• Aleksandra (4/5): Many red flags. Not safe. We got robbed there. - The location was superb. Close to anything we needed. It looked different than in the pictures. Was a bit dirty. Also we had problems with the check in. We were requested to pay in cash and when we followed the directions given in the WhatsApp nobody was there. Nobody picked up the phone. We have been trying for over an hour. In the final result we left the money on the table. On the final night we got robbed. Someone knew the code to the door and entered the apartment while we were in. We lost an expensive iPhone. We were promised by the owner to get some refund but it never arrived. If you stay there - lock and block the doors. This is not a safe place. The whole trauma with burglary is still hunting us.
• María Jesús (8/5): apartamento muy céntrico, útil para desplazarse andando - Lo mejor la ubicación, al lado de la Plaza Barberini y muy cerca para poder ir andando a sitios como la Fontana de Trevi. El apartamento estaba limpio y bien equipado. No era barato, pero en Roma es difícil encontrar sitios céntricos y baratos. Tenía una cama doble y un sofá-camá grande. El pago del alojamiento. Nos lo pidieron en efectivo y no había nadie en el edificio para pagar. Nos dijeron que podríamos pagar allí entre las 13h y las 17h pero a esa hora no estábamos cerca de la zona del apartamento. Tuvimos que desplazarnos en otro horario hasta otro edificio de apartamentos que tienen en la otra punta (cerca del Vaticano) para pagar!

• Anastasia (4/5): Эта квартира испортила нам впечатления про Рим - Ничего Фото не соответсвует реальности, интернет не работал 3 дня , телевизор все 7 , ребенка покусали неизвестно кто в кровати, очень старая квартира ,ничего не работает и дряхлое состояние, везде грязно , входная дверь с щелями и невазможна спать шумно в коридоре и на лестнице, в ванной дверь вообще не закрывается

• Silvia (6/5): Average apartment, not luxury - the location was excellent — just about a 10minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and other main attractions. There was a router but no WiFi connection at all. We asked for the problem to be fixed, but it never was. The explanation given was “bad weather,” even though it only rained for one day. On top of that, my mobile network didn’t work inside the building, so I had absolutely no way to communicate. The main bedroom was extremely small — it only fit the bed and a wardrobe just beside with no space left around it. Additionally, the bathroom sink was ridiculously tiny, making it impossible to even wash your hands without splashing water everywhere.

Se lo.comenté al anfitrión y aunque dijo que vendrían a arreglarlo pero no fue cierto . La manguera de la.ducha tb estaba rota y casi no salía agua y tampoco la cambiaron . Las almohadas y el sofá cama deberían cambiarlas .

La limpieza no era lo suficientemente limpia, me quise calentar el agua para tomar un mate .. la jarra llena de sarro .. la Tv no andaba ni con los caneles locales .. para mí era fundamental ya que un día me queda sola y me encanta mirar Netflix..!

• Şeyma (8/5): Very good - The location is at a reachable spot from the main attractions. It is two minutes away from the Barberlni metro station which is 4 stops away from Vatican. And 10 minutes away by walking from Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. The facilities were enough. The shower was good. There was no flooding. Wifi was powerful. Overall we had a nice stay as a family. The sofa bed could be more comfortable

• Yeva (6/5): All in all, not bad, if it weren't for the cockroach. - Convenient independent check-in, good location, the owner of the apartment was always in touch, the apartment is quite compact and cute. The shower cabin was not clean enough and we saw a cockroach there, from the hygiene products there was one roll of toilet paper and one soap, so we had to buy paper napkins, shower gel and shampoo. It was also not convenient that you had to go to another hotel to pay.

• Eliahu (4/5): we were disappointed - Location was very convenient The sofa bed was ready for us and convenient Good towels and bed linens The water in the shower and in in the washbasin were dripping slowly Shower head is broken The toilet seat is not connected properly There is no place to put the suitcases - there is a cupboard in the room but it is used by the owners to keep spares and equipment and no space for the suitcases Kettle was no working. Took them 2 days to replace it and the new one had a smell and we could not use it The apt is good for max of 2 people No basic condiments (i.e some tea bags, coffee and milk, toilet paper) In order to pay we had to go to a location open 11 - 5 by 11 we were out to visit some of the landmarks, to be there before 5 we needed to come earlier!
• Elsina (6/5): Wasted potential - The location, size of the apartment and the fact that it had a lift. Also the staff were helpful and responsive. The apartment was not properly cleaned. The facilities were in a really poor condition , especially the bathroom ones. The shower head barely worked. The pillows were really uncomfortable.

