• Kristy (10/5): Fabulous apartment and location - Wonderful experience at Plebiscito! Giancarlo is a fabulous host, and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have the best possible experience. His recommendations for both local restaurants and activities were great. The location was ideal, just one street over from via Toledo, and the property was clean, elegant and welcoming. I would certainly stay there again! Nothing at all!
• Guest (10/5): breve ma intenso - Veramente soddisfatti, la camera era pulita, bella, arredata con amore, i letti comodissimi la posizione poi è davvero invidiabile, dietro direttamente a piazza plebiscito e all'antico caffè Gambrinus da dove partono le importanti vie dello shopping e della Napoli più moderna: via Chiaia e via Toledo, in fianco ai quartieri spagnoli e comodissima a più fermate della metropolitana ( linea 1 e 6 ). Un accenno fondamentale merita il sig. Giancarlo, è stato presente ancora prima che arrivassimo a Napoli con consigli preziosi ed aiuto nei spostamenti, un amico di famiglia, una persona speciale che ha reso il ns. breve soggiorno un soggiorno felice, si è prodigato per risolvere anche un piccolo problema che abbiamo avuto in maniera eccellente, un grazie di cuore, se torno a Napoli io o un mio conoscente cercheremo di sicuro Giancarlo. niente da segnalare, il fatto che la camera sia in un palazzo storico vecchio di 350 anni situato proprio in centro città, non è adatto a chi cerca solo relax ma a persone che vogliono vivere Napoli come la vivono i napoletani.
• Susan (9/5): Would recommend as a good bSe to explore Naples. - Great location and stylish decor. It was also incredibly quiet at night for such a busy city. The host was extremely kind and helpful. It was all good, no complaints.
• Ulla (10/5): A very pleasant stay with my husband - The property was very nice. The owner Giancarlo was there when we arrived. At first we didn’t find the entrance but we called him and he gave us clear instructions on how to find him. He also gave us many tips on how to get to the football game and on restaurants and tourist attractions and even booked us a taxi for the early morning when we left home. He truly made our stay exceptional. The appartment is nice and has a very characteristic style. Kitchen is clean and efficient and it was nice to have some juice and some crackers and water there for us every day. Location near spanish quarter and port is superb, and it’s within a walking distance to centro storico and not that far from central station. All was good. Just remember that the kitchen is shared with the other room and you might meet your neighbour there. No walking around naked :)

• Humphrey-taylor (10/5): Lovely apartment handy to nice restaurants and metro - Apartment 2 was very close to the new no 6 metro line and Plebiscito square. It was spacious. The host was a true gentleman. The sheets need to fit the bed better and there needs to be a little mobile step stool that can be used by short, older people to step up into the lovely kitchen and bathroom areas.

Checked in several times a day and gave some good recommendations for “authentic” cuisine. Plebiscite is a great location with easy access to transit lines. Don’t miss taking the lift down to the harbor level. There are steps in the apt. Two big steps to get up to the bathtub, one down to the kitchen and another up to the shower. On a noisy street.

• Matthew (10/5): An amazing finish to our tour of Italy! - Giancarlo greeted us at the door and had the room BEAUTIFULLY set up as I had just proposed to my Fiancé! Not only was the special accommodation made, but he shared local places to stop by which were also perfect. The suite itself was amazing! The room was incredibly set up with high end features and was VERY comfortable. The view from the terrace was great since we were so close to the center area. With as much noise happening outside with traffic and a concert, we couldn’t hear a thing! This place is very local to a ton of shopping, restaurants and Mt Echia (the view…). 15 min ride to the airport, which Giancarlo made accommodations for as well. If you have any doubts, just get this room reserved. We would absolutely return! We liked everything!

