- Lysandros (9/5): Very enjoyable, we all had a great time. - The property was very nice, clean and spacious in a good location. All was good.
- Josh (10/5): - Fantastic place . Well equipped , warm and comfortable in a good position to get to the beaches , Padstow etc. Loved it 😀

- lianne (10/5): A wonderful, spacious holiday home in a fantastic location with brilliant hosts! - The hosts were really helpful and friendly. The house is wonderful, clean, well presented and really spacious, with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday. A great location, close to some beautiful beaches, some shops and food takeaways and pubs, and for travelling to other parts of Cornwall. Would absolutely stay again!
- Elvira (10/5): Fantastic! - The place was fantastic, very well cared for and very well equipped. We're only sorry we couldn't stay longer. It was easy to get to places. We had a really great time and our host was available for any issues that might arise, but none did. We had always avoided caravan parks, but we were very impressed. The access to the park, by car, was very good. We definitely recommend Helen's place and we hope to come again. We had lovely walks close by, in Porthcothan and Constantine Bay. We visited Tintagel, of course and we had a lovely breakfast in Padstow at the Cherry Blossom. The roads are narrow, so one needs to be careful. It's not very private, as expected in a caravan park, but there were curtains all around and we had absolutely no issues. Also, just for information, you do need a car to stay here, there's no transport.
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Nicholas (10/5): Home from home , but being away couldn’t fault the home - Home from home Wasn’t
- Timothy (9/5): Loved our stay, a very pleasant break. - The location was good and easy to find. The property was very well equipped. We needed for nothing. The host had left some lovely little touches e.g milk in the fridge and biscuits. It was like a home from home stay. Would definitely like to return.😊 The lack of recycling options.
- Sharon (10/5): A delightful property, spacious, very comfortable and homely. A nice garden for sitting out -
- Chloe (10/5): Lovely holiday home, very close to Padstow and great value for money. - Spacious, tidy and an ideal location. Comfortably hosted a group of 5 and it’s clear that Helen is an efficient and thoughtful host!
- Simon (8/5): Great value for money - Great location, spotlessly clean and spacious No linen provided
- Karen (10/5): Excellent accommodation and a great base to explore the area - Exceedingly neat with everything you need provided. It’s clear that Helen is a thoughtful host as the property has all the comforts of home with lots of lovely touches like plenty of space to store things. Nothing! It was perfect for our family of 5
- Sionagh (10/5): Exceptional - Property was just like a Home from home, lovely and spacious
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious, clean and very well equipped.
The venue bar and shop are handy to have on site. Could have done with more pillows.
Also more parking would have been beneficial.
- Alex (10/5): Perfect - Fantastic little holiday property - spotlessly clean and well equipped, very peaceful and relaxing and a short drive from amazing beaches and Padstow itself ! Absolutely faultless
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Very nicely presented, clean and tidy. Large enough to cater for a family of 6 adults adequately. Ensuite bathroom was a bonus, if a little small. Pleasant location on a site with other similar properties.
Everything was as described, no surprises.
- Steve (9/5): Lovely clean, bright property. Very helpful, flexible host...a great base for this wonderful area. - Locaation is near some wonderful Cornish beaches and Padstow....one of our favourite areas in the world!
- Richard (9/5): Very enjoyable. - The overall facilities, comfort and cleanliness. There was heating (plug in fire plus heating system) and the TV was huge and had all catch-up services and Netflix. Good big kitchen, with stovetop and oven. Beds were very comfortable. The fact that we were told we needed to bring our own towels, sheets, duvet cover etc only AFTER we had paid the non-refundable fee! There was no oven-glove…a big problem if you use the oven! No suitable alternative was provided. Otherwise the kitchen seemed fairly well equipped.
