- Tanya (9/5): Overall we had a great experience. It was a nice place to stay. - The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was very clean & tidy and comfortable. The whole hotel looks clean and tidy. Having extra towels & pillows was great. Breakfast in the dining room was lovely. The only thing I could fault would be the mattress on the Murphy bed may need updating. Every time I moved it the springs made a ‘thwong’ sound. That and putting a curtain on the back door to cover the glass panel. Daylight blasted through there walking me up at dawn.
- Jill (5/5): -
- Ruth (10/5): Close to CBD and close to a hotel and the Brolga Theatre which was the reason for my stay - Convenient for my purpose. Friendly people. Ground floor. Quiet. All was fine
- Michael (5/5): We had booked online and rang them to inform them that we wouldn’t be there until 8:30 at night. He said that the bookin - Its location The manager
- Bay travellers (8/5): Our second stay here and we'll be back again. - A very comfortable room with a good king size bed, plenty of space and a roomy undercover car space right outside. We appreciated having a dining table/chairs and the location is ideal - across the road from the White Lion pub, which has excellent meals. No complaints at all.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Cleanliness Comfortable perfect location - Everything Lack of china,Tea bags, A biscuit pack
- Donna (10/5): -
- Bill (9/5): I have sturdy here a number of times and will stay again. - Clean, good staff. The fridge was entirely taken up with “mini bar” items leaving little space for personal items. The tariff advertises the inclusion of a fridge available in room and that the price is false information. Disappointing.
- Craig (8/5): A friendly welcome and always a comfortable stay. - We've stayed here a number of times and have always had a comfortable stay. N/A
- Amy (9/5): -
- Bruce (8/5): Clean, neat and tidy motel. Staff are friendly -
- Symes (10/5): This will be my go to accommodation from now on. - The room was spacious, convenient location and clean. Nothing I didn’t like about the property.
- Gail (9/5): - Spacious apartment, balcony, great bathroom facilities, quiet and close to all areas of maryborough. Bed was super comfy. Loved that I had options to not replace towels and have a clean every day. Very eco aware. Wld have liked more and better outdoor furniture on balcony. Nice to sit out there of an afternoon or evening.

- Joanne (8/5): Comfortable, convenient and relaxing - The restaurant and a comfy bed! It was advertised that Breaky was at 6am - at 615am I turned up but closed. I was needing to be on the road early as travelling interstate I ended up buying breakfast in town.
- Ali (8/5): Great location if going to the Brogla theatre - Close to eatery and entertainment

- Maltby (6/5): Room and location great. Staff cold and uncaring. - Staff seemed indifferent. We requested 1pm check-in. Not possible. We requested hat they ring us when the room was ready, as my 92 year old husband needed a nap. Did not hear from them. At 1.45pm I rang the motel and yes the room was ready but no, they could not be bothered to let us know. They did know we were visiting a terminally ill relative. We could not have dinner at the restaurant, even though iwe were back at the motel before 7pm, nor could we have room service..
- Mervyn (10/5): Best motel that we have been to in past 5 years. - Everything Nothing
- Geri O' Sullivan (9/5): Very central with well stocked fridge - Great supply of extras in the room and fridge Bed was not that comfortable

- DEBBIE (10/5): - The motel was very clean & well appointed with everything that you could need.
- Donna (7/5): Not a good nights sleep - Pool was great. Shower pressure was good. Uncomfortable bed. Didnt sleep a wink.
- Ken (9/5): I went there to visit family so wasn’t at the motel much - Location I’d rather not say
- Katie (10/5): -
- Vijayaletchumi (9/5): - Breakfast was far too expensive . I hardly saw anyone coming.
Poor in utensils and items in kitchen would be nice.
Simple things like salt and pepper and milk were missing. Please have simple staples like salt, pepper and milk. How do we make coffee, tea etc provided if there is no fresh milk.
Adding even a pan would be good.
- Vivienne (7/5): Convenient and clean place to stay. - We didnt end up having breakfast there but had a take away coffee which was good. The restaurant was great and so was the service. The location of the property was convenient too. The kettle didnt look very clean, so we didnt use it. The water pressure in the shower wasnt great. But it was still a nice place to stay. We would come back.
- Clayton (4/5): Very disappointing behaviour and unprofessional conduct from Shane - I called Shane to advise that the aircon was leaking and asked if I could switch rooms if there was any availability. Before I could finish my sentence he told me he is fully booked. The conversation went back and forth and while I understood that he was fully booked, his conduct and professionalism leaves alot to be desired. Due to this I'll ensure I don't stay at Mcnevins again.
- Ronald (8/5): -
- Joyce (8/5): -
- AMANDA (10/5): -
- Kirsten (8/5): Clean and easy to get to! Thank you! - Easy to find and parking was great. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short, overnight stay The tap in the bathroom was hard to turn on and it was leaking slightly from the bottom
- Debra (10/5): Very enjoyable - The breakfasts were lovely and easily accessible Just getting to the motel no fault of the motel just the railway
- Pascal (9/5): - Central location in Maryborough. Breakfast & Dinner onsite
- Clyde (10/5): Very comfortable - My colleague and I were not expecting such a comfortable cafe experience, the food and coffee were exceptional and the staff polite and friendly.
We will definitely stay with you when visiting Maryborough again, Clyde Watts, Managing Director Beech Mountain Distillery.

