- Andrea (9/5): - Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat alles was man braucht. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Backofen, eine Außenküche...es mangelt an nix. Zu jedem Badezimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad, was auch sehr schön ist. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und ist auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gab auch einen zusätzlichen Esstisch im Außenbereich mit ausreichend Platz zum gemütlichen Beisammensein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
- Tomasz (9/5): May 2024 Family Trip. - This is the most comfortable house I have been in so far. It's very spacious. We have been there in a group of 7 people(5 adults, 2 kids). Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs is large living space with comfortable sofa, at least 60" TV, fully equipped kitchen, and huuuge dining table. There are practically no walls just slided windows which makes you feel like terrace is part of your living room not to mention that you can have it all opened and feel the summer air :) If this is not enough, you have a washing machine and a dryer. All is brand new. The entire house is built from good materials. You can have a normal conversation downstairs and be sure that kids can sleep peacefully upstairs. Terrace is also quite big, allowing you to spend time with your entire family playing in the pool, which is heated. Driveway will easily fit 2 cars. Cherry on the top, is the owner who is very nice and helpful. He responds in seconds to any message I have sent him. All of the pictures are very accurate, so I am not adding anything new. 1. It didn't bother me, but this is semi-detached House. 2. House is still not fully finished, and a few items are to be fixed or completed. I am sure that it will be ready for the upcoming season. 3. This is a new popular area, so there are plenty of construction sites around 4. It wasn't an issue for me, but if you want to be in a walking distance from the sea, this is not your spot. Unless you really like to walk :) 5. No carport. This is not a deal breaker for me, but prepare for daily cleaning your car from bird poop. 6. Internet really slows down in the evening. No Netflix chill :(