The host is friendly, always available for all questions and we received a quick response. The location is fantastic. We will definitely be back. We liked everything. We have no complaints. Everything was as we expected and agreed.
• Issa (8/5): Good place to stay but make sure not forget anything as they don’t seem honest with lost valuables - Close to the metro station barberini We forgot our ipad charger, we informed the owner but we were told it wasn’t there which was impossible and they just didn’t respond anymore.
• Daniel (6/5): would be good if they made sure that things were clean, functional, and well-maintained - we got the code to the gate and to the apartment with a pin code on whatsapp everything went smoothly we found it easily we got into the apartment. location is perfect you can reach everything by foot Pillows and sheets were freshly put on the beds, but the duvets were missing.The bedding and unwashed duvet covers from the previous occupants were thrown dirty under the wardrobe.We had to sleep in what the previous occupants used, without cleaning, without a cover, or duvet. I don't understand how they thought about this. I found a ladder and another set of bedding in an upper cabinet in the apartment, which seemed new, but still without a cover. So we slept in that for 4 nights without duvet cover. It was January, it was cold, but we didn't receive information about the heating. After a few hours, we found out how to activate the apartment's own gas heating. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't provide enough warmth; the apartment is about 4 meters high, so it's not enough there. The windows and doors are not insulated, they don't close properly, so there was a constant draft. The kettle didn't work unless you held down the button. According to them, it did; in my opinion, they didn't really understand the problem, even though we communicated in English. Not because they can't speak English, rather, I felt that they were not interested in what we reported and complained about. Two chairs out of four were broken, so we had to be careful not to move too much during meals, so they wouldn't slide apart. The showerhead was clogged, as if we were bathing from a garden tap. The shower holder was also loose, if we stayed for two more days and everyone adjusted it, it would probably have fallen out of the wall. The plates and glasses were dirty in the cabinet; coffee and sugar were stuck in them. It's not a problem that we washed up ourselves, but it's sad that they didn't provide even one sponge for us to take care of and wash up. The floor was very dirty under the bed; there was a thick layer of dirt and dust. The apartment would be good otherwise if the operator paid attention to these details.
• Loza (7/5): Overall it was good, the location for the apartment was good. - The location was great, very close to the trevi fountain I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay cash. I had to go to the office to pay twice cause there was no one there.

• Yameen (5/5): location was good - although i booked 1 day in advance so that i could checkin early morning next day, it wasnt properly communicated to the staff and we had difficulty in getting our keys, and had to take another taxi to get to our apartment.
• Navin (5/5): avoid if possible ,you can get good quality hotels for same price - location of property It was very easy to collect Keys from the property , there was a dedicated person who called you and also contacted via WhatsApp regarding arranging key collection ,during these phone meetings you will be pleasantly surprised that there is extra fees for collecting keys after 6 pm - which was never mentioned when you were doing the booking . you somehow make it to the property . there is a very cozy lift which will take you to the third floor where the property is located. the lift is so cozy that it can accommodate just one person in the lift with a small bag .if you have larger suitcases you will have to climb up three flight of stairs to receive your bags ( because your bags cannot come out of the lift on their own). you will also get another pleasant surprise- the owner will want you to pay the rent in cash !!!, though you have given all details of your bank card to booking.com, inspite of repeated reminders they will not give you receipt of money you have paid.( that's even after one week of leaving the property) this will make you wonder if you are aiding some illegal activity as it is cash in hand and no receipt . regarding cleanliness yes you can consider clean after you wash the kettle which is in a dusty cupboard . after seeing the kettle in dust you will be happy that there is no mould, you start to wonder if the room has been cleaned properly . location is perfect , transportation facilities are good, you can get a taxi at anytime in day or night . we could catch a taxi to airport at 3 am in the morning from there
