• Cathy (9/5): Lovely, stylish apartment great for the centre of Cheltenham - The apartment was spotless. It was thoughtfully furnished - beautifully done. It was very close to Montpellier but with enough distance for it to be a quiet base. Communication from the host was ample and very clear. Parking was close enough to make it convenient to take bags into the apartment. The unreserved parking is shared with other nearby residents so you won’t necessarily get the same place each time you return. This wasn’t a problem for us. It is a basement flat which we enjoyed - there are steps down to the front door.
• Karen (10/5): Perfect for a visit to Cheltenham. - The location was perfect for the Jazz Festival and local restaurants etc. The flat had everything we needed and was comfortable although a little chilly when the weather suddenly turned cool. Good bed. We couldn't turn the heat up at all baring in mind its a cool basement? The shower was good but could be awkward to get in and out of if guests are larger than normal or older. The on/ off control is stiff. A non slip mat in the shower would be good.

• Alison (10/5): Excellent apartment for an enjoyable few days in Cheltenham. Definitely recommend - Good position. Quiet area but close to everything, shops, bars, restaurants and parks. The apartment had a large comfortable bed and the kitchen and lounge were well laid out and homely. Everything you could need. It was cold in the lounge the first night as the temperature outside had dropped. Sharon brought around a heater the next day to keep us cosy in the evenings. Parking is a bit tight, however we did manage to park near the apartment each evening.

Everything a guest may need has been thought of. Not only a plug next to a mirror but a dressing table as well. Contacted host with query, received immediate positive response. Clean and comfortable, coffee machine and pods a bonus. Good tv package. Couldn't fault it at all. Would stay again and would highly recommend. Couldn't fault it.
• Laura (10/5): A stress free stay in a beautifully appointed apartment in a perfect location - Fantastic communication from accommodation provider, very easy to access the apartment, all beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Location is fantastic for all Cheltenham festivals as well as the high street. Great facilities including really useful kitchen and smart TV. We can't wait for our next stay!
• Richard (3/5): Disappointed by the actions taken - The property was amazing just a few little things at the start, a dirty sock in the living room and dirt in the sink but the rest was lovely The way I am being treated after my stay, there was zero damage done whilst I was staying and within a day I have been accused of damaging the shower wall
