• Mi.Gi. (6/5): - Die Lage und der Parkplatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und hat keine Klimaanlage. Die Bettwäsche hatte einen großen Fleck🫩.Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war abgenutzt.

• Oscar (10/5): Aparcar y visitar - El parquin lo mejor sin duda ya que Granada es complicado. La ubicación buena, al lado de un mercadona y tiendas y a 15 minutos de la catedral andando. Repetiría sin dudar. La verdad es que no le pido más a una casa cuando voy de viaje.

• Timar Renata (9/5): - Locatie minunata. Aproape de statiile de autobus. Locul de parcare a fost un plus pentru noi. Proprietarul foarte receptiv la nevoile noastre. Patul din camera mai mica este foarte incomod, scartaie foarte tare. De asemenea tot acolo a fost cel mai frig din apartament. In prima noapte am avut niste probleme cu incalzirea, insa i-am transmis proprietarului si in a doua seara totul a fost perfect

• Yolanda (7/5): - La ubicación, el parking,y la terraza.Nos dejó salir más tarde de nuestra hora . Ubicación, autobuses cerca.Se ve viejo,pero el precio está bastante bien. Bueno si empezamos con las instalaciones :el sofá jaja de risa parece encontrado en un trastero,la tv pequeña y con una ralla verde en el medio,la lavadora( ojo) un poco más llega a la otra punta de la terraza eso sí nos reímos un montón porque nos pegó un susto.La calefacción lo ponen 2 horas con lo cual pasas frío, las camas la de matrimonio bien pero la otra habitación es de pena.2 camas que no entran juntas porque es rectangular con lo cual si vas en pareja no te ves ni los pies y si te juntas los muelles parecen una acordeón.En la casa nada de información de Granada,ni una tarjeta como dejan en otros apartamentos para el transporte, (el dinero es absurdo porque son 2 euros y te vale para más pasajeros )el cuarto de baño olía a tuberías, abrimos grifos y la verdad es que se fue el olor bastante. Se ve viejito Lo dejo escrito para que el dueño le dé un cambio y a la próxima pidamos un poner un excelente

• Kora75 (3/5): Dejadez - Ubicación El polvo que tenía todas las puertas, la manchas de las colchas de la cama....el aspecto de suciedad.
• Alba (10/5): Perfecta - Está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con parking que si vas en coche es un punto muy bueno. Y tienes un apartamento con cocina y baño privado por muy buen precio. Todo estaba muy limpio. Si vuelvo a Granada volveré sin duda a este apartamento!!
• Javed (9/5): A clean, comfortable apartment an excellent host, convenient basement parking—overall a great stay! - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was excellent and very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. Collecting the keys was easy; they were placed in a secure locker, which made check-in smooth and convenient. One thing to note is the parking: it’s located in the basement and is perfect for a small car. I had a medium-sized vehicle and was able to park with a bit of effort, so larger cars might find it a bit tight. That said, it was a great convenience to have parking included. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!

• Mariola (8/5): - La ubicación de la casa está muy bien, cerca del centro pero sin bullicio. La casa no está actualizada en cuanto a la decoración pero es confortable, estaba calentita y la ducha funcionaba muy bien. Aunque sea para un rato, la tv era muy pequeña y tenía una línea verde que cruzaba la pantalla.

• Jean-Yves (7/5): Assez bien situé... - L’emplacement permet de visiter le centre à pied. Une navette proche permet de se rendre à l’Alhambra. Il y a une place dans le parking même si l’accès est difficile...( mieux vaux une petite voiture) Le balcon, même s’il n’offre pas une vue magnifique, permet de prendre son petit déjeuner ou son repas du soir. Le grand lit de la chambre est ferme mais de bonne qualité. Il a fallu attendre jusqu'à la veille au soir ( après 20h ) de notre arrivée ,et en insistant beaucoup ,pour obtenir les instructions pour utiliser l’appartement à savoir simplement qu’il y a une boîte à clefs et le code de celle-ci. Quand vous êtes en voyage c’est stressant et même usant de ne pas savoir si vous allez pouvoir utiliser l’appartement que vous avez payé depuis longtemps ! Les petits lits sont mauvais et le canapé du salon défoncé. L’éclairage du salon ne fonctionne pas et c’est désagréable de rester dans le noir ou de devoir ouvrir la porte du balcon quand il fait très chaud. L’absence de climatisation. L’ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas alors que la place de parking est au moins 2 et l’appartement au troisième étage !
• sara (4/5): No lo recomiendo - Ubicación a 10 min del centro , con muchos servicios y equipado , camas cómodas . Ascensor roto ,puerta de acceso a garaje rota , plaza de garaje estrecha y corta pilla en todo el giro de los coches así que está mal ubicado ,mando TV no funciona , zona ruidosa y caro para los desperfectos que tiene ,desde un -2 a un 3 °sin ascensor por no avisarnos para buscar otra cosa ni nos a devuelto nada de dinero

