Guest Reviews
- amy (10/5): - Hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard, and was locely and clean. Breakfast was amazing, cooked breakfast at weekends, with continantal options and fresh fruit. Keven was very helpful.
- Norma (10/5): - Lovely breakfast, great choice, full english, cereals, toast, juices, fresh fruit and yogurts, tea coffee, hot chocolate. A breakfast for everyone.
Clean comfort room, very homely, didnt want for anything. Location brilliant, right by the winter gardens and the tower
Kevin and Mia were lovely friendly hosts, kevin even picked us up from the train station and let us in our room early as it was ready, all with a smile and no extra cost, very kind if him. Offered us a lift back but we wanted to see a bit of blackpool before we went home. Thank you to them both for being great hosts. Highly recommend this hotel.
- Andrew (10/5): - Parking is not easy but there is a carpark near by which is great and the shops ware near by would stay again

- denise hallworth (8/5): Excellent stay, real value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone - Continental breakfast was really good and the cooked help yourself Full English from the hotplate was more than we were expecting, well cooked and always kept topped up, excellent value for money Only thing was we would have preferred an ensuite family room but none were available which we knew before booking, so not really an issue
- Emma (10/5): - In the centre of town so 5 very close parking nearby
- Gary (10/5): A fantastic B&B - A very pleasant welcome on arrival. Our room was great, the breakfast was amazing:)

- susan (10/5): Enjoyable - Breakfast and hosts were pleasant
- Luke (10/5): For the price paid, it was outstanding! - Excellent service and friendly staff. They catered for our dietary requirements well at breakfast. The room was clean and well laid out for a family. There were refreshments in the room and even a children's snack and books there for them. The location is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach etc. Would highly recommend. The hotel is slightly dated but still exceptionally clean and comfortable.
- Shaw (10/5): - Wonderful hosts let's us go to our rooms 3hrs before we were supposed to check in as we arrived early then the breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from Kevin took us to the train station when we left because it was raining definitely will be returning

- Guest (10/5): Very Highly Recommended - A traditional seaside hotel superbly clean throughout offering an outstanding breakfast choice, includes a full English or Continental. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks to the proprietor and his staff well done! N/A
- Karen Machell (9/5): -
- Elvin (10/5): Our holidays - Very clean and staff were lovely, Excellent breakfast plenty of choice, Car park at top of road so handy aswell. The neighbours had no respect that people wanted to sleep
- Bruce Michael (9/5): Lads holiday - Hotel was great and very clean. Brilliant value for the price and the owner was very attentive, also offered a complimentary upgrade on the room. Beds were very comfy and room was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. Wasn't really anything to dislike about the hotel all in all a really great experience.
- Lindsay (10/5): - Staff was very accommodating and changed our room as we had a baby with us so they moved us to a bigger room free of charge.....very polite staff, breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Bathroom was too small.
- tracy (6/5): Decent looking hotel - The host was a lovely helpful guy unfortunatley we did not get to stay there due to mix up with rooms and limited mobility so not able to get to higher floors. He was very good and straight away found us another b and b including breakfast 2 streets away as we had parked at the carpark at top of road and he gave us a lift to the hotel on reads avenue :). Just that we couldnt stay there so cant really review the hotel
- Paul (10/5): Brilliant hotel - Everything was great, the room was very clean, the host was very helpful and polite and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had while staying in hotels all over the country. After arriving home I got a phonecall saying I'd left my jacket in the room,Kevin, the host, said he will parcel it up and send it to my home address. I'll definitely be staying there again. Nothing, everything was brilliant
- David (10/5): -
- Benson (10/5): Highly recommend - Room was great and our daughter liked the colour scheme.
Breakfast was lovely. Good choice and great value.
Nice friendly owner.
- jon (8/5): - Really enjoyed our stay owners very welcoming and explained everything as we got our room key.
We will definitely be going back thank you
- Josie (3/5): Blackpool faulty towers - The location was ideal.
The selection of breakfast was plentiful. Very outdated rooms that do need bringing into this century.
The breakfast although good selection was very cheap produce, when someone had spilt a few beans on the serving table it was brushed onto the carpet by the owner.
The owner saying my partner would not like the room due to it being pink, pre prejudice?
We was offered a lift from the station to the hotel, we rang and texted and this was ignored which wasn't ideal but we did then find a local taxi.
Sleep - this was a major issue for all the family as the other hotels on the road was partying until gone 6am we actually wanted to leave but couldn't find another hotel that late at night to accommodate us.
Crotchet flowers - incredibly dusty!
The owner did offer us a lift back to the train station which was loverly, but seemed put out he was on the phone... very odd customer service.
Having to pre book breakfast the day prior when faced with no sleep was not ideal atall, its actually made us never want to stay within Blackpool again.
- Anita (8/5): - La gentillesse du responsable.
- Furnival (9/5): - Lovely hotel
Staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was lovely with a good selection.
Comfortable bed and cott all made up for my daughter
Only thing in regards to the room is that it was very warm, like the heating was on but it wasn't.
But apart from that, it was a lovely hotel and i would definitely recommend it to my family and friends
- tarra (10/5): - The breakfast was amazing and the couple that run the hotel were so kind and helpful They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. All the hotels in this area seemed very similar and the proprietors made all the difference I would recommend this hotel to couples and families and if ever back in the area would stay there again.
- Lisa (10/5): - Very friendly, very clean room was lovely absolutely nothing to complain about had a lovely overnight stay in Blackpool
- Guest (10/5): Brilliant place, staff so friendly and a great location. - The hosts were outstanding, they also decorated the room for us and left our friend a card, rose and box of chocolates Everything was perfect
- Nicola (9/5): Little gem, great value for money will return!! - Brilliant value for money
Very clean and tidy
Great breakfast Parking
- Rhoda (10/5): Looking forward to our next stay - Host was very helpful.
Breakfast was amazing.
Fresh white bedding, very clean and comfortable, and the matching cushions and runner were pretty.
Attention to detail in the room, the games and books were a lovely touch, as were the biscuits and tea/coffee tray.
The handmade flowers throughout the b&b were so pretty.
Quite possibly the cleanest shared bathroom facilities I've ever used.
Fantastic view of the tower from our room.
Superb very very central location.
Car park just at the top of the street (chargable). Decor could do with a little refresh in places, but this absolutely didn't affect our stay in any way.
- Adele (8/5): - Lovely friendly staff
- guy (8/5): - It was good but too many stairs for us. Too many stairs .
- Simon (10/5): - Great value for money, wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Room and breakfast were both spot on, as was the location. Highly recommended.

