• andrew (10/5): Like home from home and beautifully presented. Loads of space for four adults. - Everything!!! Spacious, luxurious and extremely comfortable. Literally nothing at all.

• Brian (8/5): Comfortable stay,tho'bedrooms were less "luxurious"! Disappointment at being unable to take a bath - overall met expectations, though quality / size of bedrooms were no so "luxurious" as those on the ground floor. "Dava" was very responsive to our few queries. Unable to use bath owing to :-Can I ask that the bath is not used? A guest unfortunately knocked into it and dislodged it so it leaks"

• Jeannie (8/5): It was an ideal property for a family stay and we were happy to have chosen Lytham over Blackpool. - It was good to be in Lytham rather than Blackpool as it was quiet and a lovely town. The house was very spacious. The shower in the top bathroom wasn't warm enough to use.
• DANIEL (7/5): - Good location. Lovely house with all the amenities we required. Generally clean throughout. A few fundamental infrastructure issues throughout the house which didn't impact on our stay too much but could be improved upon: it takes an age for the hot water to come through in the top bathroom, there is a general bad smell from the drains, the patio door was broken so we couldn't access the back garden.

• Peter (10/5): Lytham Luxury says it all. - We stayed at Lytham Luxury for 2 nights, everything in the house was absolutely spot on. 4 beautiful double bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining room and a lovely large lounge room. One en suite bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. We came for a family funeral and a lovely touch was the card and a bottle of prosecco left for us by the hosts Gary Elaine and Dava. Thank you ever so much for your kindness Peter and family Nothing not to like.

• Johanna (7/5): Good house for a family, beach and town centre easily walkable. - Good location. Large house. Well stocked kitchen utensils (except only one teaspoon). Pleasant helpful host, Dava. One bed was squeezed into a storage unit so we hit our head and elbow. One loo was out of action.

• Claire (10/5): Exceptional - The house was beautiful, spacious and well decorated. The facilities were excellent and the attention to detail was good. Not much wardrobe space in the bedrooms but it was fine as we were only here two nights.

• Katie (9/5): Great house. Spacious comfortable and well equipped. Near to beach and shops. We had a lovely bank holiday weekend her - Lytham Luxury is a very deceptive property almost tardis like. Loads of room for a family with three double beds over two floors large lounge and dining room plus bonus lounge on the first floor. Ground floor toilet and two roomy bathrooms upstairs. lovely equipped kitchen and garden with sitting area. we had a lovely stay over the bank holiday and the weather was amazing. Lots to see and do in Lytham plus it’s near to shops and the beach. well worth a visit.
• Hallam (10/5): Exceptional - My partner and I had a terrific stay at this property. The house is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beach was less than a five minute walk. Bars, restaurants and public transport were all just around the corner. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
• Declan (9/5): This is a comfortable and gracious home modernized to the highest degree - Self catering, every facility was available for cooking. Dava the hostess was a treat to meet with her abundant cheerfulness and her spirit of welcome and helpfulness. A little blast of heat on the chilly May mornings would have been very welcome and perhaps again in the later evenings. The narrow step at the front door was iffy to negotiate.
