• Manuel (1/5): Eviten este alojamiento, más aún por el precio al que está. - El alojamiento es moderno y la cama cómoda. La limpieza era deficiente, con hormigas y manchas de (sangre u otros?) en las sábanas. Las duchas solo tiene salida desde el techo por lo que una mujer no puede ducharse sin lavarse la cabeza. Además, carecía de intimidad. Encima de la puerta había una ventana que no podía taparse, a través de la cual se veía todo el interior salvo habitaciones. Cuidado porque podéis quedaros tirados. A las 22:00 llegamos a la puerta un viernes y no entremos hasta la 1:30 del sábado. No funcionaba la cerradura digital y nos estuvieron pasando de operador en operador hasta que llamó la policía nacional y mandaron a un chaval de seguridad (de una empresa externa, muy agradable), quien, escandalizado, confirmó el asunto y llamó a un cerrajero. Al día siguiente tuvieron que salir a las 5:30 por el vuelo, por lo que perdimos la noche. Peor hubiera sido que ocurriese la noche anterior, previa a defensa de mi tesis doctoral. Un desastre. Como apunté extra, no fuimos los únicos en una situación similar esa noche en estos alojamientos.

• Julia (8/5): - Nous avons réservé un logement avec deux grandes chambres, deux jolies salles de bain disposant d'une belle douche, et un grand espace séjour cuisine joliment décoré. Parfait pour notre famille avec deux adolescents. Appartement très bien équipé, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four et micro-ondes dans un état nickel. Emplacement top, à 5 minutes à pieds du pont Isabelle et du marché couvert de Triana, et à 12/15 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée et donne sur la rue, peut-être un peu bruyant pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. Nous, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement 🙂 Le bémol du logement est vraiment la literie. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables car on s'y enfonce et certaines serviettes de toilettes étaient tâchées (on voyait qu'elles étaient lavées mais avec probablement des tâches qui ne partent plus, il faudrait les renouveler 😉) A noter que le reste de l'appartement était très propre (cuisine, salle de bain, WC, etc).

• Pauline (9/5): Overall a pleasant stay as it’s very close to restaurants, markets, meeting points for tours. - The apartment has a modern style decor and functional with fully equipped kitchen. With nice touches of amenities: coffee machine with pods and tea selection. Comes with sachets of sugar, pepper and salt. Sufficient dishwasher pods. The bathroom lacked a handheld shower. The lamps in the rooms have no bulbs and in the way of one’s head. The bathroom doors open awkwardly inwards. The bathroom floor tiles are very slippery

• Simon (9/5): A lovely place to stay for afew days - A lovely apartment, great location near all our favourite restaurants and bars, stylish and a great space, All a little dark due to window frosting ( but needed due to being a ground floor flat), a second sofa would have been nice if there were 4 people staying, but all in all a great place to stay
• Μαρκάκης (9/5): Η Σεβίλλη είναι πανέμορφη και η διαμονή μας υπέροχη - Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστικοί και απαντούσαν άμεσα.Το διαμέρισμα είναι ακριβώς όπως το δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες .Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο άνετο και με πολλές παροχές.Η στάση του λεωφορείου είναι ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι για όποιον θέλει να χρησιμοποιήσει το μέσον. Τα αξιοθέατα που πρέπει να επισκεφτεί κάποιος στη Σεβίλλη είναι πολύ κοντά που σημαίνει ότι σε είκοσι λεπτά με τα πόδια είσαι ήδη στον καθεδρικό .Επίσης έχεις τα πάντα δίπλα σου από σούπερ μάρκετ μέχρι τα γνωστά ρεστοράν με τα tapas . Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν η καθαριότητα .Βρήκαμε το διαμέρισμα τελείως ασκούπιστο μιλάω για το πάτωμα γιατί οι πάγκοι κουζίνας και τα λουτρά ήταν καθαρά αλλά όλο το υπόλοιπο ήταν σαν να είχε ξεχαστεί ?(ψίχουλα χνούδια τρίχες) Το λέω μόνο για καλό γιατί το διαμέρισμα όντως αξίζει και δεν είναι ωραίο να χαλάει την εικόνα του κάτι που μπορεί να διορθωθεί άμεσα.

The same thing happened with the kitchen sink.🤢 WE CAN SLEEP VERY NOICE STREET WE CAN SLEEP THE BED WAS BROKE AND DIRTY WE CAN TAKE A NICE SHOWER THEY SMELL AWFUL RUN FROM THIS PLACE !! booking.com you should remove this from your web.

• Daniel (7/5): Si, pero no - Todo funcionaba. La cocina muy completa y moderna. El agua caliente perfecta. Las duchas con presión. La casa helada al llegar. Sin instrucciones para la máquina de clima. Los baños, con poco mantenimiento y las juntas ennegrecidas. Poco, pero requieren de mantenimiento. El suelo sucio. La limpieza de la casa muy superficial. Las baldas de los armarios estaban llenas de polvo. Mucho!, por acumulación. Así que no limpiaban desde hace tiempo. Las toallas de las manos rotas. No gastadas, rotas. El apartamento es un antiguo local a pie de calle. Eso hace que cuando te vas de paseo quieras cerrar la puerta con llave, y con el sistema de abrir con código, no puedes o no explica en ningún sitio como cerrar la puerta de la calle con cerrojo o algo más que un simple “resbalón”.

Faltaba un aparato para hacer zumos, Nosotros no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos por muy bonito que sea Nos sentimos engañados al ser un bajo a ras de calle,cuando se anuncia que tiene ascensor. Paredes de cristal por donde pasa el ruido de los coches y gente,además de la luz por las noches,eso da sensación de inseguridad
• Peter (6/5): Zentral gelegene Wohnung, als Schlafstätte ok! - Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, schöne Bäder, gute Betten, gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum Der nötige Sichtschutz beeinträchtigte die Sicht nach außen sehr stark, auch Tageslicht gelange wenig in die Wohnung. Von der belebten Straße fiel man direkt ins Wohnzimmer.