- Julie (10/5): - The hosts were great. Very friendly and helpful
- Dettie (5/5): The owners were absolutely lovely but i think in general i return to blackpool again. The street we stayed down was so i - The owners they was so lovely and welcoming very friendly in the morning and so kind it’s what made our visit.
The bedding was so clean. Felt like everything was just stapled down or glued down, it was very noisy a lot of sirens and the people staying there slamming the doors. The beds weee so uncomfortable I slept on top of the duvet and the springs were digging in my back.
- Peter (10/5): -
- Tony (8/5): No Issues Here !! - Kevin was a faultless host, and the Glendor did everything I needed it to do - Good breakfast options, Basic room (not en-suite) with (big) TV, Wi-Fi and Kettle, and convenient location for both the Winter Gardens and Promenade.
Perfectly fine place to use as a base for your main Blackpool activities !!
- Hayley (8/5): -
- Smith (10/5): - Great communication. Great service. Polite nice family. I would love to have the mattress was comfy on both beds. Great breakfast. Will be the first hotel I check when visiting Blackpool again. Thanks for a pleasant and great stay.
- Yvette Maria (9/5): -
- Dale (10/5): -
- Sharond1984 (8/5): Perfect for mini break - Kevin and Mai were lovely. Very attentive. Kevin, who appeared to be front-of-house, was particularly good at engaging my teenage and pre-teen daughters in conversation when all I usually get is a grunt. The room was clean and tidy. It's not too far from the main strip, which meant we could walk to most places. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was great. The overall price and value for money were excellent. Rooms are basic, but they have everything you need. We felt a little crammed as a family of four, especially because our girls are so big. Bed wasn't very comfortable but I think that in most places I stay. I do suffer with back pain, so I will always prefer my own bed as it was bought to help reduce my back issues. Nothing the owners could have done to address it, though, so not their fault.
- Richard (9/5): - Breakfast was smashing Kevin and mai cannot fault them Nothing
- Kenneth (9/5): Great hotel great room great hosts great breakfast would definitely stay here again oh and great loc - Everything can't fault in anyway Leaving
- 74 (8/5): Nice place to stay, close to tower, great value for money too! - Nice owners/ staff all friendly, nice and clean, central location, what more do you need! Nothing. All good
- Lai Ki (8/5): - Location is excellent. Not far from main attractions and not that noisy during the night. Host is very kind and offer us a parking lot. It saves us £40 or more for parking 2 days. I am not aware that toilet is not in the room and breakfast included till I check in. I probably misread that when I book. I only have one problem is that the spring mattress is not supportive enough for me. I've got backache and keep turning all night to try to ease the pain. It might just be me. It would be nice if have a more supportive mattress to choose from even a bit higher rate.
- Paul (8/5): - Not far from front, and long stay carpark facilities at top of street as no parking onsite.Buffet breakfast good idea as well. Nothing.
- carter (10/5): Stunning and comfortable - Loved the room how clean it was and the colour was stunning beds was comfy Nothing it was all good
- Sarah (10/5): - We had booked an overnight stay, and on arrival, we decided to stay 2. Kevin moved rooms around to accommodate us, including moving our bags and upgrading our room. The breakfast was good. We will go back.
- claire (10/5): - The location is amazingly close to town centre and staff were amazing and kind extremely helpful I can't fault it there isn't anything
