• SAMANTARA (9/5): Περάσαμε υπέροχα σε έναν χώρο μέσα στη φύση, με πολύ όμορφη αισθητική! - Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το μέγεθος, οι παροχές και η αισθητική του δωματίου, αλλά κυρίως το ότι είναι μέσα στη φύση! Το πρωί πίναμε τον καφέ μας στον κήπο μπροστά στο δωμάτιο και μας επισκέφτηκε μία πανέμορφη και φιλική αλεπού. Την κεράσαμε λίγο τυράκι. Ήταν φανταστική εμπειρία! α) Ενώ το αναγράφει, δεν έχει θέα στη λίμνη. β) Πίσω από το κρεβάτι, ανάμεσα στους τοίχους και τους κορμούς των δέντρων θα θέλαμε να είναι πιο καθαρά.

• Gali (8/5): Чудесен избор за почивка с деца - Виличките са чудесни, ситуирани в гората, с големи френски прозорци, близо до стената на яз.Доспат. Настаняването е дистанционно. Беше чисто и удобно, кухнята е напълно оборудвана. Пускат домашни любимци. Има и детска площадка. Бяхме за 5нощувки и нито веднъж не смениха кърпи или да заредят тоалетна хартия, също няма и почистване.

Bathrooms were horrible - combined with the toilet in a bad bizarre manner, water drain design is an "open manner" for water splashes all over the place. Last but not least, terrible smell from both bathrooms! Strange smell throughout the entire cabin (on top of the bathroom smell). Lack of fresh air ventilation for the top floor bedrooms (also in summer hot days can be very hot). Poor internet connection. Location is not good for general tourism. aside specifically for the nearby lake activities, all nearby villages/services/restaurants etc. are mediocre. sorry. Common kitchen was not always crean.

• Maria (7/5): Great stay made unpleasant by unhelpful host - The chalet is in great condition, and the interior design makes you feel like you are in a cabin in the Alps. The property is also new, clean, and well maintained. This was the first time ever where I've booked an accommodation and was never provided any check-in instructions whatsoever. No emai, no message, no staff present in the location (and we arrived in the afternoon). We were lucky enough that there was another family that was on the phone with the host, so we could also ask which apartment we are staying in and how to access the keys. The host was also not responsive at all on WhatsApp.

There are still some things to do in the Chalet to be fully prepared for guests. The heating wasn’t working properly and there was no bathroom supplies for the guests.
