The host was so friendly and welcoming which makes such a difference. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean, rooms refreshed on request, and the location is superb. Shower was excellent with good water pressure. Everything in the apartment looked new . Soundproofing on windows is very good, and it was great to have mosquito screens at the window. Fabulous roof terrace with great views of Acropolis. If I have to say something, I would say it would have been nice to have a few shelves or hooks to put things on.

• fred200658 (10/5): Très bon endroit pour sentir battre le coeur d'Athènes. - Très bon emplacement au coeur d'un quartier animé et proche de l'Agora et de l'Acropole. Très bonne isolation qui permet cependant d'être au calme. Pas de petit déjeuner mais un équipement suffisant pour le préparer et le prendre sur place ainsi qu'un repas simple. Terrasse au deuxième étage avec vue sur l'Acropole. La déco est moderne et soignée. Ce n'est pas grand mais suffisamment bien agencé pour ne pas en pâtir.

• Camille (7/5): Une chambre agréable et très bien située - La chambre est très propre, bien équipée et bien située. C’est vraiment idéal pour visiter tout le centre-ville à pieds ! Du fait de l’emplacement très central, la chambre était assez bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit. Aussi, les rideaux n’étaient pas occultants et il y a beaucoup de lumières que l’on ne peut pas éteindre (panneau électrique, issue de secours etc.)

Ayrıca otelden ayrıldığımız halde saat 14:30 a kadar bagajlarımızı tuttular. Misafirler için küçük bir not: oda hizmetini konukların talep etmesi bekleniyor, bir not kartında yazılıydı. • Ficner (10/5): Cudowny nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji - Piękny, czysty pokój w bardzo dobrej i bezpiecznej lokalizacji. Z tarasu na dachu piękny widok na Akropol. Wspaniały właściciel, bardzo pomocny, polecił nam gdzie dobrze zjeść, był zawsze dostępny na whatsapp. Bardzo ładna i czysta łazienka. Wychodząc z budynku od razu znajdujemy się na ulicy z sklepikiem obok sklepiku. Pomimo tego w pokoju było bardzo cicho, nie słychać było również gości w sąsiednim pokoju, tylko jak przechodzili korytarzem to było cokolwiek słychać. Bardzo blisko do dobrych restauracji oraz do wszystkich najważniejszych punktów historycznych. Wspaniały pomysł właściciela, w piwnicy mają skrytki na kluczyk na przechowywanie bagaży. Wymeldowanie mieliśmy o 11 a lot o 23, pozwolono nam tam zostawić plecaki więc mieliśmy prawie cały dzień na rozkoszowanie się Atenami bez zbędnych w tym czasie bagaży. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. 💙 Nie ma nic do czego moglibyśmy się przyczepić, bardzo polecamy.

• Alec (9/5): Comfortable, central and a nice place to stay for several days, in the city centre - The place is in the city center and in a quiet spot. Restaurants around the corner. Walking distance to all the great sites in Athens. It’s clean, complete and very comfortable. Nick is a great guy and helped us out when needed.

• Isatala (10/5): Alojamiento excepcional - Alojamiento muy bien ubicado y a pesar de estar en una calle céntrica y turística no había apenas ruido a la hora de dormir, todo un acierto! El apartamento está muy bien decorado, con todo lo necesario. Baño amplio y cómodo. Almohadas y colchón cómodos, buena calefacción y tiene una terraza con unas vistas espectaculares a la acrópolis. El chico que nos recibió era super amable y explicándonos todo cuidadosamente. Si vuelvo a Atenas no dudaré en repetir en este alojamiento. Muy buena relación calidad - precio, lo recomiendo totalmente! Nos gustó todo

• Tedge (10/5): - A really perfect little apartment in a nice area of Monastiraki. It had everything we needed, was comfortable, and convenient to shops, metro stations, restaurants and attractions. Nick was friendly and helpful and communications were fast. We were also able to leave our bags in their storage till it was time to go to the ferry on the last day.

It had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and well-equipped. The building has one big plus: a rooftop with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The host was helpful and communicative the whole time. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again! We recommend it 200%!

• Alexandra (9/5): - Même si l'emplacement peut faire "peur" de prime abord car dans la rue du marché aux puces d'Athènes, l'appartement est tout de même idéalement situé quasiment au bout de cette rue. Donc en sortant de la gare de Thissio (avec ses valises :) ) on évite toute la cohue de cette rue dans ses heures d'activité. Et en étant au bout, on est plutôt bien préservé des bruits extérieurs. En sortant de l'immeuble, on se trouve en plein dans une ambiance vivante et différente de ce à quoi on est habitué. C'est très cool. L'accueil était vraiment sympa. Les instructions données en avance ça fluidifiait bien les choses surtout quand on arrive suite à un voyage épuisant. L'appartement était parfait. Dommage que nous ne sommes pas restés plus longtemps pour profiter du rooftop. Rien

The room was spacious and had everything you need to self cater. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. not so great to get a taxi from as in the market area but that did not spoil anything. The shower was a bit awkward because of the shape of the cubicle. Non of these would prevent me staying again.

