- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel bom em geral - Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Chuveiro bom. Porém, o hotel está passando por uma reforma, o que traz alguns transtornos.
- JOEL (2/5): Hospedagem Péssima em Itaobim - Estávamos vindo de Salvador a caminho de Muriaé-MG e paramos em Itaobim para descansar e passar a noite nessa Pousada. Quando chegamos as 17 horas, nos foi dito pelo atendimento que não havia água na pousada e que era um problema de abastecimento na cidade, apesar disso, conseguimos tomar um banho rápido com o restante de água no reservatório, porém logo em seguida a água já acabou isso por volta das 19 horas e essa situação perdurou até o dia seguinte. Não nos foi oferecido nenhuma alternativa nem ao menos um galão de água mineral que a pousada poderia ter oferecido. Amanhecendo o dia não havia "nenhum" café, nada mesmo, e a desculpa era que não havia água, ou seja, total despreparo e falta de iniciativa pois mesmo não tendo água isso não impediria da pousada fazer um café com agua mineral, um pão, uma fruta ou um suco de caixinha, e talheres descartáveis. Pousada Horrível!
