• F.Lahaye (9/5): - Le logement est Particulièrement bien placé tout près de la vieille ville avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La literie est confortable, l'environnement très calme, parfait pour se reposer. La machine à café, la bouilloire avec le petit frigo nous ont permis de bien commencer la journée. Seul bémol, il manque quelques accessoires notamment une raclette pour la salle de bain car il n'y a pas de cloison de séparation douche...

• F.Lahaye (9/5): - La situation du logement à 2 pas du centre ancien. La chambre est très confortable, propre et calme avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les mont Pirin. Le petit équipement est oarfait pour se faire un petit déjeuner en admirant les cimes. Le personnel est sympathique et réactif. Bref on a adoré en cette période de hors saison. Quelques détails pourraient être améliorés mais qui ne nuisent pas à notre appréciation globale... en mettant une séparation entre la douche et les toilettes, des tabourets un peu moins hauts, des miroirs, rangements...

• Manilla (7/5): Nice place, but a few negatives - We booked the two accommodations on the top floor that are right next to each other, as we were a group of 6. Both apartments were very nice, clean, and had comfortable beds. The views were amazing, and the location is close to the city centre, which was a big plus. The lady who greeted us was nice and helpful. She showed us to the rooms and helped with parking. Also, just a quick tip for finding the place. Google Maps tries to take you up the main street, which you can’t drive on. The best way to get there is via “Ul. Edelvays,” which runs along the river in Bansko. The roads leading down to stay are absolutely horrible, with massive holes. There were a few issues during our stay. In the studio room (the one-bedroom), the bathroom would completely flood after running the water for just a minute. My partner had to remove the drain using a knife and a bag over his hand, and it was completely blocked with hair, which explains why it flooded so easily. I believe the bathroom in the bigger apartment had a similar issue. The studio room also had a problem with the curtains. Every time you opened them, the door caused the curtain hinges to pop off. A bit annoying, but not the biggest issue. Another downside was the smell in the building. It seemed like the floor below us was used as private accommodation, and the hallway had a strong smell of cat urine. The next morning, a cat also wandered into the bigger apartment while the door was open. Personally, I don’t mind animals, but I know this could be an issue for others. If you’re allergic or not a fan of cats, this probably isn’t the best choice. There is also no elevator, so just be aware of that if you have injuries or difficulty with stairs.

• David (10/5): - This is a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains from the window. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean, with a fresh renovation, modern design, and excellent taste. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. They met us upon arrival and assisted us with everything. They responded to every request immediately and did much more for us than we expected. The price is very reasonable for such a high-quality place. There is plenty of free parking nearby. The location is excellent — just a one-minute walk to the Old Town. Shops, restaurants, and everything you need are within easy reach, and the ski lift is also nearby. Highly recommended. A wonderful place to stay.

• Dilyana (10/5): - Honestly we stayed in this beautiful apartment for a long weekend and it was the best positive experience. The houst was so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect! The apartment is very cosy and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay!!! We are definitely coming back!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling, offering a warm welcome and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The owner speaks fluent English, which made communication effortless and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Όλα ήταν πραγματικά άψογα. Η τοποθεσία στο κέντρο είναι ιδανική και κάνει τη μετακίνηση πανεύκολη. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και φιλόξενο, πάντα χαμογελαστό, με θερμή υποδοχή και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. The fire in the chimney in winter - Very well situated: 15 mns walk to the gondolas and 5 mns to the church in the old town. Nicely designed. Our one-night stay was too short! It is just an observation so that people are aware: there is no elevator.

• GEORGE (9/5): Εξαιρετική value for money επιλογή - Άριστο σε όλα τα επίπεδα, προσεγμένη διακόσμηση, καθαρό, ωραία διαρρύθμιση, μοντέρνα υλικά, τοποθεσία δίπλα στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο του Μπάνσκο. Δεν υπήρχε παροχή υπηρεσίας reception αν και ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ανά πάσα στιγμή διαθέσιμος αν τον καλούσες τηλεφωνικά.

No proper table in the living room for eating. The apart was at the last floor so it was a bit tough with the luggage as we had a lot of things ti carry for a baby.

He helped us with the parking, car issue and also with useful tips. Most importantly, he offered us a very late checkout (after skiing), which was really a great help.

• Jan (9/5): A cosy refuge at the end of a long day. - Lovely warm apartment with a fabulous view over rooftops to the mountains. The sunny terrace would be wonderful in the summer. Comfy bed, piping hot water. Owner Hristo was super-responsive & helpful. Location perfect - a very short walk to the town and to the ski-lift duvet not big enough for it's cover, so we had some nightime tussles!
