- Viktor (10/5): Уютное местечко, куда хочется вернуться - Прекрасное место, куда хочется вернуться! Виды, природа - всё очень красиво, приятно там находиться. Всё очень по-домашнему и уютно. Отдельное спасибо очень гостеприимным и добрым работникам - Мариам и Вардуи! Еда оочень вкусная, домашняя. Толма сильно лучше той, что я ел в Ереване. Также очень скучаем по собачке Линде Из небольших недостатков - в душе было холодновато, и вода довольно неравномерно нагревается, напор слабоват. Но мы были в конце апреля - пока ещё довольно холодная погода для Севана, даже выпал снег за ночь, поэтому это играло роль. Летом было бы лучше в этом плане Ещё касательно ванны/туалета - было бы здорово сделать какую-нибудь полку/подставку для зубной пасты и щётки, а то места у раковины маловато
- Jan (10/5): - Lovely place at the shore of Lake Sevan run by very friendly and accomodating hosts. We only stayed one night during our road trip but would be happy to stay longer during summer. The highlight of our stay was an exceptional dinner - a delicious fish from the lake nearby with a great variety of local sides and snacks. The room rate might be a little steep considering the equipment, size and overall comfort level of the room but the hosts and their exceptional care made the price worth it.
- Jo-Ann (4/5): Te duur voor wat je ervoor terug krijgt. - - Het uitzicht - Zeer slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het huisje is heel duur terwijl je er niet voor terug krijgt wat je voor deze prijs zou moeten krijgen. - Het is namelijk vrij kleine beweegruimte. - Het water uit de douche sijpelde uit de douchekop waardoor normaal douchen niet lukt. - WIFI werkte niet. - ‘s Avonds en ‘s nachts blaffen er honden onder je raam - Er is 1 extra deken en een verwarming maar omdat het winter is en de wind vol van zee op het huisje staat, wat van hout is, is het erg koud ‘s nachts. - Stopcontacten zitten op heel onhandige plekken - Bed staat midden in de woonkamer Dit verblijf moet zijn prijs naar beneden halen.

- Kristina (10/5): A peaceful stay with truly outstanding hospitality! - We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

- анна (8/5): - Очень гостеприимные и внимательные хозяева. Место очень уединенное, вокруг ни души, чистейшая вода, очень чистый пляж с лежаками. Уединение с природой абсолютное Мы ожидали немного больше комфорта, но трудно это назвать минусом, так как место очень глухое и в таком месте более комфортно сделать действительно трудно. Только один очевидный минус: в номере-студии на 6 человек одна комната выходит окнами непосредственно в ресторан, очень сильная слышимость и приходится закрывать окно вечером и утром.

- Tsatryan (6/5): Pleasant - The location is excellent, close to the beach, which was also very nice. The view was great as well. Additionally, the bar near the beach was pleasant to visit. Firstly, the unpleasant part was that our room didn’t have a key, which made it feel insecure. Secondly, the facilities were very limited — the bathroom was small and several basic amenities were missing. The price included breakfast by default, but the quality was mediocre — not terrible, but definitely not good. The staff was also just average — not bad, but not particularly welcoming either. For the price, I expected more. I would suggest the owners take a look at other hotels and guesthouses to understand what basic features are missing here and work on improving them. The overall impression is that the place used to function well in the past, and it’s still running based on the remnants of that former quality. But if nothing changes, it’s likely to decline further.
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Really love this amazing place. Always quite, big and comfy rooms, amazing view to Sevan, and big area around. I appreciate the food — its homemade and so tasty. And one of the important thing is Linda, a dog in the camp who is friendly and so funny :) Its nothing.
- George (8/5): Nice location but expensive for a basic room - The main reason to come here is location - right next to the lake, on the "quiet side" of the lake. Nice views and peaceful location. Cabins and rooms are a short walk to the lakefront beach, where there are some chairs and recreational activities. Wifi wasn't great but worked pretty well throughout the property. Staff speaks limited English but it's enough to get by. They were helpful and accommodating. The beachfront bar is a nice touch. Although the room was clean, it was not particularly comfortable. As others have mentioned, there is no climate control. It gets quite hot during the day, but you don't want to open the doors and windows because there are no screens, so your room will be full of bugs very quickly. The shower is in a very small room, right between the toilet and sink, so of course the whole room gets wet. There was a termite or something like that in the wood furniture in the room, I could hear it "chewing", or whatever they do, throughout the night. Considering the price, which is not cheap for Armenia, there could be a bit more effort to make the rooms comfortable.

