Guest Reviews
- Denise (4/5): Comfortable but disappointing - Comfortable beds
Dog friendly
Parking close by No free WiFi as dongle didn’t work either no signal or no data
Plates, bowls & cutlery were dirty
Garden - full of rubbish, grass not cut and very low gate at bottom of garden open and very low so not secure for dogs.
Outside - local kids like to play noisily and throw toys and metal objects near vehicles and into neighbouring houses/gardens
Food crumbs found in between sofa cushions
Unable to use bath as plug did not work
Good heating but too warm for us
- Jane (3/5): - The house was relatively clean and spacious enough for the group Kitchen was ill equipped for cooking, no colander to drain pasta, only 2 knifes in the property, no mixing bowls, serving dishes, casserole dishes or roasting trays. Impossible to cook any meal.
WiFi is supposed to be included, it ran out on 2nd day (WiFi is a pay as you go 4g ee dongle) we didnt pay for more and just made made do. Gardens are over grown and scattered with debris. Toenail found on living room sofa upon arrival. Shower pressure terrible, either cold or if turned to hot pressure drops making it tasking to wash long hair. Plug for bathtub broken so couldn't bath children. No hair dryer even though its listed as being supplied.

- Amber (6/5): Good location for the hospital, however there were a few issues with heating, WiFi and general cleanliness and decor -

- Tom (4/5): Univiting and very expensive for what it was. - Check in was easy Barely any kitchenware, no condiments or stock cupboard ingredient like oil. Kitchen Knives that you can’t cut anything with. I have camped with more kitchenware. All photos did was misrepresent how tired and tatty and in what a dreary location the property was.
- Zainora Binti (10/5): -
- Fiona (7/5): It was just fine for staying at to attend a concert in Edinburgh. - It’s was just fine for what we wanted, could do with a touch up of paint in most rooms. Nice kitchen. It does need a deep clean, radiators very dusty, dining chairs very grubby.
- Diane (8/5): A good stay for the money - Good location for Edinburgh. Well insulated, couldn't hear neighbours. Very clean. There were no cleaning supplies which is useful to making sure the house remains as seen. The living room could do with small tables to put drinks on next to sofas. In the bathroom there was nowhere to put clothes while showering.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Janet (9/5): Superb - Comfortable beds, clean, good communication from hosts
- Sandra (10/5): Good location and the house was clean, comfortable beds and good furniture. - The equipment was clean and in good condition I was not able to use the shower, no water was coming out, but otherwise enjoyed my stay
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the house was great we really liked it and the bed was really comfortable, and the location was brilliant for us to be able to get around the area really easy Nothing
