Guest Reviews
- Pamela (8/5): Great 2 bed property for city breaks or work events - really good location. nice 2 bed property. travelling for a conference and far cheaper for 2 colleagues than a hotel.
both rooms en-suite with a down stairs toilet too. cute little lounge and 4 person table in kitchen
everything very clean. one room a double and one twin beds
got parking on street for free.
great wifi
really nice property - walking distance to centre The outside space was a bit neglected and had a bit of dog mess in it. Not sure why they don't open the gates for offstreet parking - or clean it up, but outside space was a bonus anyway.
door was an electronic pad and you enter a code everytime, it did work but might have preferred a key and lock box.

- Nicola (5/5): we loved trafford centre - the property is nicely set up and has a good central location for the places we needed
shower in main bedroom was great
nice touch with the coffee, tea and biscuits
only one wine glass- not good if you’re a couple and fancy a tipple or if there’s a few adults staying over the property needs a good deep clean ( i washed the floors in kitchen by hand and skirting boards ) and spruce up all needs repainting , no tvs in any bedrooms , and no dressing table with mirror to get ready , a solid full length mirror would be better than the decorative mirror tiles on the wall
the outside area is not as listed and is just a bin storage overgrown with weeds and overlooked by the neighbours, the bannister is missing a screw so anybody with mobility issues would probably pull it off the wall - it has an awful smell in the downstairs area of the kitchen and bottom of stairs ( maybe a few plug ins around the property might be beneficial ) the pillows on the main bed were discoloured and had stains on one ( we did not sleep in the beds ) !
the area looks quite rough but tbh it was lovely and quiet and the neighbours were friendly
if airplane noise bothers you do not stay here they fly over every few minutes
- Lisa (8/5): I thought on the whole it was great value for money. - I liked that both bedrooms had an ensuite.
Water was always hot.
Great location for all motorways. It was a bit tatty.
Needed a paint refresh.
Beds not very comfy
- Andy (7/5): For the price it’s ideal if your visiting Manchester! - The inside of the property was very nice with good size bedrooms and kitchen. Location was great for visiting Manchester, 10 mins walk to train station and also just 5 mins walk to local shops. Front and back gardens let the property down as were over grown with weeds and dogs mess outside back door most likely due to back gate being busted open which was reported on arrival.
- Kristin Tullen (6/5): Mooi gerenoveerd huis, hygiëne ondermaats - Het huis was mooi gerenoveerd. Elke slaapkamer had zijn eigen badkamer. Voldoende ruimte.
- Grant (8/5): - Clean and tidy and close to the city centre The area is not the best so felt a little on edge but that's nothing to do with the property.
- Kurt (8/5): Very good - The heating system in the house was very difficult to understand and to use
- Stewart (1/5): Bad - The property was filthy with used sanitary products razors and cigarettes ends in the bin and use of drugs residue in the property
- Bobbi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (7/5): Parking our car was okay but not outside the house. - The radiator in main bedroom was very hot in the evening and during the night. By early morning it was off. There was no instructions on how to adjust this/ deal ith it.
- Myrann (8/5): Very good - House and decorations where beautiful on arrival House was really cold. Smart lock was great, but wasn't told that exactly at 11am the lock code would be changed. Glad we noticed or we would have had trouble to get our belongings. We weren't aware of £150 damage deposit until the day before travelling. This put a dent in our holiday budget
- Shenna (10/5): Would stay again - Good space clean perfect location No tv in bedroom as shown but this was due to previous ten
- Sharon (7/5): Good - We’ll set out , comfortable home good quality- excellent for x2 couples with having the two bathrooms Provided milk and coffee but no tea
Cleanliness could be improved
- Michelle (7/5): Brilliant location, cute quirky little house & brilliant customer service we will definitely be back - It’s a quirky lovely little house with everything you need for a family it’s well situated - we needed Plouise make up academy which was 10 min away and Manchester which was 20 min away. It had enough room for everyone and we liked that there was a downstairs bathroom as well as upstairs bathrooms. We had no trouble parking and it was a nice quiet neighbourhood. Heating was easy to use and I liked that there was a hoover we will definitely be back It could of been cleaner we had to wash up every piece of crockery before use including cups, skirting was very dusty & we were left with some questionable towels but all resolvable and didn’t ruin our stay
The banister was broken & stairs are very steep so we kept our toddler downstairs
- Paul (9/5): Good value for your money - Clean and tidy. On street parking which can be a nightmare some days trying to find a spot.
