• Guest (10/5): Perfect, lovely homely space - Location was perfect, close to shops to get food and 5 minutes from a lovely high street. The apartment was perfect, the right space for us and was decorated so well. Everything was clean and tidy and all the communication was clear.

Modern and new with everything you could possibly need. Little bit noisy with windows open and the A2 and airport close by. Will be fine in winter when windows stay closed.

• Stephen (10/5): A very comfortable 3 night stay. - You can park right outside the front door in an upmarket neighbourhood, where you feel safe. The apartment is a first-floor apartment, so you will have to negotiate a flight of stairs with your luggage to get to it. It is worth the climb because the apartment is superb. There is plenty of space and every aspect of the apartment screams style and quality. Lots of small touches such as scent diffusers, house plants and a bottle of prosecco with a handwritten welcome note put us in a relaxed mood, immediately upon arrival. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that you need, especially in the kitchen. An information folder tells you everything that you need to know. The apartment is located a stone’s throw from the A2, so there is background road noise, especially when the windows are open. The weather was very warm, during our stay! We quickly acclimatised and it didn’t really bother us. The plus sides of the location are many. You can quickly drive to the airport (5 minutes), car ferry docks (15 minutes) or Titanic Belfast (11 minutes). There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk, where you can get a bus to Belfast. There is a well-stocked Eurospar supermarket attached to a Maxol service station within a 5-minute walk. Drive or walk into Holywood town centre and you will find plenty of eating options from basic take away to high end dining. There is also a railway station with regular trains to Belfast Grand Central Station. An extractor fan for the shower would be useful.

Caroline had the heating and lights on for our arrival along with a welcome bottle of Prosecco. Everything was presented to a very high standard and the location couldn’t have suited us any better! A lovely and thoughtful touch on our last day to offer us an additional night if required due to adverse weather conditions and the prospect of a cancelled sailing. No negatives at all!

There were extra little touches which made all the difference....coffee pods, jams, biscuits but also a lovely bottle of Prosecco. Communication with our host was excellent. Parking immediately outside the apartment. Close to all amenities. Holywood has lots to offer in terms of dining. Maybe a petty obsevation, but a mirror in the single room would have been handy.
• Dorothy (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was clean and comfortable. Very new everything I think. It was convenient for Belfast City Airport and Holywood is just down the road. There was traffic and aircraft noise from the dual carriage way and airport. No dedicated carpark space so bad to park on the grassy boundary outside the house.

• Ian (10/5): Perfect for a weekend visiting family in Holywood. - It was well located for Belfast and Holywood. Very modern, clean and tidy. A gift was left by hosts. Hosts were in contact before to explain keys etc. I cant think of anything
