- Sufak64 (10/5): Excellent stay - Lovely house and the owners were lovely Problems with the central heating but the gas fire was lovely. The owners brought round portable heaters and hot water bottles for us
- Gemma (7/5): Good - Speaker and games provided Heating on almost constantly, no email with key box code
- Georgina (9/5): A bargain bolt hole for a weekend getaway. Host was very helpful. Thank you. - Great location for visiting Gloucester. The cathedral is a must. Clean and just right for the 6 of us on a budget. Lovely that there is a garden and space to sit in the evening to play games and chat. It would have been great to know that there were no chopping knives or grater in the kitchen. We would have come prepared. This didn’t effect our stay as we popped out to get these items. It would just have been useful.
- Garage (4/5): Disappointing - Middle of a council estate
- Angelina (4/5): Overall, a comfortable and clean semi detached home to stay in for an overnight stay. Location is not great, but okay if - Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and pleasant and quiet at night. We had assumed it was a ‘cottage’ but it is a semi detached. Complimentary breakfast not available as it’s no longer offered, but was on booking description.
- Shirley (8/5): Very good -
- Educraftuk (7/5): A nice large house but the cooker needs replacing before I would stay again. - Large house, well presented. Free Wifi was fast. Some basic things missing in the kitchen (like baking trays, chopping board, sharp knife).
The cooker is not fit for purpose and needs replacing. It is old, dirty and the settings have all worn away on the dials so you can't see which does what.
- Linda (8/5): It served our purpose wouldn’t want to stay for a week - Convenient for our evening out Only 1 toilet
- Hung (3/5): it was a terrible night for one of us due to water leaking to bedroom downstairs. - it is spacious. it has water leaking from bathroom to ceiling light bulb to the bed in the bedroom downstairs. The blanket was wet, one of us had to sleep at the sofa with half wet blanket. No reply from the host, when I informed about the issue at the time and after our stay.
- Louise (8/5): Very good -
- Carole (8/5): Tidy house with comfy beds and a good shower - Comfy beds and a good shower Only one toilet
- Kelly (8/5): Cute little house - Cute little house all little bits you may of needed where there. It wasn't a cottage as such.
The area not what I expected from photos
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Pearlene (8/5): Very good - It was lovely waking up to the sound of sheep outside
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Mehboob (8/5): Very good -
- Claire (8/5): Short and sweet - Use of the full house including kitchen was really handy
Also the sheep just wondering down the street in the morning Area felt a bit intimidating
Short stroll to the shop, drunk/druggies sat outside and a woman trying to start a fight!
Not the hosts fault but worth mentioning
- Katharine (8/5): After a little difficulty trying to access property had a pleasant and comfortable stay. - Breakfast not included but the host had kindly supplied milk and bottled water, wine ,croissants and grapes! We were able to watch a film on large screen TV. We got the impression that the property was a cottage in the country but found it was a semi on a council estate!
- James (10/5): really quite and calm quirky place - really clean and cosy place to stay everything you could ask for it was all good
- Vinothkumar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleks (10/5): Exceptional - very reasonable in price. and very spacious
