Hemos tenido que comprar el papel higiénico, los recambio de la cafetera, las bolsas de basura, los armarios sin percha para volar la ropa, La lámpara de la habitación estaba fundida, los baños huelen mal. Para 6 personas han entregado un solo juego de llaves, se les solicitó otro y ni contestaron. Ha sido muy mala experiencia.
- Priya (8/5): Lovely place in a great location - A great central location to explore Marbella and the area. It has everything we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, oven and TV. There were no instructions on things like emptying the bins and how to use the oven which would have been very helpful. The owners were easy to contact and responsive however.
- Luis (6/5): Chegada com muita confusao e esperava mais de Marbella nesta epoca festiva - Localizaçao Contactei a proprietaria no dia anterior para informar que pelo tipo de viagem que ia fazer nao era possivel prever hora de chegada , nao obtive resposta. Contactei no proprio dia e informei que por um precalço de viajem chegaria tarde. Recebi a localizaçao errada a 2 km de distancia do local do levantamento das chaves, fizemos o percurso a caminhar pela dificuldade em estacionar na zona e tambem por nao ter a certeza de onde era o local (restaurante )de levantamento das chaves, recuperei as chaves e como tinha o carro longe e no sentido contrario continuamos a caminhar mais 2 km com duas crianças por volta de 22 horas e quando chegamos ao apartamento...nao era o apartamento que tinhamos reservado sendo muito mais pequeno e distanciado dos pontos mais interessantes. Contactei a proprietaria no sentido de solucionar o problema e como resposta obtive um..."Ou fica com esse apartamento ou vai ao sitio onde levantou a chave para fazer a troca" quando lhe mostramos indignaçao ameaçou de até nao alugar o apartamento ,obrigando-nos a ameaçar com uma queixa a policia. Finalmente de depois de muita confusao encontramos o apartamento que é bom para verao, mas para invernos tem falta de roupa de cama. Nao voltarei de maneira nenhuma.

- Gabriella (2/5): Don’t stay here, save your money and go elsewhere. - great location. rude host, dirty apartment, can’t flush toilet paper but no bidet, no sheets on some of the beds, dirty bathroom mats left outside on the ground of the balcony, personal and half used items in the house, used bin bags from previous tenants no taken out, bathroom bins with no liners, old food left in the fridge and cupboards, dirty cookware and crockery.

- James (9/5): Great Location! - Awesome Property with a superb location in the centre of Marbella. Close to good restaurants and not far to the nearest beach.
- Ciara (9/5): fabulous!! - Fabulous location - so close to the beach and the old town (with lots of tapas restaurants!). Very clean apartment. It had everything we needed for a great city break! A great host - that even brought us extra sheets - very accommodation and welcoming! Nothing!

- Jenny (10/5): Great stay could do with better kitchen equipment - Location and space in the property. Lights didn’t work in the second bedroom and only one pan that worked on the induction hob. No oven dishes for the oven or bowls to eat cereal.
