Ενώ εκ πρώτης όψεως φαινόταν ωραίο, δυστυχώς δεν είχε καθαριστεί καθόλου καλά, αρκετά πράγματα ήταν σπασμένα, τα τηλεκοντρόλ δεν είχαν μπαταρίες και σε όλα κρεβάτια υπήρχαν τρίχες... κρίμα, γιατί με λίγη προσπάθεια θα μπορούσε να είναι τέλειο, αλλά δυστυχώς δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά του!
• Moe (1/5): - Only one thing; Location!!!! The place had broken bathrooms on all floors. First floor shower head comes off .. second floor, no shower curtains water goes everywhere! Trust me don't book it! Ull regret it! We left one night earlier just because it was that bad! The place has alot of potential, but need alot of renovations! I read the reviews before and i was stupid not to listen to them!!
• Hailey Skye (5/5): Close but not comfortable - Location was literally in the middle of everything. It was on the 1st floor so not too many stairs. Sound proofing was great. 2 bathrooms was convenient. - [ ] WiFi password didn’t work without resetting the router - [ ] The bedrooms could use lamps to make for a more comfortable stay - [ ] the small bedroom needs a curtain for privacy since the window leads into the apartment. - [ ] The larger bedroom needs curtains on the internal door and internal windows because without, if the smaller bedroom has their light on it completely lights up the larger bedroom. - [ ] The shower head downstairs is not functional and the bathroom upstairs is way too small to shower in, has no curtain, also not functional - [ ] Coffee pods not supplied but they have a nespresso coffee maker. Nespresso doesn’t take all coffee pods so it’s hard to buy as a guest - [ ] There are 3 TVs in the apartment. Only one had a remote but no batteries so we couldn’t use any of them - [ ] They threatened to send a charge request after I reported a safety concern about a huge mirror that fell and shattered in the stairwell outside of the apartment. It fell while I was in the apartment. It was just a bummer that they saw me as an outlet for money and not a human being

• Mandy (7/5): Very central location right in the heart of Heraklion with everything at your doorstep! - Great renovated apartment right in the heart of he Heraklion old town with well appointed kitchen. We didn’t get much sleep as there was a loud humming sound all night and the AC didn’t seem to be working in the main bedroom so it was quite hot and stuffy
• Rochelle (6/5): Pleasant - This accommodation has so much potential. A great location, easy access and great communication. Very clean. It was good but not perfect. So many little things, that could be easily fixed to make this perfect. No lights in the entry way is so unsafe at night. The downstairs shower head attachment is broken. Air Conditioning was hit and miss. Broken clothes rack. Second bedroom, no curtains. The noice in the main bedroom was just ridiculous. We could only think that it is an exhaust fan from one of the attached restaurants. It was so loud.
• Peter (8/5): Good central location - Was very central to a lot of shops, restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great area for the limited time we had in Heraklion. Second bedroom didn’t have privacy with no curtains, on top windows and hall.

• Christine (4/5): Good location for one night only. - Great location in the middle of Heraklion's port area. Very responsive host. The place is located in a construction zone. It is quite dangerous to enter as there is scaffolding at the entrance, building materials on the stairs and the marble staircase is covered in dust making it very slippery. The room was basic, but satisfactory. No photos of the upstairs area which has many loose and broken floor tiles. While there is airconditioning, it doesn't work well as they are filled with dust from the construction. However, it is in an excellent location and served the purpose of staying one night.

• Tracey (6/5): Enjoyable but very short - Location was very good, easy access to the city centre The apartment is spacious with good clean bathrooms. Kitchen electrical equipment was in working order The entryway light was not working or the one up the stairwell. I had to use my phone torch every time I entered the property, which is not good when a lone female is arriving or any guests for that matter. The check in time of after 4pm and check out by 11 am is not convenient and not normal. We felt our stay was intentionally kept to a minimum amount of time, which is not hospitable at all. There was no guest welcome pack of water or coffee, which is very unusual these days. The coffee machine is the old filter jug type rather than a pod system, which again is unusual these days. All small points (apart from the light which is health and safety), but I hope the feedback is relevant to the host

• Pablo (10/5): The home was extremely pleasing and beautiful. - Very clean and the location was excellent. I also loved the 24hr bakery across from it. The sleeper sofa is not comfortable at all. I recommend not listing it as an optional bed.
• Uldis (8/5): Gateway to Heraklion - Good location, large apartment. A bit noisy at evening, night. Some tiles on second floor were shaky.
• Teresa (7/5): Great location - The property is in an acceptional location in the square around Morosini Fountain. I loved how easy it was to access the property keys, and the look of the property was nice. The property shouldn't be advertised for more than four occupants. The convertible sofa in the living room was so small it barely fit my pre-teen kids (and wasn't comfortable for them). Also, the lighting in the upstairs bathroom is very dim, making it difficult to actually get ready for the day in there.
• Rebecca (9/5): Very good-value central apartment - Lovely central location, convenient for everything in the city. Great views from the balconies over the bustle of the oldest and pedestrianised part of town. The apartment is light and airy with high ceilings. It was nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped with crockery, pans etc. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice for the apartment to contain some basic cooking ingredients and tea/coffee. We had to buy salt and pepper, oil etc for a four-day stay. No washing powder; only a single dishwasher tablet... The wet rooms get very slippery after use.