- Tatiana (9/5): Superb -
- Sehrish (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (10/5): Enjoyed every second. - It was like home from home, ideal location for what we wanted. Beautiful home and great host. Would definitely stay here again if I was up in this area again.
- Eleanor (8/5): Very nice little house. - The house was nicely decorated and furnished. it was easy to find and we liked the keyless locking system. one of us slept on the sofa bed, it was difficult that the bathrooms were accessed through the bedrooms. If we'd had the maximum capacity in the house there would not have been enough cutlery and crockery.
- Nicola (7/5): Reasonably priced accommodation . Nice and close to the station - Ease of access to property Smaller than expected
Limited kitchen supplies
- Natalie (7/5): Good - The house was comfortable and big enough for 3 couples. The kitchen was very well equipped and our stay was overall very nice! The key locking system is good because it is self check-in, but the app on the phone is a bit annoying. Physical keys would be much better!
- Rachelle (10/5): Exceptional - Gareth was a wonderful host - really kind and helpful. The app for the key was really helpful and easy to use. The location was fantastic - it was easy to get into Manchester everyday - a 10 minute walk to the train station and a short train into town. I was with 2 teenagers (18 years old) and they travelled into town happily every day alone. We had everything we needed! Thanks Gareth!
- Marta (9/5): Family stay for 10 days - Close to Stockport center, transport links and motorway junction. Fully equiped kitchen. Gareth the owner was very helpful and let us to check out later. We loved the stay there and we will definately come back to this propery on the next visit in Stockport. Steep stairs, but it is common for terraced houses.
- Natalie (9/5): We loved this beautifully renovated property. - The property is newly renovated and absolutely lovely. Plenty of space and every comfort. The property manager is fabulous and so helpful. There are shops within walking distance and a train station. We struggled with the door app a little. It's a great idea but for more mature people it's a little complicated. We're country people so we also struggled a little with the noise of planes overhead but I think city people wouldn't notice so much.
- Dave (10/5): Stockport - Lovely accommodation, comfortable, clean, and all mod cons. I enjoyed the stay very much, Nothing to not like,
- Diane (9/5): A perfect place for a long weekend stay - Spotlessly clean and well equipped, and a very easy walk into town Steep staircase for elderly. The outside space doesn’t match the quality of the inside
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and well set out
- Jiah (8/5): Very good - The house is comfy and cleaned. Gareth is always so responsive when we needed him. Located within 5 to 10mins drive to central Stockport. Would recommend to others.
- Geetesh (8/5): Very good -
- Cheryle (10/5): We are a family of 5 and we had a great stay here. The home is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. All the facilities in - The property was immaculate. Very clean, modern and fresh. I just didn’t particularly like the location.
- Anne (10/5): A very comfortable and welcoming house, compact but well-appointed, and we quickly settled in. - A cosy, comfortable house in a quiet residential area.
Street parking available, but very busy when Stockport County played at home.
En-suite to each bedroom was great, and the compact downstairs bathroom was an added bonus.
Bright & airy, each room has a double aspect.
Each bedroom has a full length mirror and a hanging rail, and there are mirrors in each bathroom.
I hadn't used a digital lock before but it was easy to use.
The tea & coffee provided were very welcome when we arrived. The sensor light in the second bedroom kept activating during the night.
The light inside he front door did not work.
There were no coat hooks downstairs to hang our wet coats.
- June (9/5): NEW FIND - Everything was lovely....very good instructions with a QR CODE ON TABLE ... showing instructions....I.e. the locking system on door through an APP or manually ....then instructions on appliances etc ..
Soo clean ,lovely hot showers, comfortable beds, etc
We loved our stay as Gareth was soo accommodating letting me into property before check in , as my children were arriving on train earlier...
Such a handy stay if needing to be near train station....
We all said we would definately be back ...👍😊🙏 Unfortunately the WIFI went down most of our stay....I messaged Gareth and he was soo apologetic and kept me well informed ,communicating through out as this was out of his control...when it returned he informed me straight away 😊🙏
We used the AAP TO LOCK THE DOOR ON BOOKING OUT NO PROBLEMS 😊🙏
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- Erum (8/5): It was an amazing experience and worth the money. - Cleanliness, location and comfort of the house Rooms lighting could have been alot better.
