• Marija (1/5): - The location is great. And thank you for the hair dryer! The biggest issue with this apartment is definitely the loft bed. In the photos the safety barrier looks normal enough, but in real life it is extremely small and the bed itself is very high above the floor. If you sleep alone and stay near the wall, maybe it is manageable. But if two people sleep there, good luck to the person near the edge. I genuinely struggled to sleep because I was scared of falling. At the same time, the upper part near the wall and ceiling is unbelievably stuffy. There are fans in the apartment, but they are very loud, so sleeping with them on was difficult. Basically you either overheat or stay awake stressed about the bed situation. The bedding also felt neglected. There were stains on the pillowcases, some sheets had holes(small but still???, and the fitted sheet clearly did not match the mattress size because it constantly slipped off. The apartment overall looks much brighter, newer and cleaner in the photos than it actually is in real life. The sofa also appears much bigger in the pictures. Ventilation is poor as well. The windows face a tiny inner shaft, so there is almost no fresh air and the apartment constantly feels humid and stuffy. Getting the keys was also more stressful than expected. You need to communicate through WhatsApp and find the person outside on the street, which became difficult because communication in English was very limited. I think this should be explained more clearly for international guests before arrival. Sound isolation is poor too, you can hear pretty much everything from neighboring apartments.

• Liliana (5/5): - La struttura è praticamente a due passi dal centro città! La struttura si presenta molto più piccola di quanto sembri dalle foto, che risultano poco rappresentative degli spazi reali. Il letto, posizionato su un soppalco (come indicato in descrizione), non è particolarmente comodo e nel complesso l’ambiente non trasmette un buon senso di pulizia. Il bagno è estremamente piccolo, con un lavabo minuscolo e la porta danneggiata. Inoltre, essendo un piano terra con finestre affacciate direttamente verso l’abitazione vicina, manca completamente la privacy: non sono presenti tende e le serrande, essendo rotte, non si possono abbassare. Questa situazione rende molto scomodo anche solo cambiarsi o vestirsi, considerando che la stanza è già di per sé molto piccola e le finestre occupano gran parte della parete. In bagno, poi, è praticamente impossibile muoversi a causa degli spazi estremamente ridotti.

Supermercado a 100 m Más de 10 restaurantes a menos de 250m 300 m de paseo del prado, entrada parque del retiro, 400m del museo del prado, mitad de camino de Atocha y Cibeles, 700 m.de Museo Reina Sofia. Cerca de MAN , d la gran Via, de todo.( Distancias aproximadas) Limpio. Pequeño , facil de limpiar, Ventilado , tiene patio interno ,exclusivo y ventilador. Podría ser caluroso en verano. Enseres: para 2 personas. Importante las siguientes condiciones: A) 1 o 2 personas B) sin auto ( imposible estacionarlo en la zona, ni detenerse) C) invierno, primavera y otoño ( interno sin aire acondicionado) D) habilidad para subir escalera . Con 66 años de juventud se sube bien, no creo que sea cómodo para más de 80. Es un problema de Booking, la hora de entrar es siempre un pequeño conflicto. Muchas personas y medios preguntando lo mismo llevan a confusión. 10 días antes de entrar no sabíamos la dirección de entrega de las llaves ni la dirección del local, Tampoco entendimos con quien coordinar lugar y horario, pero insisto que es un punto que Booking debería resolver
