• Alexander (1/5): Never rent it!!! - Nothing 5 hours before arrival in the paid apartments I received a letter that at the moment the apartment in an emergency situation and we can not accommodate, I was offered another option of apartments for which I had to pay in cash, the money for the apartments in which I was supposed to be settled to me did not return!
• Kalina (1/5): Bad - Nothing, really? So long story short... we didn't stay at this place. On the first day I wrote to the owner that he still didn't send us entry information. And he writes to me that 'suddenly' something happened to the apartment and we can't stay there. And that he will place us somewhere else. We were already boarding the plane and he just drops this on us. If it was one or two days before I would tell him to kindly f.. of and find a new place to stay, because obviously he forgot about it and overbooked. But we were literally on the plane already. The new apartment was... really plain and below avarage. No wardrobes, no hangers or hooks for any clothes, not enough towels even. Also cracked walls and mold stains. And it didn't have wifi. When I asked about it, the owner didn't respond. After two days he just left portable wifi on the door's handle. It was all really annoying.
• Regs (5/5): Got switched to a downgraded apartment 😠 - I was given a different apartment far from the original location. It was a downgrade compared to what the Loft looks like. There was a constant, over-powering smell like laundry detergent throughout the entire apartment, which made it different to breathe at times. There were no window shades for any of the bedrooms on the skylight windows. Sleeping-in was impossible. There was a motion-sensor throughout the apartment that kept triggering a light to go on. This light would made a clicking noise every time it turned on, which made it annoying when you made any movement, regardless of day or night time.
• Ashley (3/5): Disappointing. Wasn't a bad replacement and still very cheap but wasn't what I was promised. - The location was good and it was a modern apartment. If I had originally booked this apartment I'd probably be more content with it but it was nowhere near as good as the one advertised. There were last minute changes to our accommodation so we had to change it upon arrival. My number is available on Booking.com so a call would've been good with an option to cancel. Behind the living room bed it was filthy which left an unpleasant smell. The apartment was advertised as Gorgeous Loft but instead we got an Average Apartment. There was designated parking outside the original apartment but non at the replacement apartment, which resulted in us paying for parking and searching for parking for quite sometime as most roads were busy and nearby parking was extortionate.
