• Peter (9/5): Overall, a great comfortable stay. Loved the onsite parking and overall comfort of the place. - There was no breakfast, but wasn't expecting any. The location was great as it was only 5mins from our job site and close to the the center of town. It was also on a pretty quiet street. The only fault I can find with the property apart from it not having an ensuite, is that if you want to move around upstairs without waking up the household, including the neighbors, there is no chance of that happening as the floorboards upstairs creak like crazy when you walk around, including the timber stairwell, which makes a lot of noise when used.

• Julie (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, close to local facilities and amenities. Homely and comfortable. would stay here again. there wasn't anything really. It would benefit from having a more private fence between the property and the house backing onto it as the garden wasn't private enough so we couldn't really sit in it.
• Leah (10/5): Exceptional - Place was spacious and roomy and never seen so much storage up stairs in both bedrooms but stairs not for faint hearted, also had plenty admendies, huge back yard and big clothes line, easy walk to shops and buses and train station,the key pad lock on font door easy to use and balcony great to sit have meals privacy with trees out front recommended stay 😀 Would recommend more in bio about stairs as have bad hip just managed so any one with walking problems would have issues

• Suzette (5/5): Property was clean and tidy and fully self-contained. Too small for a family. - Was very clean and was self-contained including washer and dryer extra toilet downstairs The flooring upstairs was very noisey, the floorboards creaked as did the staircase which was quite steep. There was only 1 bathroom but there were 2 separate toilets. The bathroom was a shower bathtub combo which was quite a step up and over to enter and it was slippery and thus a significant fall hazard. There were floor mats which were also trip hazards. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. Was located on a very noisey main road. Too many unnecessary plastic plants. Very close to neighbours a high solid fence at the back would be an improvement.
• Melinda (9/5): Enjoyable and would stay again. Has everything we needed. - Everything you need is provided. Easy to cook meals and do washing if you need to. Bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of storage to put your things away. Second toilet in laundry is great too. Location can't be helped but maybe needs a privacy screen put up at back fence as back neighbours are not very friendly and I assume that's because their house is very close to fence and you can see each other inside the house. I felt i needed to keep the kitchen window blinds closed as to not invade their privacy and vice versa. The upstairs floors creak very loudly so when someone gets up at night it does disturb others. The area had some late night people walking past and i was conscious of making sure everything was closed up and locked.
• Adam (10/5): Lovely place with everything you need. - Everything was within easy reach of where we needed to get to. The beds were very comfortable and all the amenities were in great condition and everything was there we needed. The floor boards were a little noisy when people went to the toilet at night. The water pressure upstairs in the shower is quite low but still usable for a shower.
• Crystal (10/5): Exceptional - The lodge was beautiful will definitely be coming back to stay there so can see my grandchildren again
• Christine (9/5): Superb - Very tidy and comfortable place that was well located. Reverse parking into the property was a little difficult due to the traffic on the road and parked cars.
• Sheridan (9/5): Very nice, cute little house. Will stay again - Everything you need, nicely furnished. Lots of room. Floors are very very creaky. Road noise, not a lot of traffic but there were very loud trucks and cars during the night. Shower isn't fabulous but it's fine

• Angela (8/5): Very good - It was a good spot, close to train station and a shopping complex. Very neat and tidy, clean. Great size place and undercover parking off the street. If I had to be picky, I would say the stairs and upstairs floor creaked alot but that just comes with an older building.

• Anne (8/5): Overall a very enjoyable stay in a comfortable unit - Was clean, comfortable and well presented. Easy access. It was overpriced - but I chose to pay that amount so guess it’s on me! There were no instructions about the property - how to leave it when going, was there internet, how to use TV etc etc. Odd for a booking site and made it unnecessarily awkward as I do like to leave places in a helpful way eg put bins out etc. Never did work out how the fan in the master bedroom worked ended up leaving it on 24/7 once we finally managed to get it to work without the light on.