We accidentally left something important behind and Giancarlo immediately asked the staff to find it. We were able to retrieve it two days later and were very thankful. • Xian (9/5): Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment in a stellar location! - We were originally booked in the double room but my partner unfortunately became unwell on our first night. Giancarlo was amazing and so responsive with our request to upgrade to the Suite room with ensuite bathroom. He assisted in having the room ready within a couple of hours of our request and extremely kind throughout the process. The apartment is in an excellent location and spacious and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

• José (10/5): Superbe séjour de 14 jours à Naples du bonheur et que du bonheur - L’accueil, l’amabilité des personnes qui y travaille, la situation de l’appartement, le confort et l’hygiène mais également Giancarlo qui nous guide et nous conseil et s’investit pour que nous passons un agréable séjour. L’appartement est également très bien équipé, que se soit la literie ( très bonne), la salle de bain et la cuisine équipée, vraiment nous nous sommes très vite sentis à l’aise. Pas grand chose et pour vous dire rien …
• Tracy (10/5): A quiet spot in a very busy city - Giancarlo was waiting for us at the apartment, he was helpful and gave us suggestions of what to see in Naples and places to eat. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable and the aircon was a godsend in the heat. There is a shared kitchen with coffee and tea and also some biscuits etc. A bottle of water per person is also supplied every day which was much appreciated. There is a small balcony which we sat out one evening and watched the world go by. Although there was an issue with the toilet one evening as soon as we contacted Giancarlo he sent someone out. These things happen and it was fixed without hassle and did not make our stay less enjoyable. There are plenty of places to eat in the area and the port is a 10 minute walk away for ferries to Sorrento or further afield. The new Metro less than a 2 minute walk away is an excellent addition although currently only operating in the mornings

• Alison (10/5): Perfect for me! - Everything was perfect. Even the quirky 'The lion, the witch & the wardrobe' situation of the toilet being across the corridor was fine for me. Giancarlo is a wonderful host. So knowledgeable about his city, kind and generous with his time. I didn't want for anything but I'm certain if I did, Giancarlo would've sorted it immediately! I can't recommend PSA enough! That I'd only booked for two nights! I'm planning on returning for Christmas though, with my husband in tow!

The room and facilities were clean and met all of our needs. - We loved the personal care Giancarlo took to get us comfortable and make sure we had everything on day one. He also helped us arrange some activities and recommended some great local meal places. This is not necessarily something that is easily changed, but the place was very quite and void of other people. I know there were other guests there but I never came across anyone.

• Jeremy James (2/5): - la posizione La camera con 'vista città' dava su una viuzza così stretta che si doveva tenere accesa la luce a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Il 'bagno privato' era una doccia messa nell'angolo della stanza (su una pedana creata per contenere tubature, scarico ecc, con il resultato che si doveva - senza nessun punto di appoggio -affrontare un gradino bagnato di 25+ cm ogni volta che si faceva la doccia). Il W.C. era fuori la stanza in fondo al corridoio ('privato', mi è stato detto, perché ero l'unico con una chiave). Dopo due giorni ho chiesto che l'asciugamano fosse cambiato e mi è stato risposto: A Napoli si cambiano ogni tre giorni!!!. In 5 giorni le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate. Da evitare

• Stéphane (10/5): - J'ai passé un très bon séjour à Plebiscito Suite Apartment ! Le lieu est facile d'accès depuis la gare ferroviaire "Napoli Centrale" en prenant un métro. Sa proximité avec la "Piazza del Plebiscito" et la côte de Naples est un vrai atout ! J'ai été accueilli chaleureusement malgré mon arrivée tardive à 23h passé. La chambre que j'ai eue, dans un style "Art Deco" charmant, était grande, très propre et très agréable. Enfin, Giancarlo, le propriétaire, a été quelqu'un de très avenant et attentionné. Les snacks proposés étaient vraiment revigorants dans la chaleur de Naples. Giancarlo a été force de recommandation en restaurants et en lieux à visiter. Il m'a même proposé une villégiature en un voilier ! Je recommande.

The suite is clean, well-kept, and has thoughtful amenities like air conditioning, a balcony for breakfast, and a well-stocked kitchen with drinks, fruit, and a great espresso machine. The location is excellent—just minutes from Piazza del Plebiscito, with shops and a great restaurant nearby.

Grazie 🤗 Aufmerksamer Kundenservice, bspw. jeden Tag frische Wasserflaschen, Jus etc. im Kühlschrank War alles ok.

