- Christoph (8/5): Charmante Altbauwohnung - Großzügige und charmante Altbauwohnung mit individueller Einrichtung in sehr guter Lage in der Bonner Südstadt und mit Blick ins Grüne. Für uns war alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Bad wurde es trotz Heizung nicht besonders warm.
- Christopher (9/5): From the other side.... - Spannend. Mal was völlig anderes. Großartige Espressomaschine und Kaffeemühle. Induktionsherd. Ich war mir nicht sicher ob die Heizung würde in der Lage sein, die Jahrhundertwendewohnung zu heizen. Kein Problem. Es ist sehr schnell warm. Der Garten dürfte etwas gepflegter sein. Eine leichte Verwahrlosung hat ja auch ihren besonderen Charme. Der Müll sollte aber weg.

- Hans-Dieter (6/5): - Durch die sehr zentrale Lage kann man das Auto während des Aufenthaltes stehen lassen. In der Wohnung, insbesondere im Kellergeschoss, wo das Schlafzimmer und Bad liegen, herrschte ein miefiger Geruch. Insgesamt strahlte die Wohnung den gemischten ungemütlichen Charme von Altbau und Beton sanierten Wänden aus.
- Ian (8/5): A good week in Bonn. - Spacious flat, quiet sleeping room (semi-basement) which was cool in this hot week. Large windows in the main floor rooms, natural daylight. Central location close to train station. Just minor things - some plumbing fixtures needing attention in the downstairs bathroom, awkward placement of light switches up and down.
- Michael (9/5): - Freundlicher Gastgeber, gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage in der Südstadt mit Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kurze Distanz in das Zentrum und zum Rhein. Top. Kleiner Pferdefuß: die Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Stört nicht beim schlafen, ist im Wohnbereich aber gut zu hören.

- Max (10/5): Great location and beautiful home - Host was lovely! Home was beautiful and in a location within a walk to the hbf but also nice cafés and bakeries. Enjoyed the property - great value for money. Large spaces across two floors, including two bathrooms. Really enjoyed the sound system and the lovely kitchen. The place was clean and chic. Would stay again!
