• Ivanov (1/5): Как могут обманывать ... - В отеле отсутствовал персонал для заселения , поэтому прождал более 4 часов , вынужден был искать другой отель, так как наступила ночь ... Решите вопрос с возвратом снятых незаконно денежных средств... Персонал отсутствовал для заселения больше суток... На звонки и смс не отвечал...
• Masume (1/5): Very very very bad, unfair, - There is not any thing good about this suit. When I entered the Yenikapi hotel I shocked really such famous website of booking.com introduce this property ? It was not a hotel it was a suit and its name was trio suit. Very very messy,old and dangerous without Wi-Fi and elevator. The staff were 2 angry man. They forced me to pay extra money in cash. I had paid money in booking.com website but they told they did not receive money and they wanted me to pay 1200 TL. I told I can pay with my card. They told just cash. One of them came with me until the ATM near the street and check my cash. I had to pay cash them. They were very dangerous people. It was night and I do not trust them. I called my friend to pick up me outside the hotel. Very Very Very bad. Do not book there. Dangerous There is not any thing good about this suit. • Sharky Seven (1/5): - They took my money! They say they accept dog! They say they have free room! I make the payment for 1 night! I get there 5 am! Nobady there! The door was close! I have to whait outside in cold and rain until 11 am when employee come him tell me dont accept dogs and allso no free room! I ask my money back! And not even today nobady give my money back! Not even Booking!

• Amar (10/5): A wonderfully memorable stay that I would happily choose again. - The location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes’ walk to the metro, trams, and all the major attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel feels peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a perfect stay—I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the sound insulation—at times I could hear some noise from the hallway.

Оплату предложили сделать наличными, уже на месте. За 10 дней списался через Букинг о позднем заезде, что меня примут вечером, с 21.00 до 22.00. Получил электронное подтверждение. Приехал около 21.20. Входная дверь была открыта, рецепция (скорее пост охранника) пуста. Долго ждал. Потом через проходивших мимо турецких граждан (местную симку не брал) созвонился с номером гостиницы, указанным на сайте. Там сказали, что свободных мест нет, причем меня заранее об этом не предупредили - я бы просто забронировал другую гостиницу, а не поехал в тот район. Ближе к 11 вечера пришлось бродить с чемоданом, искать другую гостиницу в этом районе. Нашел уже подороже - недорогих мест в последний момент, естественно, не было. Через сутки вдруг получил сообщение, что отель не может обработать мою карту (при том, что в следующем отеле карта прошла нормально). Непонятно, что это было - то ли попытка получить деньги за неоказанную услугу, то ли просто повод закрыть бронирование (в итоге отель официально отменил бронирование только через 3 дня).

• NATALIA (1/5): Очень-очень грязно! - ничего ОООчень грязно и ободрано! Окно шириной 10-15 сантиметров с видом на помойку. И санузел и комната очень обшарпанные и грязные. Полотенце было такое грязное, что я побрезговала им вытираться. Позвонила хозяину и объяснила, что это совсем ужас, похоже на ночлежку для бомжей. Было уже за полночь, я устала, поэтому пришлось остаться на 1 ночь. Это был худший отель за все мои многочисленные путешествия.

• Charles (7/5): It was comfortable & enjoyable. The owner lent me his Allen keys so I could assemble my bike. The owner introduced m - It was very convenient & close to everything. The owner was very helpful. He came to the metro station & helped me carry my bike box back to the hotel. The room was very small. The door handle was broken so I had to take my Leatherman tool with me so I could open the door.
• Ghulam (1/5): Bad - I was in front of the hotel at 11pm. Unfortunately, no one was at the reception. Two neighbors called the hotel owner's cell phone several times, but no one picked up. After waiting for an hour, I took a taxi and went to another hotel.
• Andres (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing, the neighborhood is dirty, and the room was awful. They didn't told me that it was a basement with a bed. The room was literally in the basement and only consisted of a bed and an old ventilator. During the nigth, a big centipedes come inside from the little windows that you can close. The internet signal and normal data didn't work because is a basement.
• Scala (5/5): Passable - Closed to Merto station , good staff , cost It’s in very old area , need to be much cleaner the bathroom and toilet was very dirty, no sign to show the correct hotel name , much improved need it

