Then why give it to the customers? The second night we got another room but, still... it was disappointing...

• Uliana RoZa (9/5): Levante 2.05.26 - Удобное месторасположение(5 мин до моря) но надо поискать т.к. навигатор заводит неправильно, а на самом деле всё просто! напротив парковка! Квартира просторная(104), аккуратная, свежий ремонт, кровать супер большая, постель и полотенца чистые! Но не было одеяла, только простынь, прохладно, пришлось укрыться покрывалом.Есть посуда(тарелки, стаканы, кастрюли..), приборы, чайник и даже кофемашина! салфеток не было, наверное забыли😉 Аж 2 телевизора...в салоне и в спальне! Фен, утюг...глад доска есть!Спасибо 😉 Тихо! Чисто! Просторно! Заселение аж в 15.00 считаю, что это очень поздно! С учётом того, что мы были там всего 1 день...с 15.00 и в 4 утра уже уехали...😌 Самозаселение, удобно...но опять же информацию по коду и ключам скидывают примерно в 14.30... Мы привезли чемоданы раньше т.к. из предыдущего отеля выселение в 11.00 ... и оставили их на рецепке, пошли до 15.00 гулять. В целом порадоваться отелем нам досталось только несколько часов🤨 И еще важный момент: У нас был номер 104, по ошибке я пошла к другой двери 102, и как ни странно открыла им дверь🤪😜🤨🤨то есть, замки в номерах одинаковые и все ключи подходят?🤪 так что, будьте осторожны😉 Да, и тапочки мы не нашли😉 В остальном всё чистенько и уютно! Спасибо!
• Klaudia (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is super spacious and the kitchen has everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great. We also arrived earlier than planned and there was no issue with checking in early, which was a big plus. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also really convenient – there’s a minimarket right next to the building, and a bus stop about a 7-minute walk away with connections to Ayia Napa, Limassol, and Paphos. It was a bit too noisy outside at night.

• Irina Blum (9/5): Great value for money, location facility - 3 days I was in the comfortable room and it was all that i need ( big room, good facility, self check in and light room with big balcony but a little bit noise from the street bit it was ok for me) but after that I needed another day and get another room on the same floor but it was different in everything( not so comfortable)....but quit ..you have also shaired kitchen and washing machine There was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower. Some rooms a little bit dark . The was nobody on reseption for several days if you need to ask something, only online.
• YAIR (8/5): דירה מאוד ראויה במחיר מעולה בלב העיר. - הדירה ממוקמת דקות הליכה מהים והטיילת מעולה למי שאוהב ריצה או הליכות לאורך החוף. הדירה נמצאת ליד רחובות עם חנויות, מסעדות, מרכזי קניות ובילוי שונים. זה בהחלט יתרון גדול. לקחנו חדר גדול עם חדר שינה וסלון שהיינו שבוע בעיר ורצינו שיהיה ספייס לעבודה. לא מדובר בבית מלון אז מי שמחפש תנאים מהסוג הזה יכול לשכוח. אבל יש בתי קפה עם ארוחות בוקר טובות מאוד בסביבה שפתוחים כבר מ 7:30 בבוקר. קל מאוד למצוא מסעדות מעולות ברחבי העיר ויש די הרבה כאלו שמתאימות לצהריים או ארוחות ערב. הצוות זמין טלפונית אם יש בעיות אבל הוא כמעט לא נמצא בשטח. מנקים את הדירות כל 4 ימים אבל אם מבקשים טלפונית מגבות חדשות או להחליף אשפה, תגיע מישהי לעשות זאת. הכספת היתה קטנה מדי למחשב נייד וטאבלט ומתאימה יותר לתכשיטים. מאחר ואנחנו זוג מטייל והיו לנו הרבה בגדים שמחנו שיש המון ארונות ומגרות בדירה הגדולה לאכסון.

We had a street-facing room that was very noisy—you could hear everything from outside. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly; we found quite a lot of hair.

We needed a better fridge so they actually went above and beyond and grabbed us a better one, we were expecting a kitchen but accidently ment with the fact we booked a studio hotel room, sadly couldn't make our food but there was a room dedicated for a small shared kitchen and the washing machine and dryer which were great. The TV was great!! Best TV ive ever had anyone especially for Netflix. Bathroom super cute and nice. The shared kitchen. Shared utensils. Quite small of a room for a studio but was handleable.

