- Γιώργος (3/5): -
- Dosada (6/5): Great location, spacious apt. - The location was excellent, beautiful and safe, upscale neighborhood, walking distance to the Acropolis which was the main attraction we were planning to visit. The neighborhood restaurants are very pretty and inviting. The building felt secure, and it was quiet. The instructions about getting our apt key in the lock box could have been a little more detailed. We were lucky we met another guest from same host and she showed us how to retrieve the keys.
- Giovanni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Khat (3/5): Bad! - Location, situated in a very nice part of Athens with many things to do around/close to the metro. Apartment looks much bigger in person, and has simple decor. There are basic amenities like, fridge, TV. Overall, this was not a relaxing stay, and it was more like being in a hostel than an apartment. There is no Wi-Fi (no Wi-Fi during my stay). Later, I found out there was work going on, but the owners did not appear like they wanted to help, instead blaming the Wi-Fi issue on the work going on in the area. I have stayed at better places where they have offered alternatives to any Wi-Fi issues. I was travelling alone for the first time and was without Wi-Fi for the whole duration. Due to the work going on, there were loud drilling noises from early in the morning to late in the afternoon that kept me awake. If the owners knew or found out about this work, I wonder if it would have been better to warn me. There are a few stains on the bedding and wet marks in the bathroom. The bathroom shower head is not fixed to the wall, so you have to use it almost as if it were a garden hose pipe. The balcony faces another building. Linens are provided, but you can tell they have been used various times, similar to the bedding, as there was a hole in the sheet. The flat doesn’t have natural light coming in. Air conditioning makes a sound when you turn it off. The property manager was helpful; when reporting the Wi-Fi issue, they tried to provide support. However, the owners are not being fair or kind. I was directed to the owner's contact details (also communicated via booking.com), and they have now insinuated that the issue with the Wi-Fi was my doing, claiming that things were tempered with. Although, I did have to plug a cable in, as asked to do so by the property manager, I never 'tempered' with cables as this is dangerous. I have never written bad feedback before, but blaming me for something I did not do is not fair. I believe I was calm, understanding, and patient during the situation. If anyone does go on to book the property, it is helpful to know that the owners will not help, will be quick to shift blame, and the stay is somewhat comfortable.
- Ljiljana (8/5): Very good - Good value for money. For us it was primary to be at an excellent location close to metro station towards both port and airport since we eere on our trip to an island. Not much daylight, since it is facing the yard. It did not bother us, we spent most of the time outside and just slept over.
- Avishai (5/5): Passable -
- Ioannis (10/5): Perfect location and best value for money! - It is a large 2 room apartment! Most time one expects small apartments that look big in photos. But this one is quite spacious. Nothing negative I can think of.
- Alp (9/5): It is overall good valur for the money. I really enjoyed my stay. - Great Location. Safest place to stay in athens. Lots of boutique coffee shops, restaurants and bars around the building. 15-20 munites walking to the Monastraki square or 2 stations with subway. Host was answering all the questions immediately. The plastic seat of the toilet was broken. It should be changed. Still usable but hard to open and close. Drain of the sink was problematic, water was flowing very slowly. But, it was again usable.