• Ahmad (1/5): Bad - Nothing I reserved for 1 night but when I reached there, no one was there to entertain me. I called on given number and person didn't understand well in English, he told me my reservation was cancelled. I asked taxi driver to talk in his local language to get the confirmation. He did confirm me the same. After a month passed I am still struggling to get my refund back .

• Todres (6/5): You cannot expect much from a central location in Istanbul for this price. Price/Value is OK - great location and price. Wifi is perfect. Shower is working OK. it is a very spartan accomodation. Let alone a wardrobe, there is even no hanger for your clothes. The room has been obviously cleaned for my arrival but without much attention to result.
• Saeed (1/5): hotel it doesn't it exist - Wow.. I don't even know how booking. Com allows this hotel to be listed. First it was even a hotel. It doesn't exist with that name, it took me long hours to locate it. It is on basement with the dogs. I even asked for a refund. Very bad experience. The location, the place. The room was in a basement. You can't even turn around. That is how small it was. The barking of the dogs it is just right in your ears.

Even I was hectic after I was not happy about the room he ,with his politeness and nice approach, persuaded me to stay. It's worth meeting this person And yes. Thank you for the bottle of water. That was very nice of you. Well, first I thought it would not be good when I saw it was on the first floor,but it was OK. I was tired. I had all the essentials in the room. But the room needs to be cleaned more. It was not very clean. Neither bed room. Nor bathroom.

The owner is super gentle and kind, I got a free room upgrade and it was quite comfortable in the nice double bed Can be cleaner

Comfortable bed,kettle,fast wifi ,tea, coffee, water. A nice spot to relax for the light sleepers !!!Safe for the solo traveler. Nice and friendly owner. Recommended! The hotel is still under renovation and some maintenance is going on but you can’t hear it in your room .. Absolutely recommended for the light sleepers!

• Magdy (10/5): Great stay and awesome host, very much underrated - It is close to train station, in a very live area that store closes late, the room is much nicer than the photos, the owner is very helpful and supportive, he made me to check in early without extra fees and kept my luggage after check out time till my travel time and also allowed last minute extend in the booking reservation, he also can communicate in English and is very responsive and you can ask him for advice how to get to specific locations. The room has also water bottle and shampoo , shower gel, body lotion. For me personally i loved the room window that you can see the rooftop of Istanbul and a lot of birds which make it grate for photos of the roof top. The room also has a TV with international channels from variance of different countries (Arabic-European -Turkish -etc. ) languages The room has double keys one for the room itself and one for the main door outside which made me feel more safe. The neighborhood is very authentic Turkish that you feel like you’re in a Turkish movie and lets you get the experience of the authentic locals Also the room has the toilet inside the room which is great for that amount of money. Once i booked the host texted me and sent me the location which made getting there easier. It is also having good heating system installed in the room. There is a bit of a smell of smoke maybe from the resident before me.

The accessibility is excellent, very near to Yelicapi Metro and the ferry/cruise, excellent access to the public transportation. The alley where the property is located seems as the old part of Istanbul. The property itself is very new with excellent landlord. The neighbours are quite helpful and lovely. When I arrived the room, it was late and I had only us dollar. The manager did not push me to change or pay the room rent. Instead, he recommended me for the next say changing dollar. My stay was 2 nights and 3 days. I paid him at the second day of my stay. Staying in this room makes my experience a good memory. It was my first visit of Turkeye and I am so happy to visit this lovely country with beautiful and kind people. Everything was perfect. The first insight, of the alley looks like not comfortable or safe, but it was just the first wrong impression. My experience there shows very comfortable and safe with gorgeous manager.