• Berfin (10/5): - L’établissement est super bien situé, il y a de géniaux restaurants autour et on est à la mer en quelques minutes seulement. Le personnel est SUPER gentil et extrêmement compréhensif et accommodant. L’entrée et la sortie est vraiment facile et agréable. -

• Julia (10/5): Bardzo miłe doświadczenie ;) - Miły, przyjemny, schludny, wygodne łóżka, zadbany, wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy były dostępne. W dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do przystanków, sklepów i restauracji. W związku z naszym zapytaniem o wcześniejsze zameldowanie w obiekcie, dostaliśmy pokój już o 12, co też było dla nas miłym zaskoczeniem ;))

• Viktor (10/5): Great accomodation for several days - Absolutely great location - it takes 5 minutes walking to get to the seafront area. Nice silent one bedroom apartment. Everything is new and fresh. Rooms are clean as a hospital. Kitchenette is completely equipped with all needed utensils for those who prefers cooking themselves. Many restaurants and mini-markets around. The paid parking is just in front of the hotel but it is very expensive. See other parkings around - they are plenty. Nothing to say.

• Rhea (9/5): I would definitely stay here again! - This was a great apartment in a great location. I utilized the balcony and the kitchen. I needed to use the laundry machines and had a lot of trouble with them. Perhaps there could be some written instructions about which setting to use.

Good value for your money The cleaning of the room prior to our arrival was not good enough, we found egg shells and orange peel behind the trash can. We also had an unfortunate situation where a cockroach came through the AC.

Balkon z nieciekawym widokiem na budowę i jakiś bałagan na dziedzińcu. Ale to takie drobnostki. Troszkę słaby kontakt z obsługą - na SMS nie miałam odpowiedzi. Ewentualnie przez booking.

• Elena (10/5): o buna alegere - Locatia bine pozitionata aproape de plaja si promenada, informatiile primite pentru acces, usurinta accesului. Raspunsul rapid al gazdei si rezolvarea cererii de a adauga gel de dus care se terminase ceva mai multa atentie la curatenie
• Valeria (9/5): Sehr schönes Appartment - Tolles Apartment mit moderner Küche und schönem Essbereich. Alles, was man braucht – Geschirr, Fön, Bügeleisen – ist vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich, mit großem Bett, Schrank und TV ausgestattet. Durch die gute Isolierung ist es sehr ruhig, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Kein Housekeeping während des Aufenthalts. Das Badezimmer ist schlicht gehalten, das Waschbecken etwas klein, und die Dusche war leider beschädigt.

• philip (8/5): Good location close to everything we wanted to see - Comfortable beds, decent shower, very clean. A bit bare bones but perfectly acceptable overall. Location was pretty good, close to the centre, bus stops, restaurants, sights, bars. Room had only a single high window, so it almost felt like a basement room as it was a bit dark.
• sorin (10/5): Superb - Apartamentul spațios, bine utilat situat într-un imobil întreținut. Foarte bine poziționat la aproximativ 3 minute de mare, magazine și restaurante în preajmă. Posibilitatea lansării bagajelor la recepție după check out. La o revenire, cu siguranță va fi prima opțiune pentru cazare.

• Nora (7/5): - The location is good. The apartment itself is well furnished. You should put more effort into cleaning the property, There was dust everywhere, and the balcony was in an awful condition. Another point to be mentioned - in the description, it is said that there is a luggage space. But when I sent a message to ask where we could store our luggage after check out , no one replied. And I suppose there is not such place at all, but it would have been nice to know it from the owner, not to remain silent. And the thing that other guests gave as feedback - the code for the building seems to be the same for quite long and I guess anyone could enter without much trouble.

• Monika (6/5): - Postel je vyborna, nevrzga a neni vylezana. V apartmane nebola pracka ako bolo pisane. Chyba umyvacka riadu. V kuchynke balkon okadeny od vtakov, na kuchynskej linke mravce a v kupelni chrobaky. Treba popracovat na cistote apartmanu a spolocnych priestorov. Da sa to aj lepsie. V kupelni je malo vesiacikov na zavesenie a police na odkladanie veci. Velky hluk z vonku hlavne v noci.
