D.L🌻 (8/5): Alles in allem in Ordnung und sauber... 1könnte jedoch "Wohnlichkeit" gebrauchen... - Problemloses Check-in und Check-out. Zentrale Lage. Sehr saubere Fewo. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Netter schriftlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Untergeschoss mit nicht komplett zu öffnenden Fenstern, sodass man keinen Blick nach draußen hat. Es ist hellhörig, d.h. meine "Übermieter" konnte ich deutlich hören... Mir fehlte etwas Atmosphäre im Apartment. Für 3 Nächte konnte ich mich damit arrangieren... für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ggf eine alternative Whg., durchaus gerne in diesem Haus, anmieten.

Richard (9/5): - For the price, it's really ok! You have a lot of square meters, so it doesn't feel claustrofobic which makes it suitable to stay a bit longer. (I was 10 days at this place.) As can be seen in the pictures, there are no separate living room and bedroom. But you have your own kitchen and bathroom, which is really great for this price. The whole appartment is located in the basement of the building and you can judge from the photo's if you like this or not. I did and will probably come back another time. I appreciated the fact that there were 3 windows which had mosquito nets, so which can be opened without insects flying in. And when I returned home, I noticed that I probably forgot my camping lights in the appartment. The owner was very helpful and has sent the lights back to my home for free. The fridge freezes everything. A couch or some comfortable chairs would have been nice.

Danny (6/5): - Locatie is wat achteraf, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Het is erg gehorig in het huis.
urbanobserver (3/5): Nie wieder - Ruhige Lage. Schlafzimmer ohne ein Fenster das, sich öffnen lässt. Es war nicht defekt, sondern es war als nicht zu öffnendes Fenster eingebaut und zudem mit Folie vollständig zugeklebt, sodass man auch nicht rausschauen konnte. Das ging gar nicht. Absolut beklemmend. Hatte dort eine ganz üble Nacht, bis ich Atemnot bekam, bin dann ins Wohnzimmer umgezogen, in dem noch zwei weitere Einzelbetten standen. Völlig gerädert bin ich am nächsten Morgen aufgestanden und hatte 6,5 Stunden auf der Autobahn vor mir. Vielleicht hatte ich auch nur Pech und einen schlechten Tag, aber das "fensterlose" Zimmer war eine Zumutung. Keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften.

Sascha (4/5): ich musste hier nur nächtigen - Das einzige was mir hier gefallen hat war der Preis leider kann man hier nicht von einem Appartement sprechen. Es ist ein ehemaliger Partykeller umgebaut. Man hat einfach 2 Betten reingestellt und bezeichnet es dann als Appartement im selben Gebäude. Es ist nirgends erwähnt, das es sich hier um einen Kellerraum bzw. Südterrain handelt. Die Deckenhöhe betrug ca. 2 Meter wo ich mir doch öfters den Kopf gestossen habe, da ich auch 2 Meter groß bin. Auch die Schalter für Licht waren aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Dies könnte mal erneuert werden. Auch die beiden Feuchtraumbaustellenlampen in der "Küche" könnten mal durch eine vernünftige Lampe ersetzt werden. Kein Hinweis darüber, dass es sich um ein Kelllerzimmer handelt.

Oksana (5/5): Nein, danke, nie wieder - Die Lage. Park und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster (Foto2) ist lange nicht die abgebildete- Sie sehen nicht den schönen Garten, sondern eine Baustelle. Die Arbeiter müssen zu euch auf die Terrasse um Wasser ein- und ausschalten. Morgens um 8 gibts schon Lärm. Kaffemaschine funktioniert nicht. Pro Person 1 Badetuch. Im zweiten Zimmer kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen, heißt man kann nicht einmal lüften. Fernsehsender gibt's nur wenige. Kein Zuvorkommen, da wir gesundheitsbedingt 1 Nacht früher abreisen mussten.