• CHRISTINA (8/5): Καθαρο,βολικο ,ησυχο κοντα σε ολα . - Πολυ καθαρα,ανετο κρεβατι ,ωραιο ντους.Στην κουζινα ειχε οτι χρειαζεται και επισης καφετιερα με καψουλες - προσωπικη προτιμηση.Πολυ βολικο το συστημα στις πορτες με κωδικο αντι για κλειδι.Παρολο που ειναι στο κεντρο της περιοχης ,μεσα στα μαγαζια ,εχει πολυ καλη ηχομονωση και ειναι πολυ ησυχα στο δωματιο.Η βεραντα εχει θεα στην Ακροπολη.Η επικοινωνια με τον διαχειριστη παρα πολυ καλη και ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικος,και μας βοηθησε πολυ με το εξτρα ατομο που χρειαστηκε να προσθεσουμε ,παρολο που δεν ηταν μεσα στις παροχες.Επισης η σταση μετρο ειναι πολυ κοντα. Η μια μερα ηταν βροχερη & θα βολευε να υπηρχε καποιο καλυμμενο σημειο στην ταρατσα για τους καπνιστες της παρεας ,εφοσον δεν υπαρχουν μπαλκονια(.Αυτο βεβαια δεν επηρεαζει ολους!)

• Vee (10/5): - The location was fantastic, and despite being in the middle of the hub, it was very quiet. Easy to access the metro and within walking distance to some lovely places to eat and shop, as well as the Acropolis. The hosts were very responsive and there is a plane to leave suitcases of your checking in early or checking out late. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Athens! There is a problem in general with foul-smelling drains in Athens, and there was a bit of an odd smell from the shower drain, but we kept the bathroom door closed and the window open.

• Annarita (8/5): Vale la - Struttura molto ben tenuta e pulita. Nick é stato eccellente nell’accoglienza e nel fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Nonostante la struttura si trovi in una via del mercato é molto silenziosa. La vista del Partenone dalla terrazza in comune eccezionale !! Il bagno un po’ piccolo considerate le dimensioni della stanza. Abbiamo prenotato una deluxe ma non ci é stato chiaro se tutte le 4 camere della struttura hanno la medesima dimensione (quindi tutte deluxe)

• Christopher (10/5): Great location and excellent communication and help from the manager - Room had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Athens, looks pretty new and is all in great condition and had all kitchen appliances! Even though in the middle of the flea market you don’t hear anything from outside! Perfect location if you’re coming from either Piraeus port or the airport by metro and from there you can walk everywhere. There is a nice rooftop with perfect view of the Acropolis and was pretty much all for ourselves! The staff are super nice, communication is great and they can help you organize trips, airport transfers etc, also they let us use their luggage storage after we had checked out! Would def stay there again. Nothing - it was excellent

W pobliżu 200 metrów znajduje się stacja metra. W sąsiedztwie wiele restauracji i barów. Pokój duży czysty dobrze wyposażony i doskonale wygłuszony. Świetny kontakt z zarządcą obiektu. Możliwość przechowania bagażu w szafce zamykanej na klucz. Polecam skorzystać z opcji transportu na lotnisko. Nic
• Eric (8/5): Proprietario e stanza ok, posizione top, ci tornerei sicuramente. - Posizione top, praticamente a 10-15 minuti a piedi da tutto (Acropolis, Agorà, Fermata metro Piazza Monastiraki collegata direttamente all'aeroporto, Piazza Syntagma, Plaka etc), non ho mai dovuto usare i mezzi. Camera spaziosa, forse solo il bagno leggermente sacrificato, ma per una persona va benissimo. Set cortesia completo, c'è tutto, dagli spazzolini con dentifricio alle pantofole. Anche la cucina aveva tutto l'occorrente, comprese due bottigliette d'acqua in frigo (capiente) all'arrivo che non guastano mai :) Il proprietario Niky gentilissimo e disponibilissimo fin da subito. Lo split dell'aria condizionata posto sopra il letto manda l'aria fredda direttamente addosso e potrebbe risultare poco gradevole a chi non ama questo, ma è molto semplice ed efficace da regolare dal pannellino dei comandi, ed in fondo penso sia una quesione di gusti personali. Alla cucina sarebbe utile aggiungere qualche canovaccio per l'eventuale pulizia di stoviglie, mani, frutta etc, ma anche in questo caso si tratta di dettagli .

Nonostante nella strada sottostante ci sia grande passaggio di persone per la presenza di diversi locali, la camera risulta silenziosa. Struttura molto pulita e Nick è stato molto gentile al momento del nostro arrivo. Ci ha dato molte informazioni e potevamo contattarlo via whatsapp in qualunque momento e per qualsiasi richiesta. Inoltre abbiamo mangiato quasi sempre al ristorante subito sotto la struttura, Omorfi Poli, ottima cucina greca e personale gentile. Consigliatissimo!

The appartment is in a great part of Athens, full of life, lots to see and do and close to all historic sites. The appartment itself was perfect in size and very clean, with no noise from the busy streets. Having breakfast with a view of the Acropolis was also amazingly beautiful. If we come back to Athens again, we will definitely book with Avissinias Boutique Apartments again!

In the reality it is actually less, it is a room where in one side you don’t have enough space to climb in the bed. There are photos of the terrace and in the reality it is a common terrace where it s very hot. It doesn’t worth 120 euros for one night.
