• Francesco (10/5): - Soggiorno molto tranquillo senza segnalare nulla in particolare. Balconi molto grandi e belli, zona tranquilla! È stato un bel soggiorno
• Steffen (5/5): Angenehm, aber nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend. - Das Personla war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Appartmentbeschreibung ist eine Waschmaschine aufgeführt, das ist aber leider nicht der Fall, das finde ich sehr unglücklich. Ebenso ist die Größe der Wohnung völlig falsch angegeben, bei den 120qm werden die beiden zweifelslos grossen Balkone eingerechnet, die Wohnung ist aber nicht einmal halb so groß wie die angegebene Größe.
• Tommaso (10/5): Great place to spend with family - Nice place, close to the station. Detached house with large terrace and barbeque for family barbecues The station closes at midnight. I had to take the bus. It's a shame because the metro is very convenient and takes you right to your doorstep
• Paolo (10/5): Peaceful and romantic - The place is quiet in the evening, not a leaf moves and in the morning it is sweet to wake up to the sound of the birds. You can breathe good air given the proximity to the sea and you stay cool even on hot days. A few steps away there is the subway which takes you to the center of Rome in 20 minutes. No welcome kit was there to welcome
• Michael (1/5): - Das Wirtshaus im Spessart a la italia. Beim check in (21:15 h ) wurde eine vorher nicht genannte Kaution 300€ in bar gefordert, nächster ATM 2,1 km fußläufig. Diese steht also noch heute (26.05.24) aus, eine Abnahme der Ferienwohnung erfolgte nicht / kein check out. • Nikolaus (1/5): Leider nie wieder. Schönes Appartement aber verdeckte Zusatzkosten und schlechtes Geschäftsgebaren - Angesichts der Abwicklung nichts. In view of the processing, nothing. Schönes Appartement, aber nicht zu empfehlen. Vor Ort wird eine zusätzliche Reinigungspauschale von 100 (!) Euro verlangt. Tatsächlich wird sie im Abschnitt 'Giulia erwartet Sie' erwähnt, aber nicht im eigentlichen Angebot oder in der Auftragsbestätigung. Laut Giulia machen sie es so, um Provisionszahlungen an Booking zu vermeiden. Die Kaution musste ich über stripe.com zahlen und bekam dafür keine Bestätigung, erst über den Kontoauszug. 10 Tage nach Abreise, ich hatte nach der Kautionsrückzahlung gefragt, wurdefür einen Fleck an der Tagesdecke (siehe Foto, das mir geschickt wurde) Schadensersatz von 50 Euro gefordert. Ich solle die Schadensanerkenntnis unterschreiben, dann würde der Restbetrag erstattet. Meinen Hinweis, dass ein Fleck wohl durch die Reinigungspauschale gedeckt sei, beantwortete man mit Hinweis auf einen zuvor nicht genannten eingerissenen Kissenbezug, der definitiv bei Anreise schon existierte. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann von diesem Anbieter nur dringend abraten. Danke an Booking für die Unterstützung! Nice apartment, but not recommended. An additional cleaning fee of 100 (!) euros is charged on site. It is actually mentioned in the 'Giulia is expecting you' section, but not in the actual offer or order confirmation. According to Giulia, they do it this way to avoid commission payments to Booking. I had to pay the deposit via stripe.com and got no confirmation of this, only via the bank statement. 10 days after my departure, I had asked for the deposit to be refunded and they demanded compensation of 50 euros for a stain on the bedspread (see photo sent to me). I was told to sign the damage acknowledgement, then the remaining amount would be refunded. My suggestion that a stain was probably covered by the cleaning fee was answered by referring to a previously unmentioned torn pillowcase, which definitely already existed on arrival. I am very disappointed and can only strongly advise against this provider.

