Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- Mark (9/5): Great stay for MotoGP and SBK Superbikes. - A lock box the best way. It made it easy to return the keys and make an early start. The house was within walking distance of the Race Circuit and as such is great for race events. All very good. A bit of pet hair about if I was being picky.
- Renee (7/5): Really nice place but let down by property management. - The property was great, very clean and in a great location close to the race track. The furniture, kitchen and bathrooms were all in very good condition. Its a shame that the property was let down by a few of the basic necessities. The price was outrageous and not worth it. For that price I would at least expect the beds to be made! We arrived after 10pm and after a full day of travel had to make up 4 beds. The bedding supplied was the wrong size. In the queen room we had mismatching sheets that were for a double bed, the single bunks had double size sheets. Also there were no bins in either bathroom/toilet. The only bin in the house was in the kitchen, which is very unhygienic & awkward for disposing of sanitary items.
- Baldock (2/5): Don't stay here - Location to Smiths Beach and reasonable location to shops and main street on the Island. Crumbs and sand in the bed, very dirty bath, cobwebs through the home, very dirty windows, uncleaned kitchen including doors, coffee table and kitchen table, showerhead filthy. Paid extra for linen and had to make our own beds. We complained to the booking agency, but received a response along the lines of we will do a deep clean and when you book again we will look after you with a better rate. I expect better for my family and I would not take the risk of booking again.

- Fiona (10/5): Great hosts, great property 👍 and - Great communication, very prompt and accommodating. Beds were all comfy and kitchen self contained - they even has soy sauce and instant noodles! Convenient location to local beach. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Hot water supply slightly tricky bc we were party of 8 (4 parents/4 kids) but it may not have been in their control bc its was an island. Also should have had more than one dishwasher tablet as we ended up having to wash by hand but this was minor and is an easy fix. Blanket not warm enough but we might have been unlucky with weather being cold. They did provide heaters which helped a lot.

- Mirani (10/5): Great location, beautiful home. - The location was great, very peaceful and quiet. A beautiful spacious home, tastefully decorated. Everything about it was nice. It was ideal for our requirement just to chill out and laze around. Would definitely love to go back. The garden needs a bit of tidying up.
- David (5/5): Disappointed overall. - No breakfast. We arrived late as arranged. Property key very hard to find in the dark. Lovely house but furniture too low for older guests. Not equipped for diddabled. Paid extra for linen. Think beds could have been made. Not enough pillow cases. One towel per person staying two nights not enough. No face washers and no dishcloths.
