Hubiera estado bien disponer de mando para abrir puerta corredera para llevar la carga,de equipaje o compras. desde la entrada hasta cercanía a vivienda vacacional. falta de enchufes, lámparas en mesilla de no encendían , cajón en mal estado, mandos sin pilas o mal colocada Barandilla para subir las escaleras, mal sujeta. Palmera muy alta que con el viento cualquier dia provoca un accidente. Todas las hamacas de la piscina, rajadas ,y quien la usa, no se molesta en limpiar para dejarla como la ha encontrado y la puedan utilizar otros.....

• Torsten (9/5): Sowohl die Lage als auch das Apartment sind absolut perfekt. - Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt. Auf dem Balkon hat man fast den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein. Beide Pools werden fast jeden Tag gepflegt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Für zwei Personen ein perfektes Apartment.

• Adrian (8/5): A view that saved my stay. - Lanzahost were exceptional and I can't thank them enough after I was left to find alternative accommodation on arrival having booked and paid for different accommodation way in advance who on arrival decided that they could no longer house me. They even sent a representative out at 11pm on a Saturday night as I wasn't able to see the numbers of the lock box for the keys. Location was great with a lovely view and direct access to the promenade. Comfortable bed and sofa and fire stick was a great thing to have. The balcony is in need of some attention. The chair cushions are left outside so very dirty. A simple storage box outside asking guests to remove and store when not in use would solve this. The white floor tiles means it just looks dirty all the time. The kitchenette is also in need of an upgrade and is made in mind of people who are 6 foot plus in height and a tap that you needed a masters degree get to work how you wanted. There is no air conditioning. The sunbeds by the two pools are the uncomfortable plastic sort.

• Sharon (7/5): Good - Comfortable bed. Good apartment for a weeks stay. Nice bathroom. Sun on balcony until 5pm. Quite a trek from entrance to apartment. 3 flights of stairs to navigate with suitcases. A midweek towel change would have been good. A week is too long to make towels last with 2 showers a day.

• Svetlana (8/5): Nice enough - -amazing view -comfortable bed -flat had everything we needed -could exit flat grounds directly to promenade -always parking spots outside the complex -quiet -non contact check in/out -cleaning could be better -would have been nice to have coffee maker or coffee machine -bedside lights didn’t work
• Sophie (9/5): A perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the views and location - A lovely quiet location. The apartment was really clean. Views from balcony fantastic. Lovely window that opened all the way in the bedroom. A very light and airy place to stay The only thing which was a bit odd, given the apartment was spotless was on the balcony there was a table and 3 chairs but the 4th one was odd and old and it had a mouldy cushion on it.

• Bernard (10/5): Great location, great facilities in apartment and lovely place to take a holiday - The location was superb and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Facilities were great and the provision of additional towels and linen added to the experience. Apartment was ideal for two people and the area was very quiet which was great. The location was fine and it was a lovely stroll along the boardwalk into the main centre. Kitchen was very well equipped and we were very pleased with the level of cleanliness that we experienced when we arrived. Access and instructions for access first time were clear and simple to follow. Was looking to rebook in February but it was booked out which was a pity. Impressed by Lanzahost who are very impressive, have an office in the main centre and were very professional in helping us source accommodation in Costa Teguise in 2024 There is nothing not to like about the property
• Alexandra (8/5): Lovely property, located on quiet complex. Good location for exploring and a number of restaurants - Very comfortable. Description matched reality. Good location. Good pool. Nice view of the sea and pool. Quiet complex. No air conditioning. Bike storage didn’t appear particularly secure as was outside and open. Mention even more clearly that key safe is outside the property complex not the apartment itself! We met the lady from the flat below.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Really lovely stay in a quiet and more residential area — perfect to escape the noise and business of the centre! The pool area is great and views from the balcony are 10/10. Would definitely stay again :)
• Louise (8/5): Quiet, relaxing holiday. - Modern, clean apartment, had everything we needed, ideal for me and my son. Lovely view. Had not realised that it was a private residential site. It meant there was not a holiday vibe there but it was still really nice.