Bed and pillows very comfortable and the aesthetics of the room were magnificent. If I come back to Naples, ill be coming back here! There is nothing i did not like. The metro nearby line 6 only operates during daylight hours, was not a big issue but worth noting if you intend to use this as your primary line

• Guest (10/5): Fantastica sistemazione a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito - Fantastica sistemazione a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito ma nonostante ciò perfettamente insonorizzata e molto tranquilla di notte. Tutto molto pulito e fornita di tutto il necessario. A inizio giugno iniziava a fare un po' caldo ma l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo e si riesce a dormire senza problemi. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma ci sembrava ben organizzata e c'erano alcune bevande e snack offerti. L'ospite Giancarlo è stato molto gentile e attento alle nostre richieste.

Top La camera veramente incantevole, ti innamori nel momento in cui ci entri, accogliente e arredata con un ottimo gusto. il proprietario è stato super disponibile, ha saputo darci degli ottimi consigli, e nella cucina comune non ci ha fatto mancare il necessario per la colazione: caffe, merendine, marmellate, nutella, e anche acqua e bibite, tutto incluso. Al momento del check in capisci subito quanto ci tiene alla cura del dettaglio e al benessere dell'ospite, non si può chiedere di meglio. Consiglio a tutti vivamente questa struttura, e non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

• Cosmin_1234567 (10/5): Excelent accomodation - The location, very close to the Plebiscito Piazza and at walking distance of all main places from the city center. The host was very kind and helpful with everything I needed and providing information about city. The room was large and there is a common kitchen available.

• Hipkin (10/5): Excellent! - Giancarlo was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The double room was clean and comfortable with beautiful old beams in ceiling. Loved the extra touches including Frida Kahlo image in wardrobe and beautiful decor and colours. (I forgot about the separate bathroom, but I would have gotten used to it.) Wish I could have stayed longer!
• Ana (8/5): - Muy bien ubicado y con balcón a una calle tranquila (algo infrecuente en Nápoles). Giancarlo, el dueño, fue muy amable, nos recibió personalmente y estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades. En la cocina (compartida con otra habitación) había todo lo necesario para el desayuno y más: excelente cafetera con cápsulas de café, leche, galletas, mermelada y Nutella, muffins, fruta, etc. La ducha frente a la cama fue algo incómoda (se salía en agua). Para ir al baño (que está fuera de la habitación) hay que entrar por el armario, algo casi subrrealista...pero muy ad hoc al espíritu napolitano. Compartir la cocina con otra habitación no era lo que esperábamos (el anuncio parece como si fuera un departamento completamente privado y no lo es).

• Jade (10/5): Logement très confortable au cœur du Plebiscito - Notre meilleure chambre durant notre séjour à Naples et Ischia ! Idéalement située à 2 pas de la place Plebiscito. Il y a de nombreuses choses à visiter aux alentours, mais ce n’est pas bruyant pour autant. Le lit était très confortable et l’appartement décoré avec goût (mention spéciale pour les fresques d’époque qui ont été conservées). Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir entrer dans la chambre plus tôt que prévu, Giancarlo est un hôte exceptionnel qui vous donnera de très bons conseils ! Il s’est aussi gentiment occupé de réserver notre taxi pour l’aéroport. Nous réserverons à nouveau ici avec plaisir si nous revenons à Naples Rien, c’était parfait

• NOSSITER (10/5): The Best Host I Have Ever Known ( I am 68) - The lad who runs the business is a real Neopolitan. Full of great advice for the first time traveler. He spent a full hour of his time chatting to me. I I simply haven't the words to describe just how well run this establishment is. The apparment is quirky and clean. A 300 year old place built during the Spanish occupation in the 1700s. So if you want a straight hotel go to a Premier Inn instead. The location is right in the middle of it all.The Spangoli Quarter just a few hundred yards away. A couple of square miles of labyrinthine streets. Full of fizz and life The Metro is handy. A Palace and a 300 year old theatre only 400 yards away. I don't usually take the time to do reviews. But, the experience was so positive and the host , so kind and gracious. I felt compelled Nothing..
