• Hill (7/5): Hidden gem gorgeous updates but failed on the living room - The location was great. Hard to locate though. The living room furniture was horrible! Everything else was amazingly nice. Personally I’d rather not have the carpet but that’s just me.

• Ingrid (5/5): - Das "Luxury Penthouse Apartment" befindet sich direkt an der Strandpromenade und man hat einen guten Blick auf den Beach. Der Zugang zu dem Gebäude ist nicht gerade einladend. Schmutzig, mit Unkraut bewachsen und herausgebrochenen Fließen auf den Stufen. Leider ist es kein Penthouse, sondern eher eine Maisonette-Wohnung über 3 Etagen. In der 1. Etage befindet sich lediglich die Flurgarderobe, in der 2. Etage die Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet war, das Wohnzimmer mit zwei total durch gesessenen Sofas, zwei Tischen und der Fernseher. Allerdings auch ein Fernrohr, mit dem man die Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser durch ein ganz normales Fenster sehr gut beobachten konnte. Dazu ein Bad mit WC und freistehender Badewanne. In der 3. Etage dann noch ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Bäderwaren neu und sehr ansprechend. Einziger Kritikpunkt hier waren die die nicht vorhandenen Ablageflächen. In der 3. Etage befinden sich noch zwei große Schlafräume. Die Betten waren groß und auch gut. Leider gibt es hier nur ein kleines Dachfenster. In beiden Räumen waren die Dachschrägen so extrem, dass man nur in sehr gebeugter Haltung zum Bett gehen konnte. Von einem "Luxury Penthouse Apartment" erwarte ich wirklich keine so schrägen Wände und wirklich große Glasfenster.

• joel (8/5): - We unpacked our stuff to settle in went to seat down on the sofa and they was both broken the springs on both sofas was broken felt they felt bad they both need to be replaced
• Alex (9/5): Had a fantastic family break thanks to this apartments location, comfort and cleanliness - great accommodation, location, clean, comfy, easy to obtain the keys, hassle free. We had 2 young children who loved the local facilities - just a shame i didn't get to check out the local watering holes ;-) The only thing i was disappointed with was that the patio doors were removed from the living room and had a window replacement so couldn't get as good a view - but this is trivial. it was a lovely apartment. I could have done with knowing the amount of stairs there lumping up a pram and baby every day/evening - but that's on me!
• Gillian (9/5): Summer Solstice 2025 by the Sea .. - Everything was lovely, clean and well equipped.. location was perfect for us… close for eating out or shops to cater for eating in… Nice touch to have the binoculars by the window… We cycled there so bikes were stored safely too.. The ledge right by the front window, my sister hit her toe and was left with a badly bruised and very sore toe… With the floor covering matching it was easy to miss the small step up…

• Carol (9/5): Lovely clean and nicely decorated apartment with good facilities and very comfortable beds. - The location was perfect, easy to reach other parts of Suffolk and Norfolk. The only issue we had was parking, however it was bank holiday also school holidays.

Great location - - Lovely decor, clean, close to the beach, Lots of considerate extra touches - explanations of how to use things etc Property was lovely, no complaints, we unfortunately booked when there was scaffolding up so we couldn’t see the sea or fully open the windows beachside which was a pity. but it wasn’t the end of the world it just made us go out for walks to see the sea instead.

• James (10/5): Must say the accommodation was excellent. - We liked everything about this place. Lovely big flat arranged over two upper floors of the building. Clean, bright and comfortable throughout. Nicely decorated. Gorgeous bathrooms; fully equipped immaculate kitchen, large comfortable beds. Great sea view from living room and front bedroom. Even a bottle of fizz with sweet message left for us on arrival, which was a sweet gesture. Large TV had access to Iplayer, Netflix and Amazon etc. Strong WiFi signal. Its clear that a lot of thought and care went into preparing the accommodation for guests. We would be delighted to visit again. Nothing to dislike.

• Catherine (9/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment in a fantastic location - Beautiful, spacious apartment in an amazing location right next to the beach. Lovely views across the beach and sea from the living room and one of the bedrooms, and we had lots of fun spotting ships with the binoculars set up on a tripod at the living room window. Clearly thoughtful owners as there were a few helpful notes around the place with tips on how things work (shower, dishwasher, etc.) and plenty of essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing that would have improved our stay is having proper window coverings for the bedrooms, which due to unusually shaped windows could only be partially covered at night. To block out the light a little better, how about a wooden/mdf panel cut to fit the window frame with a couple of handles screwed on the front to be able to lift it into place? They would rest easily on the wide window sills and could even be painted to match your beautiful decor. :)

The stunning views and calming sound of the sea created a tranquil stay. Would definitely be back and recommend to others. The communication was excellent and there was free parking on the road which obviously may be busier in the summer. If you're a runner the park run is literally on your door step. Great stay!! Nothing!