• Eusebi (8/5): - El departamento tiene todo para ser un 10, es cómodo, cuenta con habitaciones amplias, una terraza hermosa y con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La ubicación es excelente, y tiene aparcamiento privado (un poco estrecho). No tiene aire acondicionado, fue imposible descansar bien. Los dos ventiladores que están disponibles no refrigeran lo suficiente.
• David (2/5): - Que tenía parking El piso es una sauna, imposible dormir ni estar allí, la experiencia horrible. Está todo bastante dejado y ni las camas son cómodas (una de 90 es un colchón tan fino que no sirve para un niño de más de 5 años) ni el sofá está para sentarse. Después de pasar la primera noche sin pegar ojo, ni los niños ni nosotros, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento cercano para dormir al día siguiente y así, por lo menos, usar el parking ya que estaba pagada la estancia. No volveremos. Cuando tienes un apartamento turístico y te importa que tus huéspedes estén cómodos y contentos no se tiene así, hasta la silicona de la ducha negra... Una dejadez...

• Muhammed (7/5): Good - The location is great, the kitchen is well equipped, the apartment in general is well equipped in everything you need for a short stay. The sheets were not replaced since we found some indication that they were used. The heating system is not sufficient since it took a long time to heat the apartment.

• Dalibor (9/5): Superb - The place is spacious and clean. The location is perfect, about 20 minutes walking to the city centre. There is a nearby bus station that goes directly to the city centre and Alhambra (we took the C32 bus). The place has a garage which is a plus if you are exploring Andalucia. Also, there are markets, restaurants and coffe places around if you want to chill in the hood. Garage is very narrow so be careful. Bigger car will have an issue parking. The beds are a bit hard.
• Anelia (9/5): Short stay in Granada - The appartment is very spacious with a wonderful terrace with a nice view. The appartment is with two bedrooms (the one is rather small), separate kitchen and a common space. It is spacious enough and clean. There is a parking place in the underground garage on level 2 (but it is quite narrow) - we were with a medium-sized car and managed to park perfectly. The host is very, very nice and was available on whatsapp the entire time. Very, very kind and responsive. Speaks English. It is a self check-in with keys in a boc & very good explanation provided by the host. It is located quite nicely in a quiet area, approx. 20 min walk from the main Cathedral of Granada. No air-conditioning
• David (7/5): Stylish apartment - Stylish apartment, good views and well equipped kitchen with real coffee grounds and a coffee pot. No air con, no wifi and 2nd room with 2 beds was too small for 2 people.
• Shafira (8/5): very great place but no wifi - location not in the main touristic place but walking distance to almost everything. self check in was smooth. apartment is well maintained with kitchen appliances, salt, oil, etc no wifi!!! i want to give 10 but wifi is essentials for international traveler and sadly they dont provide that. they mentioned this on the listing but i feel like this is basic stuff that commonly provided elsewhere
• Toivo (9/5): Nice apartment with great location and free parking - Nice little flat in a residential area with cafes and a big supermarket nearby. Great location in walking distance to the old town and all attractions and has free parking in the garage. The flat itself is well equipped for staying a few days and cooking the occasional meal. Everything was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The only negative point for us was the heating. At night the temperature dropped to 5 degrees outside and while there are fixed radiators installed in each room, they did not work. Instead, you have to plug in electric heaters, which was fine to keep the bedroom warm but not the whole flat.
