• Krzysztof (8/5): - Beautiful, classic furnishings, including a wooden ceiling, windows, doors, and shutters, the small size of the house creates a cozy atmosphere, and the matching tiles. Those who enjoy classic or even slightly aged interiors will feel right at home. The house was clean, and cleaning products, laundry detergent, and a supply of towels and hygiene products were available. The house is situated on a hill, so the view of the sea and downtown is good, but a slightly limited, a well-stocked supermarket is 100 meters away. Nice, tolerant owner. Most of the rules are understandable and justified. It's also understandable that organizing parties is not preferred, but for the rules to prohibit inviting guests to your home to meet is a bit of an exaggeration

• NADINE (7/5): Logement correct pour court séjour - Très bon accueil de Valerio Facilite de stationnement, quartier pratique pour accéder aux montagnes d’Anaga Supermarché à proximité, accessible à pied Cuisine bien équipée Pour nous, impossible de dormir sans bouchons d’oreille. Rue très passante et proximité de l’aéroport Hauteur de la mezzanine qui oblige à accéder au lit à 4 pattes Nous avons préféré laisser nos valises en bas Apparemment suite à un problème ponctuel il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine
• Margarita (6/5): No es una casa confortable - El noi que ens va atendre va ser molt amable. Molt de soroll de cotxes, no vam poder menjar a la terrassa pel soroll. Molt poc ventilada i amb poca llum. El bidet el vam utilitzar i va sortir aigua a xorro per terra. L’habitació súper incomoda, situada amb un altell, tot l’estona has d’anar ajupit i amb molt de compte per no donar-te un cop al cap, era un drama anar al bany a mitja a nit. El matalas prim a terra sense cap sunyer, molt molt incòmode. Jo no recomanaria la casa, si no ets molt jove.

• LORENA (9/5): - La casita es muy mona, tiene mucho encanto y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. El Propietario super atento y muy amable. Las almohadas un poco bajas, pero esto ya es cuestión de gustos.

• Andrea (10/5): Really enjoyed it - First of all super guest and communication was top. I liked the house. It is small but very cozy, with more than what is needed and the attention to details makes the stay even more enjoyable. The position is not central but there are many buses closed to get to St Cruz center or La Laguna in 15-20 mins. Really recommended
• Petros (10/5): Exceptional - You get the whole studio with amenities for a very good price. Also whilst slightly out from Santa Cruz, it’s not that far and it’s also close to la Laguna :)
• Noemizzzz (9/5): Very pleased with my stay. Thank you - The owner is very available and kind. I had an amazing experience with him, he even gave us recommendations on what to see and how to get there being the first time in Tenerife. The house is very clean and comfortable especially if you're a couple as you can use the sofa bed as a second bed but I'd say the main bed is the comfortable one. There's anything you need for your stay: towels, bath products, cooking spices, teas, clean bedding, toiletries and you'll only need to buy food and drinks if you're considering to eat at home. The house is quite bright too and there's TV and sofa. There's a private patio outside with high walls so you have lots of privacy from neighbours and road! There's a big food store 2 mins walk from the house too so it's really easy to stock up on groceries. Buses and trams stops are within walking distance from the house and take you to the main stations in Santa Cruz where you are easily connected to the rest of the island. Really pleased with my stay. Thank you so much Valerio! The house is on a hill so it can be challenging if you're not used to walk uphill but you can take it as a workout! The road was a bit noisy day and night because of the cars only( the neighbourhood is really quiet). The ceiling on the upper floor is quite low so you have to be careful not to hit your head especially when you wake up at night 🤣 I would say if you're quite tall it would be harder.

• Davinderpreet (9/5): Cozy home for a short stay! - We'd probably rate this 8.5/10, but there's no option for 0.5 Interior was very well decorated, has a funky vibe and has all the facilities you need including a nice bathroom and a well equipped kitchen The location is convenient, 5mins from the bus stop, supermarket, and close by to La Laguna and St Cruz. You can also go to anaga forest or Puerto del a cruz easily. Value for money was very good and you'll save money cooking. WiFi - poor WiFi, intermittent connection and low during parts of the day The ceiling upstairs were very low which could we annoying for a longer stay or if you're very tall Sofa bed is uncomfortable and probably best replaced. Nonetheless, we were very happy with our stay.
