• Andrej (7/5): An outdated hotel with many flaws, but the staff’s effort and care completely changed our overall experience for the bet - More than half of the rooms were very outdated, it felt like nothing had been renovated since the 1990s. Thankfully, after speaking with reception and requesting a better option, we were moved to renovated rooms. The staff did a great job making our stay comfortable, including the hotel manager himself. At the beginning of our stay, I honestly wanted to move to a different hotel because of the condition of many of the rooms. However, the effort and willingness from the staff to improve our experience completely changed our impression. All the changes and attention to detail made us reconsider, and it is now a place we would potentially come back to again. At our request, the restaurant director, Khaled, ensured that our family table was reserved throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. He was very open to feedback and suggestions, and we could actually see improvements being implemented during our stay: new coffee machines were installed, tablecloths were added, plastic coffee cups were removed, and the food variety improved noticeably. The main pool is straight out of the 1990s — very outdated and visibly falling apart in many areas. The bungalows also appear untouched since that period, and rooms in the 300 section especially have clearly not seen renovation for decades. Internet connection was extremely poor, with moments where there was no connection even at the reception area. The quality of food was questionable during most of our stay. For nearly a full week, the buffet repeated the same very basic options every day. Only toward the end of the holiday did we notice some improvements and slightly better variety. One of the biggest problems at the outdoor restaurant area are the crows. They constantly steal food directly from guests’ plates while people are still eating. If you leave your table even for a minute to get coffee or another drink, your food may literally be gone when you return. Some guests may consider this unhygienic and unpleasant during meals. Service at the food stations also did not feel like a 4-star hotel experience. Some staff serving or cutting food seemed unfriendly and rushed, often throwing food onto plates without care. It felt more like a cheap cafeteria than a proper hotel restaurant experience, especially considering the price guests pay. Finding beach beds was another daily struggle. Guests wake up around 06:00 just to reserve sunbeds with towels for the entire day. Despite our family already swimming by 07:00, we could never manage to get front-row beds. There is also no non-smoking beach area, which made the experience very unpleasant for non-smokers. In 7 days, I inhaled more cigarette smoke than I probably had in the previous 10 years. The entire beach area feels very outdated as well, with old beach beds, ripped mattresses, and even exposed nails sticking out in some places.
• Cleofe (8/5): - Ci eravamo già stati a Ottobre scorso, in pieni lavori di ristrutturazione quindi è comprensibile un po’ di disagio. Ma non ha pesato più di tanto. Sicuramente abbiamo trovato migliorato in tutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ne approfitto per comunicare che per errore abbiamo dimenticato le tessere dei teli da mare mando la foto per dimostrare che non abbiamo portato via gli asciugamani. Grazie Cleofe Ambu

• Barbara (10/5): Bellissima vacanza. Torneremo al Ghazala beach! - Ho soggiornato presso il Ghazala Beach Hotel a Sharm el Sheikh dal 24 al 28 aprile 2026 e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare la massima disponibilità della struttura: avendo il volo di ritorno alle 22:30, ci è stato gentilmente concesso il check-out alle 16 invece che alle 12, con la possibilità di continuare a usufruire di piscina e spiaggia fino a tarda sera. Un’attenzione davvero apprezzata che ha reso la partenza molto più rilassante. Avevamo la formula mezza pensione e siamo rimasti colpiti dall’abbondanza e dalla qualità del cibo, oltre che dalla dedizione del personale del ristorante, sempre cortese e attento. Tutto lo staff dell’hotel si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, ma un ringraziamento speciale va a Natalia della reception: è stata semplicemente eccezionale, mantenendo un contatto costante con me tramite WhatsApp per tutta la durata del soggiorno e rispondendo sempre con grande disponibilità a ogni richiesta. Un’altra menzione va ad Ahmed, il ragazzo delle pulizie, sempre sorridente, gentile ed efficiente. Ho inoltre usufruito della spa per due fantastici massaggi: anche qui ho trovato personale altamente professionale e accogliente. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo: la posizione sul mare, i servizi offerti e l’attenzione al cliente rendono questa struttura una scelta davvero conveniente. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per la qualità del servizio e la cura verso gli ospiti.
• Mario (10/5): Miglior hotel di Sharm - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro città e il prezzo è imbattibile. Le stanze erano sempre pulite e ben curate, segno di grande attenzione ai dettagli. Tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e cordiale, facendoci sentire sempre a nostro agio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mohamed (il cameriere che ci ha seguiti per tutta la settimana), sempre attento, disponibile e professionale: è riuscito a farci trovare ogni volta tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, con il sorriso. I ragazzi della reception sono stati sempre gentili e pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi richiesta. Anche il ragazzo delle pulizie (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome) è stato impeccabile: avevo promesso di menzionarlo perché ha svolto il suo lavoro in modo eccellente. Un plauso anche al team di animazione: Engy, Guda, Eva, Aladino e tutti gli altri sono stati simpatici, coinvolgenti e sempre cordiali, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tutti i servizi offerti dall’hotel sono stati di ottimo livello. Consigliatissimo!

