• Jeanne (9/5): We had a truly fantastic visitThe pictures represent the apartment well. The roof deck was absolutel - The location was fantastic and there’s a nearby bar which created a lot of buzz. It was not quiet, but I did not mind it. Although it was no problem for us to have a five floor walk up, it certainly could be an issue for others.
• Markus (10/5): - Spotless, spacious and very comfortable apartment with great terrace. Also the location was unbeatable if you want to be close to the main attractions. 5 floors of stairs but this was well informed beforehand and was expected!
• Catherine (10/5): Quiet neighborhood perfectly located apartment - This property is located off the beaten path in a very busy area. It is a quiet space, with several views of the canal. The refrigerator makes ice! Please note this apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator. I counted 91 steps! If I can do it at 60, so can you! Enjoy. Probably the stairs but you earn a great view and apartment at the top.

• Mohammad (5/5): Passable - I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Venice. The property was exceptionally clean, had a perfect location, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Their warm reception made the experience highly appreciated. While the hotel had many positives, I was disappointed with the bed’s comfort and the outdated, rough fabric that made it difficult to sleep during my last two nights. Additionally, carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs without an elevator was quite inconvenient.”
• Ron (10/5): 360 Private Terrace view two minutes form the Rialto Bridge - Excellent location short walk from the Rialto bridge made exploring Venice easy. Our host provided us with a great list of restaurants to try both local and a some with a fusion Venetian approach, as well as the closest grocery stores. The host is the best we've ever experienced, and to top it off, the truly 360 view from the deck on the roof was spectacular. There are five flights of stairs, which we knew, and which is VERY clear in the listing. We just paused for at the third floor landing, had a laugh and continued to our wonderful apartment.

• Petteri (8/5): Very good - Very central location and a rooftop terrace are the best features of the flat. Everything was in line with expectations and our host was very helpful. The flat is on the top floor and there is no lift, so you need to be ok with walking the stairs. There is a nice restaurant downstairs, that turned out to be a hidden jem.

• Nicole (9/5): Unforgettable - Fabulous apartment with exposed beams and stylish fitout. The reward for climbing to the 5th floor (which really isn't so bad) is the terrace - a magical spot early morning as the city wakes up, and in the evening for an aperitif. Chiara was a wonderfully hospitable host who went above and beyond to make the whole experience seamless. Super convenient location. All in all a standout place to stay. A few more creature comforts for travellers (like tea bags, shampoo/conditioner) would have made things perfect.
• Michele (9/5): Beautiful apartment with excellent staff. Price was a bit steep for the inconviences, but would rent again - Clean, comfortable bed, washer and dryer in unit. Excellent response for issues by contact person 5flights of stairs, no A/c in common area( only in bedrooms) Loft is a bit strange and the shower up there does not have a shower curtain or door, so water sprays everywhere. My college kids ended up just showering in downstairs bathroom Terrace was a bit tricky to access

• Dmitrijs (10/5): Amazing place for a romantic vacation - Accomodation location is perfect very close to San Marco and it is in the heart of the old town. Nearby is everything you need for a perfect vacation restarans, bars, coffeterias and grocery stores. The most important apartment has a fantastic roof terrace with 360 degree observation (this is one of the tallest bildings in the area). Veronica has met us and showed everything inside the apartment. Also, Veronica and Chiara provided us with recommendations of local restarans and tours, that was very nice and helpful In general everything was perfect, just watch your head when going on the terrace there is a low ceiling :)
• Anna (10/5): Perfect stay in a beautiful , modern appartment in the heart of Venice ! - Perfect overall! We chose LaLux for our stay after our wedding in Venice . The house is spacious and extremely well decorated , fully equiped and the location is perfect , just 3 minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge ! The hostess was really kind and always available ! We will for sure come back ! Only thing that could be mentioned is that the appartment is located on the 5th floor and as the majority of the buildings in Venice , there is no elevator . Nothing to do with the priority though ;-)
• Kathryn (10/5): We loved our stay at Chiara’s apartment, it is in a very central location but you have your own slice of heaven up on th - We loved the central location, right near the Rialto Bridge. Loved that it was clean and well equipped, traditional but also modern. Rainfall shower in a gorgeous bathroom. Chiara was very helpful with great comms, nothing was too much trouble. We loved the roof top space, away from it all, heaven to watch the sunset. Maybe not great for people who can’t manage the stairs BUT this is well advertised so shouldn’t be a problem.
• Eskil (10/5): Exceptional - Chiara is an exceptional host. Very friendly, gave me information about the neighbourhood, recommended restaurants and responded immediately when I had a question about an equipment in the apartment on the second day of my stay. When I arrived at the airport, the water buses were suspended and she kindly gave me directions how to come to Venice in this situation. You can count on her! The apartment is very pretty, comfortable, modern but with a historical vibe thanks to the wooden parts and the windows. The location is perfect: very central. The terrace on the top is amazing, and worth the climb to the 5th floor!
• Shaun (10/5): Wowwww - Everything!! Views were amazing on the balcony and just a beautiful home. Extra bed on balcony which was great for us. Chiara was amazing and advised us great places to go and communication was amazing when needed. Thank you again Couldn’t give you one was beautiful!!
• Rahul (10/5): Excellent accommodation, awesome value for money and a great experience. - Everything. Super accommodation. Very nice, comfortable, spacious, clean, super location. The unit is decorated in modern style yet retains the Venetian feel of wood. It has a loft and a terrace where you are quite above the city skyline and great place for a morning or evening chill time - super romantic. Location is super next to Rialto bridge and 10 mins leisurely walk to San Marco square. But the most of all Chiara is a great host who take care of all your needs and is very prompt. I would not blink an eye to come back here again. Absolutely nothing to dislike about the unit. Note that the unit is on 5th floor and as nearly all Venetian buildings do, they don’t have a lift.
