• EVANGELIA (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία Το μπάνιο Ότι βλέπει στον ακάλυπτο της πολυκατοικίας. Χρειάζεται και ένα πορτατιφ δίπλα στο κρεβάτι γιατί αναγκαζομασταν να έχουμε το κεντρικό φως αναμμένο για να διαβάσουμε το βράδυ

• Irina (8/5): - Местоположение супер. Метро рядом. Близко к центру, 100 м от главной торговой улицы с шикарными магазинами. Всё здание- апартотель. Номера небольшие, окно выходило во двор, поэтому ночью было тихо. Рядом супермаркет и рынок, магазинчики. Тесновато, неудобный столик для еды, но посуды и кухонной утвари достаточно. Санузел без минусов.

• JUAN CARLOS (8/5): Apartamento en buena zona comercial. - Apartamento sencillo para pasar un par de noches en la zona más PPija de Madrid. Con cocina y cafetera Nespresso, un detalle que dejen un par de cápsulas. Supermercado en el edificio de al lado. Cerca del Movistar Arena, andando en 15', y de muchas tiendas (paralela a c/Serrano). Paradas de metro cercanas. Anfitriona pendiente de todo vía whatsapp. Alguna cosa caducada en la despensa, imagino que de anteriores huéspedes.

• Aleksandr (8/5): Very good - The friendly host who always responded quickly to my messages, great location, consierge, clean apartment, outdoor blinds on the window helped to sleep all night, extra pillows. There was noise during the day because of some renovation works in a neighbouring apartment, but nights were quiet. Even that noise is not a problem for those who spend the whole day outside like me, but could be a nuisance for those who need to work.

• Wade (10/5): Great neat little appartment in the perfect location. - It was neat and exactly what we were looking! Alicia was communicative, helpful and contributed to our wonderful time in Madrid.
• Kazem (7/5): Good - Its location is close to the town centre and the area was excellent. The host alicia was very good, attentive, and helpful. Due to poor insulation between the flats, the adjacent flat occupants were very noisy, very late at night and early in the morning around 3 or 4 o'clock.
• Isabel (9/5): Clean and comfortable - Comfortable and clean apartment and bigger than I expected! Had everything we needed and more for a 2 night stay. Host communicated effectively and no issues with the stay. Safe neighbourhood. No drying rack which was a bit annoying and the washing machine was a bit dirty and put fluff all over our clothes but we cleaned it and it worked fine after that!

• Wendy (9/5): Great location highly recommend - The location was great generally., there was a great bar and restaurant opposite, a small well priced supermarket a few doors away, the host was very helpful and accomodating The lock was a little tricky to manage, the bed a little small but still fine for a couple
• Juan (4/5): Disappointing - It was very good located and close to main city streets. The host was very very friendly and kind, she even help us with a late check out. The bed were not comfortable and the AC was not working properly, so the room was very warm. Is a very small space and doesn't look like the pictures, is way smaller.
