• Jean-Michel (1/5): - The Flat is very unsafe. The door only has an electronic lock where everyone who has the code can enter the flat; there is no physical key for the flat. Aside from that, there is an unsecured door going to an abandoned stairwell where everyone from the building has access, no cameras at the entrance, and the flat has steel bars on every window, like in a prison. The area is not the nicest in Athens. Many dubious things were going on outside as soon as it got dark. We left the flat directly after 30 minutes of being there; the host did not show any understanding and kept the whole payment for 3 nights. Avoid this flat. The pictures look good, but in reality it is like a prison in a slum area. Aside from that, I got the code for the door 1 week before arrival; that means that the guest before me has every access to the flat while I'm staying there.

Проблемы с заселением: Неправильно указано время заселения, с 00 до 15, по факту - с 12. Код от ящичка с ключом указан неверно, еще требуется код от электронного замка. Хозяин не отвечает на звонки. Ответил только на звонок местного жителя, который помог нам. Выход на патио закрыт. Теплая вода в душе была только вечером.

• Jessica (9/5): Fabulous and great value for money! - The property was perfect for 6 of us enroute to west coast of Greece. The beds were made up for us in the Lou he as we arrived at 1am. Super comfortable and great value for money. Nice and clean and it was easy to get into without being met. The only thing would be could you leave some coffee creamers so to have a coffee in the morning but that is it!

• Casey (7/5): Great place, disappointing host - Beautiful apartment, spacious, air conditioning & facilities worked great. The codes to get inside didn’t work, we messaged him whilst at the accomodation and waited for his response. We waited for an hour around midnight, then finally ordered taxi to a different accommodation. The host finally responded after we already paid 15 euro for taxi, his excuse was his phone didn’t work & didnt offer to reimburse us for the taxi. Quite disappointing. Also, loud in the master bedroom when there are guests in the other apartment.

• Rafael (10/5): Excellent apartment, comfortable and good price-quality relation - The apartment was excellent, newly renovated and clean. It’s spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has all you can need. The owner gave us the information we needed in advance, and all went well. The area around the apartment may not be the nicest, but it’s really close to the metro station and we didn’t have any problem. Not really a down side anyway.

• Magdalena (10/5): Modern and comfortable - The apartment was really pretty and new. It was very comfortable and clean. The noise from the street did not bother us cause we didn’t hear anything when we were inside, also the bedroom is on the other site so you can really relax in silence. The flat is very modern and has all you need. I really liked it. I wanted to get information a day before about how to enter and what hour and I received all the info at the exact hour that we could enter- around 14.30. It would be better to receive all the info before, also to know the time that you can enter the flat. It was situated next to the entrance to the buliding and the window from the saloon was going on the street, so we could not open the windows cause you could see from the street everything that was happening inside (the window was going to the salon), so even during the day we had to use the lights.
