- Thomas (5/5): - Der check out Prozess mit der Rückgabe der Kaution war nervend. Obwohl alles sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen wurde und die Besitzer zur Übergabe im Haus waren, sollte die Kaution erst nach der Endreinigung in 2-3 Std zurückgegeben werden. Nur nach heftigem insistieren unsererseits erhielten wir die Kaution zurück. Das war nervig und trübt den Eindruck des Objekts und der Leistung. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein SZ nicht bewohnbar wäre, da die dachbodentreppe nicht arretierbar wäre. Erst nach unseren Tipps konnte die Treppe provisorisch repariert werden. Was für eine Kommunikation? Wir haben 3 SZ gebucht und man wollte uns nur 2 SZ geben. Alles in allem war dies die bisher schlechteste Erfahrung, die wir bei Buchungen über Ihr Portal erlebt haben. Bei AirB&B ist man so ein Verhalten des Vermieters leider fast schon gewöhnt aber bei Ihnen … .