• Angelina (10/5): - Struttura direttamente sulla spiaggia, con una posizione davvero ottima, a pochi passi da Naama Bay. Ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi ma anche avere tutto a portata di mano. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale, attento e sempre disponibile: Ashraf, Natalia e le ragazze della reception sono stati gentilissimi e pronti ad aiutare in ogni occasione. Un grazie anche ad Alex, che mi ha consigliato la spa… ed effettivamente merita davvero! Il massaggio con Fatima è stato semplicemente stupendo, un momento di puro relax. Esperienza molto positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Da migliorare le camere

Новые стулья в ресторане, замена посуды, и многое другое, реновация номеров продолжается, территория обрела новый вид: подсветки, озеленение. В номерах (не знаю, во всех ли?) поставили даже чайные наборы (чайник, чай кофе сахар и даже молоко!) Надо продолжать работать над сервисом в основном ресторане (не хватает приборов вовремя и т д). Хотя важно сказать, что персонал очень старается и гибко реагирует и всегда помогает.

• Murat (10/5): Beklentimizin fazlasıydı. - İlk kez gittiğimiz bir tesisti. Bungalovda kaldık. Buradaki bazı yorumları okuduğumuzda biraz kaygılanarak gittik. Fakat tesiste bu kaygılara gerek olmadığını geçirdiğimiz bir haftalık tatilde anladık. Kesinlikle fiyat / performans olarak bakıldığında öncelikli tercih edilmesi gereken bir tesis. Bazı yorumlardaki şikayetlerde bahsedildiği gibi, böcekle karşılaşmadık, akşamlar bahçede otururken bile sivrisinek rahatsızlığı yoktu, odalarda sineklikler tamdı, odanız isterseniz hergün temizleniyor, yanımızda şampuan vb. Götürmemize rağmen oteldeki mevcutların gayet kaliteli olduğunu fark ettik, odaların konforu gayet yeterliydi, yemekler konusunda tabii ki damak tadımız ve alışkanlığımız olan Türk mutfağıyla boy ölçüşemez ama aç kalmadık, her öğünde yiyebileceğimiz damak tadımıza uygun yemekler vardı, en seçiciler için bile her öğün ızgara var, otel personelinin tamamı, temizlik görevlisinden resepsiyon görevlisine bell boyuna kadar herkes çok yardımsever canayakın ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmeniz için tüm imkanları sunmaya çalışıyor. İsimlerini tek tek yazmıyorum hepsine çok teşekkürler. Resepsiyon görevlileri gün aşırı whatsapp mesajları ile birşeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını, rahatımızın ve keyfimizin nasıl olduğunu sordular ve ihtiyaçlarımıza anında çözümler buldular. Açık sulardan şüphe ettiğimizi öğrendiklerinde her yemekte masamıza şişe su bırakmaya başladılar ve odaya da her gün 2-3 şişe su bıraktılar. Tesisin konumuna gelince, bence sharmın konum olarak en güzel oteli. Çok geniş ve bol şezlonglu, dip dipe olmayan bir kumsalı, havuz gibi olan bir denizi var. Zaten Naama Bay bölgenin en güzel körfezi. Bel seyiyesine kadar girdiğinizde balıklarla yüzmeye başlıyorsunuz. Otelin havuzlarını hiç kullanmadık çünkü ihtiyaç duymuyorsunuz. Bizim için çok keyifliydi. Artık Sharm daki adresimiz burası, böyle bir tesis bulduğumuz için mutluyuz. Tekrar tekrar tercihimiz olacak bir tesis. Şiddetle tavsiye ederiz. Otele yp gitmiştik booking de hd satılmıyor. İlk gün öğle yemeği için restorana gittiğimizde öğle yemeği ücretli dediler., bizde biliyoruz dedik. Ücreti söylediler. Tamam dedik oda numaramızı söyledik garsona. Yemeğimiz bitene kadar bir daha yanımıza uğramadı. Yemeğimizi bitirdik ve sonrasında restorandan kalktık odamıza doğru geçerken arkamızdan hesabı ödemidiniz diye koşturan restoran görevlisi pek hoş bir görüntü olmadı. Sonrasında bizi tekrar restorana yönlendirip oturduğumuz masaya geri oturttu ve hesabı elden aldıklarını kameraların görüntülerinden kontrol edildiğini söyledi. Masada nakit ödememiz gerekiyormuş. Plajdan restorana geldiğimizi düşünürsek yanımızda nakit olmaması mümkündü. Uygulama bize saçma geldi. Görevlinin hatası olduğunu normalde bizim yemeğimizin bitmeden ve biz masadan kalkmadan önce halledilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Kaçıyormuşuz gibi davranarak yoldan geri çevirmeleri kendimizi kötü hissettirdi. Tesiste başka bir negatiflik yaşamadık.
