- Melissa (8/5): Had a great time. - The host Carlos was great. Very welcoming. The apartment was lovely and in a great location. Close to things but far enough away to be quiet. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had a decent amount of things to be comfortable. The only negative.... was the bathroom tile floors need a good cleaning. The bathroom itself (toilet, counter) was clean but the floors needed a deep clean. The rest of the apartment was clean and tidy.

- Colin (8/5): All in all, it was a lovely place to stay and a great base for seeing Valencia. - The location was excellent, with all sorts of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and the main shopping district within easy walking distance. The apartment overlooked a small square with a playground and restaurant, which gave the area a friendly, lived-in atmosphere. The main living area was bright and spacious, with a large table big enough for six, and the kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. It was also in a great position for getting around Valencia — close to the Jardín del Turia, with tree-lined pedestrian walkways leading from just outside the apartment towards Gulliver, and with easy access to the old town, the City of Arts and Sciences, and the beach. The hosts were excellent: very friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. They provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, and they also helped organise airport transfers, which we really appreciated. Overall, a good stay. The only downside was an unpleasant sewage smell at night in one of the rear inner rooms, possibly due to the back windows facing a narrow internal service area. The rooms on the other side of the apartment were perfectly fine. Hopefully this can be addressed, as otherwise the apartment was excellent.

We also liked that it was not in the main building, as we returned back to the unit pretty late both nights stayed up chatting, but we were quiet. The unit was very clean, comfortable and had most of what we needed. The hot water in the bathroom lasted well with multiple people taking showers. The kitchen could have been better equip with potholders, dish towel, large cutting board, and a flat cookie sheet big enough for a store bought pizza. Also please include add instructions on how to use the microwave/oven combo to the master instruction sheet or create separate instructions for this and place them somewhere in the kitchen area. The water pressure was weak in the shower of the bathroom closest to the kitchen. Please look into why.

The rooftop terrace was not available to use. That was disappointing. Everything else was delightful!

Es una zona tranquila, por lo que debe abstenerse de fiestas. Agradecemos mucho la atención y facilidades. Mejoraría los sofá camas, ya que en nuestro caso se usaron y no eran muy cómodos.

We chose the ground-floor apartment, which turned out to be perfect for us, as our friend had injured her leg before the trip. Being on the ground floor made access so much easier, especially with luggage and daily outings. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy for us to relax after our days out exploring. The location was also excellent, with everything we needed nearby. A special thank you to Nouren for her warm hospitality and excellent assistance throughout our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to departure. Her support truly made a difference and helped us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Also, about 20 min walk to the cathedral and plaza. Near to some great coffee shops, one block from a grocery store. And th bar outside has a great Mac n cheese!

Spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you'd need for a 4 night city break. We were on the first floor so the fact there is no lift didn't bother us. The building is very secure and we had no worries. Jessi was very helpful and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

- niamh (10/5): Great holiday - Location was great only 10 minute walk to the centre. We also wanted to go cycling and it was organised by Jessi in a near by bike shop . Cycling in Valencia is fantastic as it has cycle lanes everywhere around the city, so it's very easy to get around . Valencia city is beautiful and I would definitely go back to the Goya apartments. The only disadvantage was our apartment was no 7 there were alot of steps up to it and there was no option of a lift , so you might have to ask fir a lower floor apartment if you have difficulty with steps

Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans un lieu sécurisé le jour du départ. Il manque quelques ustensiles pour faire la cuisine (il n’y a que 2 petites poêles) et il faudrait quelques assiettes supplémentaires. Mais c’est un détail

- Ueli (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden - Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr angenehmen Quartier mit vielen Restaurants und guten Cafés für ein feines Morgenessen. Altstadt und Grüngürtel sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Wir sind vom Flughafen mit der Metro ca. 20 Minuten bis zur Station Colon gefahren und von da in etwa 10 Minuten bis zur Unterkunft gelaufen. Jessi hat uns sehr nett begrüsst und im Gruppenchat war jederzeit jemand erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Tips.

- Carsten (9/5): Perfekter Aufenhalt - Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Es ist nur ein Apartment nicht unten im Erdgeschoss zu empfehlen. Dieses hatten wir. Die Ausstattung war extrem gut und sehr neu. 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile. Nachteil: die Mülltonnen stehen gegenüber auf der Straßenseite und die Müllabfuhr kommt mitten in der Nacht; teilweise 2 bis 3 mal. Die Leute gehen direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei. Ich bin nicht geräuschempfindlich; aber an Schlaf war da schwer zu denken. Da wir am Freitag ankamen, war natürlich sehr viel los. Aber auch am Montag war es morgens durch die Straße nicht viel besser. Wir konnten dann netterweise ganz unkompliziert in den 2. Stock ziehen, wo man nichts mehr gehört hat. für uns zu laut im Erdgeschoßapartment. Gegenüber die Mülltonnen, Leute laufen direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei. Es ist zwar gedämmt; aber man hört zuviel von draussen.

- Alison (9/5): Excellent apartment and location - Great location, comfy beds, kitchen facilities, complimentary wine and water which was delicious! Short walk to the old town and there were restaurants and bars nearby too. There was a strong smell of drains in the en-suite on our last day. Could have done with a blanket or something as there was only a thin cover on the bed and as some liked it colder than others at night I was too cold in my bedroom.
