• Robert (10/5): Peaceful Refuge within easy walking distance of all amenities - Perfect balance of central convenience to Costa Teguise with peaceful surroundings tucked away in a small gated complex of apartments. The property has its own secluded rear garden ideal for sunbathing and a quiet smaller front garden with a mature planting offering privacy from neighbours. The apartment is within a 10 to 15 minute casual stroll of Playa del Jablillo and Playa de Las Cucharas. Having supermarkets shops restaurants bars and a taxi rank all nearby. We only stayed one week but everything was on our doorstep so we didn't feel the need to use or hire a car. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was well equipped and very clean and our neighbours were very quiet it seems with a mix of residents and holiday homes. Unfortunately during our stay we encountered storm Theresa so the weather was poor but we couldn't fault the property. Ana the owner of the property communicated with us very well and checked in on us by whattsapp to make sure we were OK and didn't have any problems. Myself and my wife would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others. The delays in Lanzarote airport with large crowds and insufficient space with people lying and sitting on the floor long queues and passport control technology malfunctioning wasn't good but that has nothing you do with the property but has put us off returning any time soon

• Geraint (10/5): Brilliant stay - The best property we've rented in Costa Teguise. The beds are comfortable, the outside space offers sunshine all day long and the owner is very kind and very responsive. Nothing.
• Jonathan (10/5): Perfect home in Costa Teguise - Perfect location in the town - close to amenities but lovely and quiet. Spacious, super clean, very comfy beds, lovely secluded garden, attentive host, always plenty of hot water, little extras that make it feel like a home not a holiday let - like a first aid kit, toiletries in the bathroom, extra bin bags, chairs to use on the beach etc. Our 2nd visit here and have already booked for next year! Nothing to dislike!
• Jane (2/5): Not a good stay this time - Nice property clean and every thing you need We were met at the property and the owners saw me smoking and said don't do that in side, we had stayed before and would never smoke inside, I felt like I was doing something wrong and I was not. I even checked beforehand with a previous booking and established that it is okay to smoke OUTSIDE which is what happened. Before we even reached the property gate the man had a bad attitude and made us feel uncomfortable. 1. The property was damp and cold. There were dehumidifiers in every cupboard. The damp was so bad that when it rained the tiles fell off the wall in the bathroom. The owners were quick to repair this but we had to leave the property and while repairs were done and my daughter felt unwell. I have fibromyalgia and severe arthritis which made this holiday unbearable health wise. We did NOT have a choice when it came to leaving as the builder came to repair and look at the property twice. There were smashed tiles, shards and a bare concrete wall, luckily nobody was hurt. Plus, the bedsheets even felt damp and we had to air them out before sleeping. We had to share 1 bedroom due to one due to ONE small heater. 2. No running hot water in the second bathroom. Due to the repairs we could not use the first shower so we enquired about the hot water and the landlord claimed it was working when it was not. 3. The skylight also leaked during heavy rain. My daughter nearly slipped up and the landlord said that that the house keeper said that the skylight is fine. 4. There was not an arrangement for the repair to be done at the departure day as the landlord flew from Tenerife and was more concerned about the next guests seeing the damage. Plus it could not be left like that as there was nearly nothing but bare concrete. Finally, if there was not mistake or responsibility on the landlords end, why offer a meal out/chocolates and a discount for another booking? This does not seem very honest to me and screams that they know that they are liable.
• John (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Location, space and the best facilities we have experienced. We encountered a small problem on arrival but it was dealt with immediately and communication with the owner was very smooth Nothing.
• Michel (10/5): - La maison est très grande et bien entretenue. 2 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bains. 2 terrasses. Tous les produits pour la cuisine et la toilette sont fournis. On a aussi quelques petites attentions à manger le jour de l'arrivée. Ana et son mari sont charmants et aux petits soins à tout moment si nécessaire car ils n'habitent à 10 minutes. Nous avons eu deux petits soucis à régler. Ils sont intervenus immédiatement à chaque fois. La localisation est parfaite. Quartier très calme mais les zones d'animations, de restaurants et de commerces sont à 200 mètres. Merci Ana ! Rien à signaler..

• John (10/5): Exceptional - This is an excellent home to stay in, absolutely everything provided you could possibly need. Ana, the owner, even gave us some groceries when we arrived. Its location is perfect for a very short walk to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the seashore. With 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine. Beautiful garden areas front and back gave even more seating. Very spacious for the 2 of us, but it would easily accommodate 2 couples or a family in a quiet residential area in the town centre. So much better than a room in a huge hotel! Nothing

• Jonathan (10/5): Perfect. Completely relaxing. The host has gone out of her way to make this a welcoming space. - Location perfect - close to amenities and beaches but lovely and quiet too. Spacious. Sitting area at front was made private with the beautiful planting. Garden at the rear was secluded and the walls kept out most of the ever present Lanzarote winds. Excellent facilities throughout the house. Felt more like a home than a holiday house. Nothing at all to dislike. We were there for a month and it felt like home.