• shaimaa (6/5): - Location was v good, staff are v nice, helpful and fast responsive beach was nice The rooms however it's renovated but still old and the bathroom was a bit poor I had to cover the sink of the bathtub and the main tub so no insects or strange objects to enter the room as I saw some, the window can't be closed properly and mosquitos entered however the housekeeping Saleh he is a v good employee tried to fix it till engineering come however the other 2 days the engineering supposed to have come to my room but it wasn't fixed but it wasn't a big deal I managed to close the blackout so nothing enters the room however the reception + GR were v helpful and fast responsive Also I took half board and I couldn't eat at the restaurant the food wasn't the best at all however the staff was trying to help but there is quality issue compared to value of money paid As for the beach the smell of petrol of the boats was too heavy
• Fuad_Karimov (10/5): Отель, который с каждым годом становится лучше. Рекомендую этот отель уже во второй раз! - Уже второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле и с каждым разом он лучше и лучше! Как я писал ранее, у отеля огромная территория. Раньше в центральной части велись ремонтные работы - сейчас они завершены и у отеля появился очень красивый комплекс фонтанов. Так что, если в каких либо старых отзывах встретите фотографии ремонтных работ, обнесенных зеленой сеткой, знайте - теперь это не актуально. Сам отель расположен в самом центре бухты Наама бей, есть большой личный пляж с деревянными шезлонгами и собственным рифом. Рифы есть и на соседних пляжах, но за линией буйков, а тут прямо внутри зоны купания. Как ориентир берите правый дальний угол. Риф маленький, но живой и с большим количеством рыб. Но конечно главное богатство этого отеля - это его персонал. В первую очередь, ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО администратору на рецепшене Наталии. Она помогала и поддерживала нас с первой до последней минуты. Всегда была на связи в Вотсапп и даже когда мы выселились из номера уехали в аэропорт и узнали, что наш рейс отменили - помогла восстановить номер на этот день и продлить проживание еще на одну ночь, при полной занятости отеля. Так же спасибо Мухаммеду Али, за чистоту в нашем номере и великолепные фигурки из полотенец, украшенные цветами. И конечно же, спасибо нашему давнему другу в ресторане отеля - Мухаммеду. В прошлом отзыве я упомянул его как Эльвиса Престли, за схожую прическу и даже внешность. Но этот раз прическа была по проще, но его шарм и невероятная услужливость остались прежними. Он буквально предугадывал наши желания, это было какое то чудо! Поверьте, этому отелю не нужно писать о том, что нужно улучшать - они сами всё прекрасно знают и работают над этим. В первый день рядом с зоной со сладостями не было тарелок и было не удобно ходить за ними в другой конец зала, подумал сказать об этом работникам, но не сказал. Буквально на следующий раз гора тарелок уже там лежала. Отель буквально утопает в зелени и красивых цветах. Но вокруг новых дорожек была голая земля. Только полумал: "интересно, почему они здесь ничего не сажают?" - к вечеру толпа садовников уже сажала цветы по всему периметру. Отель реально уливляет и развивается. Так что, мой вам совет - пока в этом отеле более приемлимые цены, бронируйте не раздумывая! Наверняка, завтра таких цен уже не будет.

Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, et les installations étaient globalement satisfaisantes. le Wi-Fi ne marchait pas sur la télévision, ce qui était gênant.

Da segnalare che all arrivo mi è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito e che alcune camere al momento sono in fase di ristrutturazione ( come necessitano i bungalow molto carini ma datati). There are two large reefs at its beach, offering the chance to swim with the fish. The staff were great—very attentive and understanding. Although the open buffet served the same dishes every day, they were quite tasty. Since it was the beginning of the season, there was renovation work at the hotel and it was very noisy. The Wi-Fi doesn't work anywhere.

• ELISE (8/5): A ver relaxing and enjoyable holiday at a super resort. The staff are very helpful and obliging. - The location right in the middle of the Naama Bay beach was super. The food was buffet style and mostly reasonably varied including vegetarian suitable dishes. The staff are very accomodating and helpful and the resort well looked after (the room was a bit 'tired' but perfectly functional and very nice. Including a couple of TV channels in a few languages including one film channel and BBC news in English. It was a quiet area where I was (by the pool, though I guess that depends on who is nearby at any time, as I heard loud thumpy music from some of the balconies of the main hotel.) The pool looked well looked after and the sunbeds were all nicely arranged. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would mostly recommend it. The WIFI was non existant, even in the main reception area you had to virtually sit in (as in behind) the bar to get any signal. So I went to a nearby hotel bar for a drink and used theirs. The WIFI worked nowhere and they said they are having it repaired but I saw from other previous reviews that this is an ongoing issue and not a new, temporary thing. I did also suggest to the customer services manager that it would be very helpful if the chef could label the food with a V for vegetarian friendly, as it is definitely not always obvious - for example I poured a bowl of vegetable soup only to find it had meat in it and many of the dishes there was absolutely no way to tell. It isn't convenient or practical to keep asking the staff which food does / not have meat in it, a simple label near the dishes would be perfect.

• Oleksandra (10/5): Not bad but could be in a future more good! - I stayed at Ghazala Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The main advantage of this hotel is its great location in Naama Bay. Everything is close by — shops, cafes, and the promenade — which makes staying here very convenient. I would like to thank the reception staff — Mohamed (morning shift) and Haitham — for being friendly, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Natalie from Guest Relations — her support really helped make my stay enjoyable. Room cleaning was done daily. Our housekeeper, Mohamed Ali, was professional, responsible, and attentive. Many thanks to the restaurant management — Yasser, and Atem Saber and their team, the head chef, and Mohamed, the waiter in the main restaurant. Senior management was also polite and professional. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay. Entertainment is modest: an evening mini disco for children, followed by a show and a disco for guests. There were a few areas that could be improved. In the restaurant, plastic plates are used, and sometimes they are not perfectly clean. Updating the dishwashing equipment or tableware could make the dining experience more comfortable. Some public areas also require more attention. The restroom near the restaurant is occasionally wet and sandy, and it is closed after midnight, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests. I would also like to mention the watering of the hotel’s green areas, especially near the heated pool and the main pool. At times, there was an unpleasant smell from the water system. Improving water treatment could help make this more comfortable for guests. There is also a new guest relations staff member who may need more experience and closer interaction with guests, as she seemed a bit reserved. Would I return to this hotel? Possibly — the location is definitely a strong point.
