• Ashwini (10/5): Great location, very comfortable and clean - The location is just perfect. Bus stop is right in front of the stay. Good restaurants, shopping centres and all activity booking centres are just within 5 minutes walk away It is well maintained and clean. It has all the facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, vaccine cleaner, iron box and hair dryer etc. Owner is actively responding to queries. Very helpful. The apartment is perfect for solo travellers and also for two people it is perfect.

• Sylvain R (9/5): Amazing location, all you need for a good time in Rovaniemi - Amazing location right within the city center, opposite a small park and the bus stop to Santa Claus Village! All amenities available for basic cooking and daily use. Good communication with the host throughout. Also provided some sleds which the kids enjoyed!

• Nikos (10/5): - Very cozy room, clean and new. The location was great, 5 minutes away walk from the city center and bus stations to Santa Claus village and airport right outside. The owner really helpful at all times and overall a great experience.
• Carole (9/5): We loved our stay at Nordic Downtown Apartment. - This apartment was perfect for us, two adults and two children. It’s lovely and warm, modern, extremely clean and the location is excellent. Across the road there is a park with a sledging hill, ice skating rink, playground and a little cafe. The bus stop to Santa Claus Village stops right across the road. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the main square in Rovaniemi with restaurants/ shops etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. They had also left two sledges for the children to use while we were there too which was a nice touch and they let us check out a little later too.

• Monika (10/5): Amazing stay with a helpful host - It was very clean and warm (you need it when it is -21 •C outside) In the city centre,close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes drive away from the main attractions like Santa Claus Village or Santa Park. Whenever we had questions we could contact the host who was very helpful. Before we travelled, I asked if he could leave a note for my son from his elf, not only it was on a very nice paper but he left some chocolate for him as well.

• Melba (9/5): Superb - We liked that it was near downtown, and the bus to Santa claus village was just across the street.The apartment was very clean and a lot of cabinets. They're very nice and friendly because our check out was at 11 and he let us be until 13.30. I definitely recommend this place 👌 The only thing is that there must be small instructions to use the household appliances so guests don't need to call the host.
• Jayarathne (10/5): Perfect place in Rovaniemi - Perfect place for a small family, couple or a few friends. Owner is easy to reach and very friendly. Very clean and cozy apartment. Perfect location in town.
• Anuranga (9/5): Superb - A very nice and clean apartment in a very convenient location in Rovaniemi. Very clear communication from the owner from the time of the booking until check out. There is a paid parking area very close to the apartment if you are with a car. For overnight parking, you could find places nearby (5 min walk) where it's free from 6 pm to 8 am. ( The carpark mentioned earlier requires payment even for overnight parking). If you opt for public transport/Santa express buses, the bus stop is just across the street. Nothing.
• Torok (10/5): FABULOUS - This apartment was brilliant, excellent location, across from a nice park, everything you needed in the apartment, washer, microwave, dish washer, cutlery, crockery, salt/pepper, comfortable bed, television with Netflix etc, our flight was very early and they got the room ready for us earlier than 4 which we appreciated, would highly recommend these apartments and have decided we are going to try and go again just after Christmas next year, oh and there's a bus stop across the road which takes you to Santa Claus village and the airport. If your going to rovaniemi then stay here. We don't like dish washers so would have liked a pad and tea towel to wash our cups, also would have liked firmer pillows, but these didn't affect our superb stay.

The furniture and equipment is cozy and brand new. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, coffee, sugar, oil...Amazing location in the center, close to many restaurants, shops, just across the bus station to the Airport/Santa Village bus. Kids enjoyed sledding in the park across. Sledges were available in the apartment for free use during the stay. Good communication with the host, replies very quickly. Clear instructions for self check in. We highly recommend Nordica Downtown !!!

Very close to everything and the park across the street is great if you have kids. 15 min from the airport and 25 min to Santa’s Village by using city bus which picks up across the street. Apartment was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed inside. Would definitely recommend I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

• Monica (10/5): Great location - The apt is great! We had a lovely time with kids. Great location, Santa Bus that takes you to Santa Claus Village and Santa Park is right next to the entrance. Great host, allwed us to check out little later despite busy season. Hope to come again. all was great.

• Chrysafi (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Very nice apartment near the city centre. It was clean and comfortable with a nice view to the park. The owner let us stay one more hour after the check out and also prepared for us the room to entry earlier. The bedroom and the living room are seperated with glass doors so there is not much privancy if you are more than 2 people.
