5): - La ubicación, la comodidad y lo bien distribuido que está el apartamento. .
• Diana (7/5): Für den Preis i.O., wenn man dort lediglich nachts schlafen möchte - Die Lage ist gut, jedoch muss man die Treppen zur Unterkunft bewältigen können. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet- auch zum Kochen war fast alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Vermieter antwortete auf Fragen schnell über Booking.com. Über WhatsApp und telefonisch erfolgte kein Austausch. Zur Begrüßung standen Wasser, Wein und Obst zur Verfügung- das war erfreulich. - Apartment liegt im Keller- Lüftung zum Flur war schwierig und mit offenem Fenster gut einsehbar für vorbeikommende Personen - Fehlende Infos zur Anreise- somit erschwerte Anreise. Hausnummer fehlte und Ort, wo der Schlüssel zu finden ist. Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort. - Keine Garten-Terassennutzung -wie beschrieben- möglich.
• Carmen (10/5): El mejor apartamento donde me he quedado - Nos ha sorprendido grandiosamente el nivel de atención al detalle por parte del anfitrión. Teníamos a nuestra disposición velas, una caja con hilos y utensilios para coser, abrillantador para zapatos y muchísimas cosas más que nunca hemos encontrado antes en un apartamento turístico. La cama es súper cómoda, tanto el colchón como las almohadas. Incluso la tostadora es ideal, gracias a su tamaño pudimos hacer el desayuno de mi pareja y mío a la vez (pequeños detalles que cuentan). El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Está al lado de varios supermercados importantes y de una parada de autobús desde la que puedes coger el bus hacia el aeropuerto (tanto el de Tenerife norte como el de Tenerife sur), algo que facilitó mucho nuestra travesía a casa, pues tuvimos que salir a las 5.30 de la mañana. Mención especial a su vecino, un hombre muy agradable con el que estuvimos charlando un buen rato. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos a todo aquel que quiera visitar Puerto de la Cruz y alrededores. No hay nada que pueda mejorar.
• Salmivirta (2/5): - Saimme peruttua varauksen ilman korvausta ja Booking palautti kokonaan maksetun summan . Rappukäytävässä mittava piikkaus ym. Remontti käynnissä. Huone kostea, petivaatteissa ja istuintyynyissä homepilkkuja. Kuva antoi suuremman tilan tunnun kuin todellisuus. Käytävältä tuli remontti pölyä ja työskentely melua ja äänekästä keskustelua. Päätimme lähteä pois ja varata toisen kohteen, se tuli maksamaan 1000e. Joulun ja uudenvuoden aika on hintavaa aikaa, mutta se kannatti, loma olisi ollut kokonaan pilalla ja olisimme varmasti sairastuneet siellä vakavasti, ainakin masennukseen ja alkoholisoituneet lopullisesta. Ottakaa heti yhteyttä Booking:n jos teille käy samoin jossain kohteessa. Vaatikaa myös Booking varaamaan teille uuden kohteen, kuluitta. Täytyyhän heillä olla vakuutus ja vastuu .
• Anastasiia (8/5): The apartment is lovely, and the host is always available and quick to respond. - The apartment is clean, comfortable, and newly renovated — perfect for two people. The kitchen is compact yet very convenient, and there is also a washing machine. The host responds quickly to messages, is very helpful, and kindly arranged the apartment to be ready for our daytime arrival. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.
• Pilar (9/5): Apartamento práctico - La ubicación y el equipamiento del piso. Tiene de todo. Además, Jose es muy atento y está disponible para cualquier duda o inconveniente.
• Lena (6/5): - Die Lage, Nähe zur Innenstadt und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Ventilator vorhanden Da es eine Kellerwohnung ist und die Fenster zum Flur rausgehen, war es mit dem Lüften schwierig, die Luft und auch Feuchtigkeit haben sich gestaut. Außerdem kann man nicht alle Fenster abdunkeln, sodass das Licht aus dem Flur hereinschien. Die Dusche war sehr eng, die Badablage stark verrostet, sodass sie sogar nach einer Woche von der Wand gefallen ist (laut Vermieter wurde dies direkt nach dem Auszug repariert). Gewünscht hätte ich mir eine etwas leistungsstärkere Lampe direkt am Bett sowie Informationen zur Müllentsorgung.
• Eniko (8/5): - The apartment is modern and fully equipped. It is very good price-value ratio. Nice cosy street. The host is the best, very kind and attentive and he prepared a huge fruit and goodies basket for us. The apartment has very small windows, so it was dark and the air was very moist and some cabinets were smelly as a result. The bathroom was not properly clean unfortunately when we arrived.

• Gábor (8/5): - Jose is a kind host and it felt like you are in a hotel. The humidity is pretty high and no AC, but bearable.

Perfectly equipped beautiful apartment, highly recommended! - The place is situated very close to the center, actually 3 minutes walk:) it’s super well equipment for every need and we also get a vittek of wine and feuits upon arrival. I’ve been to a lot of apartments in my life bit this didn’t need any adjustment, it was just perfect !!! A bit humid, but managable with a bit of flexibility and open doors. 🥰