- Murielle (9/5): Overall great stay ! - Amazing view !! I can’t stress how beautiful it was around. The decor and ambiance are nice. The food was good. I would definitely stay again, especially travelling with kids and family. It may be slightly too expensive for the price. The bathroom was very small, the insonorisation isn’t that good.
- Natalia (10/5): I left my heart at Armenian Camp. - Armenian Camp is a special place. I am sure everybody who likes active recreation, nature, silence, good homemade food, and genuinely kind and sincere people will appreciate it. I can’t recommend it enough. Our room was cozy and equipped with everything necessary. We especially enjoyed our terrace with a lake view. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners prepared by Vardui and Marjam were delicious (honestly, way better than in fancy Yerevan restaurants). While my mother was chilling out on the beach and reading on the terrace, I went on solo and group hikes (organized by the host Samvel and guided by a local guide David) and on canoe trips. There is also a bar on the lake shore that serves local wine, cognac, and more and has a special atmosphere and an exceptional bartender Tanya. Armenian camp is a place to come back to.

- Jacob (9/5): One of the best locations on Lake Sevan. - The best place on Lake Sevan is the desolate, picturesque Artanish Peninsula and this is one of the very few accommodations that gives you walking access to the peninsula. The second-floor chalet room had a view to the lake. Dinner and breakfast were both very nice. I didn't end up making a shopping trip to the village of Artanish. The hosts picked me up from Sevan city and dropped me off for me to catch a marshrutka van to Tbilisi. And the prices I paid were lower than standard taxi fares. I should note that I am more forgiving of inconveniences of the following sort when I encounter them in a remote place with limited infrastructure that I chose primarily for its location than when I encounter them in a city. The water is heated by solar power. In fact it got quite hot in the shower and stayed hot, but I could not moderate the heat. The solar heater device said that the water could be heated to 90 degrees Celsius and that is how hot it came out. Fiddling with the cold knob had no effect until the water became suddenly icy cold. There was no in-between that I could find. The wifi was fine in the central dining hall. In my room, which was at the edge of the property, it was down to 1 or 2 bars--but it still worked most of the time.

- Julia (7/5): Beautiful place! Try to avoid the peak season & weekends if you can to be able to enjoy your stay! - Top location of course, beautiful Sevan lake. Just a few cabins located a few minutes on foot from the beach. Beautiful landscapes, relaxation and fun on the lake: this what you come for at Armenian Camp. Very friendly staff, trying to do their best to respond to the guests' needs & accommodate as much as possible - from what they have available. Nice view from 2 terraces. Starry sky. Beautiful sunsets. Tasty breakfast (included) and dinner (not included). Local herbal tea, local fresh fish. Limited comfort; this is a CAMP, so you can't expect the same level of comfort here, however for the same price you can get a premium hotel in the capital of Yerevan... But no lake! Hard mattress on a handmade wooden base + Synthetic microfiber bed linen. Very basic shower in the room (attached to a wall in a tiny space with the WC and a sink - no shower curtain, plastic walls, tiled floor, evacuation hole directly in the floor) Of course no air conditioning, no ventilator, can get really hot under the roof. Large group of +/- 15 kids present on site (in tents on the beach, meals in the camp): we were requested to wait and come 30 minutes after the group: for breakfast after 9.30 AM & for dinner at 7.30 PM. Could get very noisy in the evenings & night (disco with powerful speakers on the beach; groups of guests with music/TV/laughs/crowdy activities in common spaces just beneath our room) Overall very nice & friendly atmosphere, however some habits may seem strange/disturbing/disgusting: the rest of fish not eaten by the guests left outside for the dogs, lying in the sun on the ground just next to the common showers & toilets, under the linen cord where the bed linen and personal clothes are put to dry: the smell is quite strong and the dogs and maybe other animals spread the fish around... Could probably get VERY crowdy & noisy on weekends: the facilities would not be sufficient (we spent 2 nights there from Thursday to Saturday, leaving on Saturday afternoon when more and more guests were coming). Only 3-4 umbrellas/beach benches available (these are free of charge). Relatively expensive boats/paddle rentals For some reason fruit was not served with our meals (probably ordered upon request only for large groups) but the staff was kind enough to sell us a portion of fruit upon request.

- Gevorg (10/5): Peaceful place with nice staff. - My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Location is romantic and beautiful. We spent a lovely handful of days in a cozy wooden room with a great view on Sevan.
