- ANNA (10/5): We have had a great time - Bedrooms Having a dishwasher would be great
- Denise (10/5): Many family memories made and with a lovely house to make them in. - Spacious, ideal location for what we needed etc. Really clean, and was just a lovely home for the week. Needed a couple more oven trays and a frying pan. But apart from that we can’t fault it.
- Bryony (1/5): UNSAFE, AT RISK AND DIRTY - Nothing to like Located in a grotty housing estate. The property stinks of cigarettes, it was dirty and dusty, lots of wear and tear, scrapes, scratches and scuffs, no amenities, not even hand soap, the sheets were dirty and inside out on all the beds, the transport in and out of Edinburgh was a nightmare. The worst part was someone let themself in to the property while one of our group was in bed at 10am, exiting as soon as they saw him in the bedroom. I complained to the property managers during our stay and was told repeatedly that the intruder was not a member of staff which can only lead us to assume a stranger has access so both us and our belongings are at risk. At the time of writing Booking.Com is investigating the situation. The
- Günther (8/5): - Praktische Unterkunft für 8 Personen und einen Hund in der Nähe (40 Autominuten) von Edinburgh Für 8 Personen ist die Ausstattung (Küchenausstattung, Sitzplätze, ein Bad) etwas knapp
- Monika (8/5): - A good apartament for a family group, comfortable beds, nice living room and seating area, washing mashine Noise from airplanes, difficult from public transport point of view, not enough glasses and mugs for 8 people, no rack to dry clothes

- Keren (7/5): Good - Comfortable, warm and close to public transport
- Ahmad (10/5): Exceptional - Location and lovely house no
- Kat_stevie (10/5): Livingston house - The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Communication was easy and friendly. Would recommend. Very small niggles only - the thermostat was showing the wrong time, so the house was cold in the early evening but very warm at 3am (and the thermostat was not easy to understand). For a house with 4 double rooms, there were few mugs and teaspoons. As I said, small things, but easily addressed. On the whole, we had a great time.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rashid (5/5): Passable - - Location and size
- Beautiful decor and arrangement - Abundant cigarette butts and rubbish scattered on property by the entrance
- All outside bins were full upon arrival, unable to throw our rubbish in the bin at checkout
- Laundry drying rack broken and can’t be used
- Some bedroom doors can’t be closed shut
- Ryan (8/5): Lovely and very clean highly recommended 👍 - It’s was a lovely property and staff was great an let us check out an hour later witch helped us out. Thanks guys 👍
- Gautam (8/5): Good and clean - Clean and well maintained
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (9/5): Perfect Hidden Gem! 💎 - The property is on a quiet, residential street with parking right outside. The house looks as if it has been recently refurbished and is welcoming. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped with everything you’d need for a stay including tea bags/coffee. The fridge freezer is a good size. One bedroom is downstairs off the living room and the other 3 bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the bedding and pillows are soft and cosy. The bathroom is a good size with a bath and overhead shower. The sofa’s are comfortable and the dining table is sufficient for larger families. It’s in a great location with the outlet mall just 5 minutes down the road along with a choice of supermarkets. We travelled through to Glasgow within 45 minutes. This house is a hidden gem. Not a lot to be honest the place was great. There are no condiments (salt, sugar, sauces) so bring your own if you plan on cooking. There is only one bathroom/toilet upstairs. There were 7 of us and we managed to make it work for the weekend without much problems but something to be aware of for maybe larger groups of friends.
- Sumudu (10/5): Perfect place to access Glasgow, Edinburg and most of Scotland - Location, comfort and the spacious property. Bit of a rush with just 1 bathroom. Perhaps consider building a cloakroom in the understairs cupboard.