• Ambra (8/5): - L’appartamento è davvero carino, dispone di tutti i comfort, l’arredamento è fine e moderno, molto curato e carino. I proprietari hanno lasciato a disposizione un po’ di caffè per la moka, dell’olio del sale e anche un po’ di detersivo per i piatti e per le mani, mossa veramente apprezzatissima! La posizione era un po’ defilata e la strada per arrivarci un po’ stretta ma niente di che.
• maria giovanna (1/5): Posizione del tutto periferica, stazione del treno a kilometri di distanza - Sconsiglio altamente questa struttura. Non fare affidamento sul prezzo proposto su Booking, perché all’arrivo oltre alla tassa di soggiorno (che su Booking risulta inclusa nel prezzo) viene richiesta una ulteriore somma anche piuttosto salata per la pulizia della casa (cosa assurda!). È chiaro che la casa va consegnata pulita e alla partenza venga nuovamente pulita, ma che tale costo venga addebitato all’ospite è una follia! Sin dall’arrivo viene chiesto di limitare al massimo l’uso dell’acqua calda, precisamente viene chiesto all’ospite di fare docce brevi e si avverte del fatto che i condizionatori si attivano automaticamente solo nelle ore notturne. Per chi come me ha soggiornato nel mese di gennaio direi che non è la soluzione migliore. Ma l’aspetto che mi ha lasciato maggiormente delusa deriva dal fatto che a fronte di una cauzione di 300 euro lasciata all’arrivo dopo la partenza i gestori della struttura hanno trattenuto parte della stessa ritenendo che io avessi danneggiato un lumino (il quale si trovava in quello stato già al mio arrivo), oltre un presunto graffio sul piano cottura. Direi che questa è stata una vera presa in giro finalizzata a trattenere parte della cauzione essendo certa di non aver arrecato alcun danno e di aver lasciato la casa in ordine come mi è stata consegnata. Ultimo aspetto: gli ospiti vengono controllati attraverso un impianto di videosorveglianza!!!! Essendo fumatrice ero stata invitata a fumare fuori dalla casa, cosa che ho fatto quasi tutte le volte, tranne quelle poche in cui essendoci 3 gradi fuori ho fumato qualche sigaretta affacciata alla finestra! A fronte di questo mi è stato riferito che tale comportamento era stato filmato e che addirittura avrei dovuto ringraziarli per il fatto che non mi stessero sanzionando. Una sola parola: SCONSIGLIATO! Per chiunque si rechi nella struttura consiglio di far notare qualunque difetto possibile, perché altrimenti vi viene addebitato è trattenuto dalla cauzione.

• Tany (10/5): Relax, comfort and the true rome, the hidden one - The place is a bit far from the center if you want to go on foot, with the means about 15 minutes if they arrive on time. The most super thing is the quiet place, no noise, you live in full peace. Every now and then you could hear the Roman folcroristics speaking aloud, very suggestive, typical of the place. Beautiful also the proximity to the sea where you can breathe the air on the terrace of the structure and beautiful walks to the pine forest, reachable 10 minutes by bike. The distance from the center but something you have to give up, or be in the center and live in total chaos or prefer to be close by means of transport but in tranquility
• Ida (10/5): Un posto dove stare il relax vicino al centro di roma - Availability by the manager, for every need and very considerate. The accommodation was clean and tidy, available all the essentials. Minimal furniture, but functional with large drawers and wardrobe to store clothes. The place very quiet, I love the places in the countryside but at the same time a short walk from the city center. Shuttle service available for scheduled travel. Poorly maintained garden.

In a quiet location away from the chaos of the city and with all the comforts available. Nothing, it was beyond my expectations given the low price compared to other facilities

• GEORGIOS (7/5): It's pretty overpriced but nevertheless a nice apartment. - The apartment was nice, clean, although there was a bad smell probably from the drainage, not sure. The advertised size of 100+ sqm must include the balconies (pretty big ones). The location is pretty quiet and nice. The size of the bathroom is pretty small, and the shower curtain isn't right, as a result the water from when you take a shower is all over the floor. Other than that, it was ok.
• Zbigniew (10/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno w przyszłości skorzystamy ponownie. - Dom w centrum miejscowości Vitinia dokładnie w połowie trasy Rzym-Ostia,co dzięki bardzo dobrej komunikacji(metro,autobusy miejskie) pozwala w szybki sposób dotrzeć do tych miejsc.Apartament w pełni wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty.Cicha i spokojna okolica, w bliskiej odległości sklepy i restauracje.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.Bardzo konkurencyjne ceny wynajmu.Pobyt w apartamencie na wysokim poziomie. Minusów pobytu brak.
