- SANDRA (10/5): - Alloggio in posizione ottima, vicino a Fontana di Trevi e Spagna. Da Termini facilmente raggiungibile con la metro e una breve passeggiata. Alloggio pulito, funzionale.

- Leonid (8/5): Perfect location of a decent apartment - Location was absolutely perfect - in the middle of everything. Really easy and short to get to any of the Rome's central sights. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is decent. Master bed is comfy. The kitchen wasn't very useful for cooking as the air absorber didn't have an exhaust pipe. All of the smoke was just whirled inside the kitchen triggering the fire alarm. The two extra beds seem a bit fragile when not used as beds, but as sofas for sitting. There is a small space infront of the door where the residents of the other apartments go for a smoke which eventually went inside the apartment.

- Fernandez (10/5): Perfecta ubicación - Ubicación muy céntrica, nada ruidoso ideal para conocer la ciudad andando , se puede ir andando al Vaticano, Trastévere, muy cerca de zona comercial y Plaza España. Muy buena predisposición para quedar antes de la hora para darnos el apartamento. Camas supletorias algo incómodas, para niños valen..no tanto para adultos.

- Braho (10/5): Torneremo sicuramente a Roma e la nostra scelta sarà Torreta Flat. - La posizione è perfetta. È possibile raggiungere facilmente tutte le attrazioni. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo avuto un ottimo rapporto con lo staff e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

- James (9/5): Not luxury but good for sleep - We like this property. It is clean, cozy, quiet and simple flat to stay. It’s not luxury but serves its purpose- for sleep. There are 2 heaters and basic kitchen appliances. The host was nice and recommended some restaurants to us. The people downstairs have to pass by the bed upstairs in order to go to restroom. It’s a little inconvenient.

- C.traxler (5/5): Passable - Fantastic location, good communication and good check-in experience We were there with 2 kids (9 and 14years) and it turned out to be a bit too small for us. (E.g. not enough space around the table.) There were very noisy construction works (in the same building). Part of the kitchen equipment was quite dirty. No bed-light next to main bed (1st floor). Beds at the ground floor (for kids) were hard and uncomfortable.

The apartment had one bed and the setting area had pull up beds, one of which was very uncomfortable. The place is too small to accommodate four people. The place is good for a couple, not four, and the host should have mentioned that. It was discovered that shampoo and soap had gone missing. I contacted the associate, but they weren't delivered despite the promise.

The check-in process was not great, there was no soap for the shower, paper towels or dish towels when we arrived. There were no printed instructions for the apartment. Communication from the team was poor.
- Castro (7/5): Good - Nice place, good location There wasn’t toilet paper and any soap in the bathroom, no paper towel in the kitchen and no coffee for the coffee machine. If we needed to use the microwave we had to unplug the refrigerator because there was only one outlet for both appliance. There was no washer and dryer neither.

- Dana (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, right in the centre of Rome! The flat itself is very clean, comfortable and hosts were always in contact and assisted with issues. Most flats do not ask for extra fee for late check-in as Torretta Flat, but we were informed of it before arrival, therefore were ready to pay.
