• Paul (1/5): I checked in for 4 nights. and I didn’t what I could see but I didn’t want to be rude to the person who checked me plus - Th road it is on has free parking. It has a washing machine. The room. (No TV) The bed. The towels. (Tbf I should of traveled with my own) The bathroom. The smell.
• Goran (1/5): Please do not allow this property to be booked, you are sending people in a disease trap. - There is nothing to like. The house is in a horrible condition. The room was in a very poor condition, there was draft everywhere. The windows are so old and not closing, it feels like you are outside. Heating of the house is so poor down to none, especially in the communal areas like bathrooms and toilets it is turned off. I developed cold while been there. The kitchen is in a such a poor condition, disgustingly dirty with lots of ants, chances are some disease will develop there.

• David (1/5): Cancelled TWO HOURS before my arrival - Poor communication with me doing all the chasing. - N/A My reservation was cancelled just TWO HOURS before my scheduled arrival,. On the day of check-in, I messaged the host to request access details and was told they would be provided once the room was ready. Later, the host contacted me about a “maintenance issue” and asked if I could stay in another area. I explained that I needed to be in the original location for a family event, and other family members were already staying nearby. After several calls and messages, I had to reach out directly to the host, only to be told (an hour before my scheduled arrival) that they could not accommodate me and that I should contact Booking.com. Unfortunately, I was stuck in a queue with Booking.com while urgently trying to find alternative accommodation, which I eventually booked with another provider. I understand that unexpected issues can occur, but the communication and support from both the host and Booking.com were inadequate. I have received a refund, and Booking.com is currently reviewing my receipts for the alternative accommodation. However, in summary, I have only received the refund so far.
• Elizabeth (1/5): It’s a bedsit with bugs - Theoretically the location was ok It is a multiple occupancy bed sit. We entered to the building with a strong smell of weed. There were people’s toothbrushes in the shared bathroom which smelt horrible but the worst thing was the creepy bugs in the bed. I left after 1 hour and found alternate accommodation. I then asked for my money back. I was asked if i had taken a photo of the bugs - funnily enough i had not - and then they logged me as a no-show at the property and i only got £7.50 back. I complained to Booking.com so I could log this review so others would know what they are booking. My daughter took a video of the room which I keep forgetting to ask her for. It looks superficially clean and if you were going to live there then there is a washing machine and fridge in the hallway!

• Iyoha (2/5): Spacious but very unkept - The place was spacious and proximate to busstops and train station and to grocery facilities Very unkept. The reality in the room.is a far cry from the picture. The heater never worked..we had to buy hot water bottles to warm the bed. Quick responses to my messages but no action was taken. Since it's a shared toilet and bathroom, they should engage some to clean the facility regularly.

I had access to all facilities outside of my room fridge, microwave ect My room was clean, bright and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was great. The house is beautiful! And it's well located, quiet but close to all shops and restaurants. Also not far from the station. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

• JeongPyo (10/5): Perfect for your trip - The place was quiet but still close to the train station, so getting around was easy. The host was quick to help whenever something came up, which was really nice.

• Rachel (1/5): Crack House From Hell - Nothing. Amar messaged me on Whatsapp and claimed to be from booking.com. He claimed the listing address had changed and we were being "upgraded". One of our rooms had flickering lights, half drank drinks from the previous occupant, a board sticking out of the base of the bed perfect for stubbing toes on. There was also a closet in there filled with junk and a hole in the wall. Snakes and spiders could have walked right in through the hole. The other room had a direct view into a dining room. That glass door did not lock and the dining room door didn't lock. Anyone from off the street could have walked into our room. There was a low income housing application left in our room. The bathroom was shared between 6 rooms and we were told we had to bring toilet paper and take it back to our rooms for fear of people using it. The washing machine handle was broken. The water filter was broken. The dishes and silverware were put away as clean but were actually dirty. We felt unsafe at the property. There was a woman who seemed to be drunk at 8 a.m. and another woman screamed during the night. There's a broken washing machine in the entry. It was absolutely unsafe and unclean. We stayed there because we arrived late and night and felt we had no other option and we knew we probably wouldn't get our money back. The place is over an hour from London attractions. That wouldn't be too bad if it was nice like the pictures and not the crack house that actually is. Take heed of the negative reviews and Amar's defensive in his responses. I have a lot of pictures and Whatsapp screenshots that I would be happy to share with anyone who is considering staying here.

• Henri (10/5): Good budget place to rest your eyes! - Amar was extremely down to earth and helpful. Fixed early check-in no problem and the place was exactly as expected for couple of budget nights on a short distance to Wimbledon Tennis grounds. Good code locks and Wallington area overally was a really nice place compared to the ugly and outdated London centre. Would recommend all experienced travellers for easy sleep between work and fun!

Quiet environments. Great link to transport for journeys, shopping accessible. Big room, affordable price and complimentary toiletries provided in room for guests, if needed. Nothing to report .

Good for accessing the city, local towns and attractions. - Warm room, comfortable bed, hangers, hooks, cutlery, shampoos, toilet rolls, and towels supplied. The host Amar is very professional and ready to help. Could ask for things to be put in the room, and Amar would be open to asking about it, for example. Would stay there again.

• Haluk (1/5): A distant and unhygienic stay - actually nothing "The hotel was very far from the city center, taking at least an hour and a half to reach the main attractions, which was quite inconvenient. There was no staff available to assist, and I didn’t see anyone who could help during my stay. The room was extremely outdated and looked nothing like the photos. There were broken lights on the walls, and everything was covered in dust. It seemed like the room had never been cleaned properly, as dust and dirt stuck to my feet when walking. We booked a private bathroom, but it was in terrible condition—covered in dirt and grime, clearly never properly cleaned. The overall hygiene was extremely poor, and because of the dust, we even had allergic reactions. This made our stay stressful, and we even ended up arguing due to the discomfort. The pillow was so dirty that we had to place our own towels over it to sleep. I don’t know about other guests, but for Turkish visitors, the standards were far below expectations. I don’t mind old furniture, but I do expect cleanliness. Even the shared storage spaces were unusable, as they were in very poor condition. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The room was next to the kitchen, which ment a lot of passing people, additionally, the motion sensor on the light just outside the room had been removed, so the light was on all night.

If if you feel you should be refounded.... FORGET IT! They will steal your money with ridiculous excuses... by phone... of course. The bed was in front of door. If you want to go to the toilette... need to move the bed!🤣🤣🤣 how absurdo is that! ... and this is a better room. The 1st... was a freezer... found spider on the sheets... terrible made bed. Could not stay. Then came the 2nd. Supposed better.... a tiny bit. But also HORRIBLE! How is those place allowed to be open and offering accomodation services online... Mouldy bathroom... show era discusting... did not leave because was already after midnight when arrived. The next day I moved to other hotel... Asked for refound w proven pictures but ... no refound.

No mirror anywhere, not even in a bathroom. In one week of stay no one change laundry or clean something. Strange work of heater, ON/OFF by itself, it was cold.

No breakfast, no tea coffee or kettle in room but could collect kettle and cups from downstairs...after washing them up! Could hear everybody walking round, showering etc. Shower curtain and poke on floor. Couldn't shut bathroom door without moving bed first. No TV in room also.

It has common areas and a kitchen for everyone to use. Would definitely use again No tv or fans in the room. The host Amar, did go out of his way to get me a fan. No numbers on room doors.
