Birgit (10/5): Sehr saubere und komfortable Wohnung in bester Lage! - Sehr geräumige, sehr saubere, moderne Wohnung. Tolle Bäder und ein sehr schöner Wohnraum mit offener Küche. Nur einen Katzensprung von der Seepromenade und der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Vermieter! Absolut zu empfehlen! Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Einzelbett würde ich persönlich eher für ein Kind empfehlen.

Dana (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt und Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Idealer Ausganspunkt zum Entdecken der Bodenseeregion - Tolle Lage der Wohnung, direkt fußläufig zum Bodensee und zur Seepromenade. Große und helle Wohnung mit Parkplatz vor der Türe und Seeblick vom Esszimmer. Sehr netter Austausch mit dem Vermieter der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht und immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung steht.
Monica (10/5): Wunderschöne Tage in Traumwohnung. - Sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist modern, super schön eingerichtet und extrem sauber. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht um sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Parkplatz vor der Türe echt Hammer! Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Melanie verbracht. Danke. Nichts. Unmöglich etwas schlechtes zu finden.

Detlef (9/5): Es war rundum ein schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt! - Eine Wohnung die für unsere Rollstuhlfahrerin sehr geeignet war! Sehr freundlicher Vermieter! Vielleicht ein bischen viel Verkehr auf der Strasse!