- Kasey (8/5): -
- Trudy (7/5): Suitable and clean - Suitable for sporting event
- Gambanga (8/5): - Staff great, location awesome. We couldn't get a reservation for dinner. Spots seem to fill up quite quickly even way before dinner. Best to make reservation when you make booking for the stay.
- MARTIN (10/5): -
- Krissa (10/5): - The caretakers of the property are wonderful and very understanding.
- Veronica (9/5): -
- DP1 (7/5): A good place to stay but not close enough to food and other amenities to be really suitable - nice room, covered car park --
- Chris (7/5): - Good place for a short stay.
- Kellie (8/5): Clean, spacious, convenient. - Clean and spacious The neighbours were having a noisy pool party. Not the motel's fault. Just bad luck.
- Loretta (8/5): -
- NICOLE (8/5): -
- Christian (8/5): -
- Christeen (1/5): Don’t stay here the owners are rude and discriminating - We booked a family room and upon arrival was informed that because we have an assistance dog that supports my son’s disability, we could not have a room with carpet in it. We were offered a smaller dingy room that had linoleum on the floor, when we tried to explain that the room was not suitable as our son could slip on the floor and that an assistance animal is trained not to cause any damage (he said it might wee on the floor) and that he would not even know that he was in the motel, and that we should not be treated any different he would not have it. We asked for our money back as we would go to another motel that would not discriminate against my son, he refused to give our money back saying we had to get it back through booking.com. We messaged booking.com who contacted the owner, the owner refused to give us our money back saying he did nothing wrong.
ALL I CAN SAY IS AVOID THIS MOTEL SS THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES TO SAY IN ROCKHAMPTON We booked a family room and upon arrival was informed that because we have an assistance dog that supports my son’s disability, we could not have a room with carpet in it. - francis (8/5): Nice place to stay. - We had breakfast at the cafe and it was excellent, pricing was about normal for this time of year. Water pressure in the room was non existent, not sure if it was just that room or others. Advised the reception and they said they would look into it.

- Annette (10/5): - Amazing Staff, service with a smile, very welcoming amd very helpful.
Great location Nothing
- McKenzie (9/5): -
- Diane (9/5): Great stopover motel in Maryborough - Ease of access with a vehicle. Unit clean, tidy, all facilities you need for an overnight stay. Shower needed replacing. We would prefer a separate sink for washing dishes, cups etc from bathroom sink.
- Jacinta (10/5): -
- Pam (7/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): Great value for money with big rooms and very comfy beds. Easy to find and good parking. Definitely recommend for long o - Room very spacious and well appointed. Central to town. Parking space very ample.
- terry (5/5): Comfortable - Restaurant upstairs was excellent. Cafe for breakfast was a shocker
- Jason (10/5): -
- michael j (9/5): -
- Anna (6/5): - Dated. Not worth the money paid. Our unit backed onto noisy neighbours who paid loud music into the late night. Avoid the left hand side units.
- Judy (5/5): Reasonable. - The rooms were very well set up and very clean. The fridge and bathroom were well stocked. Quiet guests (for this stay - have had real problems here in the past). The breakfast was fabulous. There are blackout curtains on the window facing the carpark but none on a window on the opposite wall so the outside light shines through and it is difficult to sleep. The water in the basin runs warm - it seemed impossible to get cold water from the tap for a glass of water. A bedside lamp on both sides of the bed would be good.
- deanne (9/5): -
- Kathryn (7/5): Staff were friendly and the room was clean - The onsite cafe. Made an early breakfast easy. No PowerPoints beside the beds
- Mark (8/5): -
- David (9/5): -
- Steven (9/5): Excellent staff and amenities -
- Stephanie (7/5): -
- Allison (4/5): Worst nights sleep in a long time - Compared to the room I stayed in last time this was horrendous Smelled of cigarettes, evidence of dirty chairs, leak to ceiling, and horrendous pillows n mattress
- Greg (10/5): -
- Desleigh (8/5): - Mostly everything Bathroom needs an upgrade. Hot water tap makes a nasty noise when first used (over vanity)
Road to back rooms needs repair
- kalinda (7/5): -

- Lynette (9/5): Great - All good
