• Edwin (10/5): Hermoso y cómodo lugar en Rovaniemi - El apartamento y la comodidad. Buena ubicación. No sé como es la cultura en Finlandia pero no me gustó que el baño no tenga división, cuando te bañas se sale todo el agua.

• dG (8/5): Net appartement met voldoende ruimte. - Vlakbij de ingang. En tich niet alle voorbijgangers horen. Heel fijn. De schimmel in de badkamer. En dat er geen keukenhanddoeken en theedoeken waren. Een extra gewone handdoek was ook fijn. De gordijnen zijn niet breed genoeg voor de ramen. Beetje meer uitzicht was ook fijn geweest. 1 koekenpan is te weinig als je met meerdere in de woning verblijft. Jammer dat er vanuit was gegaan dat als je met 2 een 4 persoonsapp boekt dat er maar 1 slaapkamer klaar is gemaakt.

• Anna (8/5): - The size and space was wonderful to have. Close to central train/bus station. Grocery store nearby. Helpful host especially when we noted only one bed had been made for the two-person reservation. Easy checking and checkout. The only thing that will prevent me from staying again is the late check-in with no exceptions, even if the room is ready and we were leaving by 4am our final day. Things that would not prevent me from staying again but I wish had been different… i did wish there had been a bigger trash can and there was a (maybe) fishy? smell in the kitchen. Also wished for softer pillows.

• Z_Francesco (9/5): Viaggio in Finlandia? - Appartamento situato in condominio com parcheggio dedicato. Poco distante dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Tutte le comodità necessarie per il soggiorno erano soddisfacenti. Letti comodi ( purtroppo con cuscini alla finlandese: più piccoli di quelli italiani). Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei.
• Van (10/5): Very comfortable stay with all needs met! - Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable, with sauna. The bed was very comfortable. Good, central location. We had lost our phone and fortunately could access the apartment’s WiFi from outside, using our tablet, to utilize the smart lock. Couldn’t reach owner thru regular email and we didn’t have WhatsApp to communicate, but ultimately got into the apartment.

• Juulia (9/5): Tulisin uudelleen! - Tilava ja hyvällä sijainnilla oleva majoitus. Huoneisto oli siisti ja kaksi vessaa laittautumista varten oli meidän seurueelle iso plussa. Lisäksi eteisestä löytyi isot peilikaapit. Sisään pääsyn kanssa oli saapuessa ongelmaa. Lisäksi olisimme kokeneet helpommaksi jos meillä olisi ollut kahdet avaimet oven puhelinavauksen lisäksi.

• Arron (10/5): Amazing! - Brilliant communication throughout, the apartment was spotless, had everything you could possibly need and an amazing sauna. Liked everything about it.
• Even (9/5): Fantastic apartment in its own right. Amazing value. - Large apartment with free WiFi, sauna, large modern TV, washing machine ++ generally high standard with refurbished and modern looks. I especially enjoyed the hosts sleek, practical and easy to use homepage where you can request upgrades such as coffee pods for the coffee machine, request late check out or extending your stay. The homepage also has relevant and practical guides for using the washing machine, sauna etc. The check in and check out steps are very detailed and descriptive, leaving no question about what to do. The location is ideal, with both kiosk and supermarket just a 2 minute walk away. If ordering food, delivery times are super fast from all local restaurants. The kitchen is well suited for making your own dinner too. I requested an extended stay twice, both times after midnight, which both times were accepted in the early hours the morning after. The hosts seem very professional and responsive. All in all, I am thrilled with my stay here, with only one minor gripe which is why I give 9 instead of 10. If you dont care about the minor gripe, consider this a 10. There is a 100€ deposit charge which wasn't made clear to me at the time of booking through booking.com. As a matter of principle, I dont like having to fork out 100€ after already having committed to the booking - especially when I did not even know this request would be made. Of course I will get it back, but if someone doesn't have the funds available, or would struggle if they had to give up those funds for up to 14 days, this could be a disaster. Im sure the hosts through their own experience has learned that this deposit is necessary, but in general I dont agree with this practice as it puts me as the guest at a disadvantage in the case of a illegitamate claim from the hosts. Either way, weighing the pros and cons, this is a minor gripe that doesn't detract in any significant way from my overall sublime experience staying here.

• Val (10/5): Fantastic stay in a great location. - Location was great, KMart around the corner for food shopping and the city centre was a 10min stroll away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a sauna and large walk in shower room with a toilet and a separate toilet also. We had plenty of towels and linen provided. We were a group of 8 (4a & 4c) and we had lots of room for our 4 night stay. It was very warm in the apartment, so I would suggest to bring light pj's for bed. The washing machine was very handy also and we used it a few times. Coffee pods, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, salt, sugar etc are all provided, along with shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand soap and washing powder. We would all highly rate this ground floor apartment. There is nothing we didn't like about it!
